སྲུངས་ན་འགྲུབ་པ་ནི། །ལྷ་ཡི་དབང་ཕྱུག་རྙེད་པའོ། །དམ་ཚིག་མཆོག་གི་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཏེ། །དད་པ་ཡིས་ནི་རྟག་ཏུ་བཟའ། །དགྱེས་པའི་དམ་ཚིག་ཟིན་ནས་སུ། །འཁོར་ལོ་དང་བཅས་རིགས་རབ་ཚིམ། །རབ་ཚིམ་བྱས་ནས་གཏོར་མ་དབུལ། །ནམ་ཕྱེད་ལམ་གྱི་བཞི་མདོར་རོ། །ཡང་ན་སུམ་མདོ་གྱེས་པ་རུ། །དུར་ཁྲོད་དམ་ནི་ཆུ་ངོགས་སུ། །ལྷག་མ་འམ་ནི་ཡང་ན་ཕུད། །དེ་ཀུན་བསྲེས་ཏེ་ཆུ་ཡིས་སྦྱང་། །གཞན་རྣམས་ཀུན་ནི་སོ་སོར་བཞག། རྩ་བ་ཇི་བཞིན་རིམ་པས་བཞག། རང་གནས་ཕྱིན་པ་ཙམ་གྱིས་ནི། །འཁོར་ལོ་ལ་ནི་སྣོད་གཅིག་བརྟག། སློབ་དཔོན་ལ་ནི་དུམ་བུ་གཅིག། འབད་པ་ཡིས་ནི་བསྲུང་བར་བྱ། །རང་གི་ཚོགས་ལའང་སྦྱིན་མི་བྱ། །རང་དབང་བསྐུར་བའང་དེ་བཞིན་ནོ། །གཡོན་གྱི་ཡན་ལག་ཕྱག་རྒྱས་གར། །གཡོན་གྱི་ལག་པས་མཆོད་པའོ། །གཡོན་གྱི་རྐང་པས་སྡུན་བྱས་ནས། །གཡོན་མིག་གིས་ནི་བལྟ་བྱའོ། ། གལ་ཏེ་རེ་ཞིག་དེའི་དུས་སུ་རྣལ་འབྱོར་མས་བརྟག་པའི་དོན་གྱི་ཕྱིར་འོངས་ན་འཇིགས་པར་མི་བྱ་སྟེ། །སེང་གེ་ལྟ་བུའི་ཚུལ་གྱིས་ཡོངས་སུ་བརྟག་གོ། །དེ་ལྟར་ཡང་རྣལ་འབྱོར་མ་ཀུན་གཟུགས་སྣ་ཚོགས་པ་དང་། ཕྱག་རྒྱ་སྣ་ཚོགས་པ་དང་། སྐད་སྣ་ཚོགས་པ་རབ་ཏུ་བྱེད་དོ། །གང་གི་ཚེ་དང་པོར་རྒྱང་རིང་པོ་ནས་ཧ་ཧར་རྒོད་པ་དེའི་ཚེ་ཁམས་གསུམ་རྣམ་པར་རྒྱལ་བའི་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་སྦྱིན་ནོ། །དེའི་དུས་སུ་ཧའི་ཡིག་འབྲུ་ལྔ་སྒྲ་ཆེན་པོས་བརྗོད་པར་བྱའོ། །ཅུང་ཟད་ཉེ་བར་འོངས་ན་ཨ་ལ་ལ་ཞེས་སྨྲ་བར་བྱའོ། །གང་གི་ཚེ་ཕྲད་ཙམ་ན་ལག་པ་བསྐོར་ན་དེའི་ཚེ་གྱེན་དུ་ལག་པའི་དབྱུག་པ་བསྒྲེང་བའི་མཛུབ་མོ་སྦྱིན་ནོ། །གང་གི་ཚེ་སྨིན་མ་འབྱེད་པར་བྱེད་ན་དེའི་ཚེ་འཇིགས་པར་ལྕེ་བསྒྲིལ་བར་བྱའོ། །གང་གི་ཚེ་སྟེང་དུ་བལྟ་བ་དེའི་ཚེ་གཡོན་བརྐྱང་བས་ས་མནན་པར་བྱའོ། །གང་གི་ཚེ་རྒྱབ་ནས་བལྟ་བ་དེའི་ཚེ་གཡས་བརྐྱང་བས་མནན་པར་བྱའོ། །གང་གི་ཚེ་རྣམ་པར་རྒོད་པ་དེའི་ཚེ་ཕེཾ་ཀ་ར་ཞེས་བརྗོད་པར་བྱའོ། །གང་གི་ཚེ་ངུ་བ་དེའི་ཚེ་རྒོད་པར་བྱའོ། །གང་གི་ཚེ་གར་བྱེད་པ་དེའི་ཚེ་སྟོང་ཁེངས་བྱའོ། །གང་གི་ཚེ་སྐྲ་བཀྲོལ་བ་དེའི་ཚེ་གཙུག་པུད་དགྲོལ་ལོ། །གང་གི་ཚེ་གོས་བོར་བར་བྱེད་པ་དེའི་ཚེ་ལངས་ཏེ་གཅི་བ་གཏང་བར་བྱའོ། །གང་གི་ཚེ་གཅི་བ་འཐུང་བ་དེའི་ཚེ་རྐང་པ་གཡོན་པའི་མཐེ་བོང་གིས་རྩྭ་བཏོག་པར་བྱའོ། །གང་གི་ཚེ་གཏམ་འདྲི་བ་དེའི་ཚེ་སྨྲ་བར་མི་བྱའོ། །གང་གི་ཚེ་འཕྲུག་པ་དེའི་ཚེ་རལ་པ་མདུད་པར་བྱའོ། །གང་གི་ཚེ་དཔྲལ་བར་རེག

守护则能成就，获得天神之自在。乃是殊胜誓言之智慧，以信心恒常食用。欢喜之誓言获得后，与轮一同令眷属饱满。令其饱满后，施舍食子，于午夜路之四岔路口。或者于三岔路口，墓地或者水边。残食或者精华，彼一切混合后以水净化。其他一切各自放置，如根本般次第放置。仅至自身处所，对于轮则观察一器皿，对于上师则观察一份。努力守护之，不对自己的眷属施舍，自主灌顶亦如是。左肢以手印舞动，以左手供养，以左脚顿挫，以左眼观看。 如果暂时彼时瑜伽母为观察之义而来，则莫恐惧，以如狮子之姿态完全观察。如是瑜伽母众亦作种种形相，种种手印，种种语言。何者之时初从远处哈哈大笑，彼时施予三界得胜之手印。彼时应以大音声念诵哈（ha，梵文天城体：ह，梵文罗马拟音：ha，空）字五字。稍稍靠近则应说阿啦啦。何者之时将触之时绕手，彼时向上施予竖立手之杖之指。何者之时不张开眉毛，彼时为恐吓而卷舌。何者之时向上看，彼时以左伸展按压地面。何者之时从背后看，彼时以右伸展按压。何者之时种种大笑，彼时应说呸（pheṃ，梵文天城体：फें，梵文罗马拟音：pheṃ，呸）嘎啦。何者之时哭泣，彼时应大笑。何者之时舞蹈，彼时应作空盈。何者之时解开头发，彼时应解开发髻。何者之时脱掉衣服，彼时应站立而小便。何者之时饮小便，彼时应以左脚拇指拔草。何者之时询问言语，彼时不应说话。何者之时亲吻，彼时应结发。何者之时触碰额头。

If protected, it will be accomplished, obtaining the power of the gods. It is the wisdom of the supreme Samaya, always consumed with faith. Having obtained the joyful Samaya, the retinue is satisfied together with the wheel. After satisfying them, offer the torma at the crossroads at midnight, or at a three-way intersection, in a cemetery, or by the water's edge. Mix all the leftovers or the essence and purify them with water. Place all the others separately, in order as they were originally. As soon as you reach your own place, examine one vessel for the wheel and one portion for the teacher. Strive to protect it, do not give it to your own retinue, and the self-empowerment is the same. Dance with the left limbs in mudras, make offerings with the left hand, stamp with the left foot, and look with the left eye. If at some point a yogini comes to test you, do not be afraid, but observe her completely with the attitude of a lion. In this way, all the yoginis will create various forms, various mudras, and various sounds. When she first laughs loudly from afar, give the mudra of conquering the three realms. At that time, the five syllables of HA (ha，Sanskrit Devanagari: ह，Sanskrit Romanization: ha，meaning: emptiness) should be uttered with a loud voice. If she comes a little closer, say "Alala." When she is about to touch you and circles her hand, give the finger of the hand-staff pointing upwards. When she does not open her eyebrows, roll your tongue in a frightening manner. When she looks upwards, press down on the ground with your left hand extended. When she looks from behind, press down with your right hand extended. When she laughs in various ways, say "Phemkara." When she cries, laugh loudly. When she dances, make emptiness and fullness. When she loosens her hair, untie the topknot. When she throws away her clothes, stand up and urinate. When she drinks urine, pluck grass with the big toe of your left foot. When she asks questions, do not speak. When she kisses, tie up your matted hair. When she touches your forehead.
