Adorned with teeth. The hair is reddish-yellow and stands upright. A garland made of wet human skulls. Also trampling on a corpse's seat. A place where fierce roars are proclaimed. The protectors of body, speech, and mind are, The slayer, the intimidator, the great liberator. When it is certain to liberate what is to be liberated, The protector of the body will sever the life-vein, of the navel of the oath-breaker. The protector of speech will draw all the blood, from the throat of the oath-breaker. The Vajra-mind's protector, even at the boundary of black and white in the heart, will insert the beak of a crow, and quickly sever the life-vein. The messenger with the face of a flesh-eating demon, will suck the veins from the crown of the head. The working mother goddess Caṇḍikā, will suck the essence from the secret vulva. The vein-sucking mother and the blood-drinking mother, the life-snatching mother will be employed in the work. They do not transgress day or night. Recite these secret mantras without distraction. Strive for samadhi in the three times. The root mantra is life itself, it is the essence of the accomplishment of speech. The near mantra is the urging of the mind. The indestructible seed of wisdom, it is said to be in the place of essence. By reciting in order from body, speech, mind, and qualities, meditation is accomplished. If the signs do not appear nearby, strive to serve and make offerings. Or nine sandalwood beads, Or with half the number of stars being equal, black lungtang can cause delusion. By half-studying vowels and consonants, rudrākṣa is for manifestation. 应如火把般旋转。如此这般于四个时辰中修持。如此则能迅速成就。若如此亦未能成就，则观想自身为黑智慧尊，降伏恶毒，夺取行事怙主的命根。如是策励，则可用于行事。能诛杀所诅咒之人。若行事有所延误，则取其命之精血，颠倒心咒之语序，行搅动其脐轮之法，则会指示其死亡之地，夺取其性命。此降伏顽劣之行，唯为守护佛法，若作他用则成过失。火供与镇伏，以及扬幡之事，杀戮与自杀，皆应击中要害。若由此迅速显现征兆，则应圆满誓言，供养食子，以及会供轮之供养，如是则能次第成就。吉祥大怙主成就生起之续中，所示近成就之品第二十二竟。 此后复次宣说。吉祥天女及其眷属，黑女显现之，事业成就之仪轨。持守誓言之密咒师，于黑岩之尖锐顶端，或朝南之岩洞中，或于山峰之巅，或于独树、墓地、母鬼之处，于极怖畏之殊胜处所，陈设坛城与供品，以及善妙之食子，焚烧大肉，供奉熏香之后，驱逐障碍与魔障。以三角之血与毒涂抹，以毒树荆棘构筑。复次于所作之林伽上，刺入杀人之铁钩与三叉戟，于其身躯之上。点燃三面之大脂油灯，其后观想自身为本尊，于圆满三边之坛城中安住。四臂之大黑天，身色漆黑，处于滴血之火焰中央。一面三目，炽燃。右边第一手持弯刀，下方手持三叉戟。左边第一手持弓箭，第二手持握滴血之头颅。以尸陀林装严，身着围裙。于其左右两侧，观想有二食肉者安住。策励行一切事业之使者。首先是大天女，（ཨེ་，E，埃，无）位于中央之秘密咒语。

If the action is delayed, then take the essence of their lifeblood, reverse the order of the heart mantra, and perform the action of stirring their navel chakra, then it will indicate the place of their death, and their life will be taken. This act of subduing the unruly is only for protecting the Buddha's teachings, and if used for other purposes, it becomes a fault. Fire offerings and suppression, as well as the act of raising banners, killing and suicide, should all strike the vital point. If signs appear quickly from this, then vows should be fulfilled, tormas offered, and the offerings of the assembly wheel, so that they can be accomplished in order. The twenty-second chapter, showing the near accomplishment of actions, from the tantra of the arising of the great and glorious Protector's accomplishment, is complete. Then, again, it will be explained. The glorious goddess and her retinue, the manifestation of the Black Woman, the ritual for the accomplishment of actions. The secret mantra practitioner who holds vows, on the sharp peak of a black rock, or in a south-facing cave, or on the summit of a mountain, or in a solitary tree, cemetery, or the place of the Mamos, in an extremely terrifying and supreme place, set up a mandala and offerings, as well as excellent tormas, burn great meat, offer incense, and then dispel obstacles and hindrances. Smear a triangle with blood and poison, build with poisonous thorny trees. Furthermore, on the made lingam, pierce the iron hook of killing and the trident, on its body. Light a three-sided large fat oil lamp, then visualize yourself as the deity, residing in the mandala that is perfectly established on three sides.
