Cannot be pervasive. The image of the net of Dakinis is, Heruka, the glorious, truly united. Those indivisible self-natures, I have explained to meditate upon. Those all attain non-duality. Being separate from grasper, grasped, and conceptual elaboration, The coarse is said to be sound. The subtle is the transformation of the mind's own nature. Thatness, which is beyond thought, Is universally known as the supreme state. This is the fourth, which is the gradual separation of the four elements, the five aspects, and the six realms, purifying them into deities. Then, the moon and sun's, Various distinctions are truly explained. By combining left and right, The sequence runs as it is. On the left, starting from the philtrum, Entering into the center of the navel wheel, The moon channel looks downward, A-li (Tibetan: ཨཱ་ལི་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ā-li, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: āli, literal Chinese meaning: A-li) truly descends into the moon. On the right, starting from the navel, Entering into the place of the philtrum, The sun channel looks upward, Ka-li (Tibetan: ཀཱ་ལི་, Sanskrit Devanagari: kā-li, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: kāli, literal Chinese meaning: Ka-li) constantly descends into the sun. From the two doors of the nostrils, The characteristic of the two channels running is, The left channel is the path of entry, The right is the path of arising. From sunrise until, Sunset is daytime, From sunset until, Sunrise becomes nighttime. Day and night are one day and night, Called "Mel-tse Thün." Four Thüns are to be known as daytime, Likewise, nighttime is also four Thüns. The movement of one day and night, Are the sixteen branches. A Thün is always half and half wind, Truly running in the nostrils. Starting from the first day of the waxing moon, For half a Thün of three days and nights, The moon wind runs, Then for three days and nights, the sun wind. In this order until, Between the fifteenth of the waxing moon. Starting from the first day of the waning moon, In the morning of three days and nights, Known as the sun wind runs. Likewise, until the fifteenth, Each quarter of a Thün, Is called an hour. The channels of one day and night, Are to be known as thirty-two. The measure of one day and night, By the measure of sixty-four fingers, A channel and half an hour is one finger, It is said to be one-eighth of a Thün. The wind of the nostrils goes in and out, Is universally known as one breath. Being skilled in the combination of winds, Know six breaths to be one life. Fifty lives in total.
