Should be well explained. The practitioner, through the cause of accomplishment, can bring the accomplishment of what to the ultimate end. In the common yoga tantras, the secrets that have not been clearly explained, among all accomplishments, are the supreme accomplishment, and among all ascetic practices, are the supreme ascetic practice. From reverently serving the noble guru, widely hearing the unsurpassed tantras, and hearing it as it is from the guru's mouth, constantly meditate. Wealth, wife, and life itself should be given as charity. If one can be liberated from these three knots, one can constantly practice what should be practiced. Recite mantras with great joy, and likewise, delight in speaking the truth, abide in vows, as previously undertaken with faith. Greed, hatred, fear, as well as stinginess, ignorance, and pride should be abandoned. The examination and explanation of students, as well as the collection of scriptures, should be constantly abandoned. Clean and unclean purification, drinking and not drinking should not be examined. Anger at slander and praise, as well as manifest pride, should be abandoned. Constantly without attachment, without joy, abide equally in everything. Without fire offerings and without offerings, without rosaries and without recitations, the sun, constellations, and stars, as well as dates, should not be examined. With the form of self and other's self-nature, one should abide without doubt. One should not act without desire, but slightly indulge in desire for everything. With tiger skin as clothing, adorned with the five seals, the yogi possessing wisdom and means, should well meditate on the Heruka deity. Through the practice of Samantabhadra's conduct, the mind should dwell in bliss. Stay one night in a village, and five nights in a city. Through the union of mind and accordance, one should dwell on the earth. Or practice the conduct called wind, practicing in comfort and joy. Constantly wander without friends, alone with a single-pointed mind, relying on the asceticism of a madman, wandering like a leaf blown by the wind. Or stay one night in a cemetery, or in a tree or in a forest, or on a mountaintop or by a riverbank, or even by the great ocean. Or in a garden or in a mountain cave, or in a mansion or in an empty house, or at a crossroads or in front of a door, likewise in front of the gate of a king's palace, or in the dwelling of an outcast or in a cattle pen, hidden in a craftsman's house, one should dwell.

A garland of flowers discarding the market price, any old flowers will do. A garland of flowers for one night in the cemetery, with these offer the body well. A garland of flowers on one's own neck, especially the Brahma-thread and belt, should also be tied. Wear anklets on both feet, speechlessness is known as the nature of recitation. Hand movements are mudras, with the perfect union of non-discrimination, the yogi abides in any comfortable place. Completely abandoning all doubts, the practitioner acts like a lion. Or, relying on unwavering asceticism, practice the conduct of yoga accordingly. Live in a garden or an empty house, in a lowly village house, until the ability is obtained, abide in the yoga of silence. How to sleep, walk, and sit, whether awake or waking again, just eat what is obtained, and not being hungry is the best state. If living by begging, then eat and live in a container of the palm of the hand. By the nature of non-discrimination, here it will be accomplished, without doubt. Among those three, relying on any asceticism one desires, after obtaining some ability, practice the conduct as desired. After giving the body away as alms, from then on, begin the correct conduct. The yogi who wanders by conduct, will surely become stainless. Do not be confused about this, because the miraculous powers of the Buddha are inconceivable. This is the twenty-first chapter, which clearly explains the order of conduct. Then there are also things to be said, the determination of the Yoga Tantras and the extent of the Yogini Tantras, please listen, O Lord of Secrets. The extent of the Yoga Tantras is definitely sixty million kotis. Likewise, the Yogini Tantras are known, the number is sixteen million kotis. The Sutras other than the Mahayana, are said to be eight hundred billion kotis. Likewise, the way of the Paramitas, is five million kotis. All these were spoken by the Thubwangpo (Sage King), the Buddha with the nature of the three bodies. What was taught by the Sugata, everything about the Vinaya, etc., was taught to those with the nature of the Shravakas. The great commentaries on the various Sutras, were taught to the Bodhisattvas. The Tantras of Yoga and Yogini, are the secret realm of the Buddhas, which are wisdom and means.
