于中心处， 搅动与被搅动的结合， 是哈字（ཧཱ།）的形状。 从头生出唯一之线， 以如镜之心， 于颅骨中央休息。 以瓶之甘露的流， 亦于孔穴中央滴落。 以融入与享用等事物， 显示心之运行。 于彼孔穴，以驴之瑜伽， 亦将得见七世。 母所生之三形， 以及父所生之三形， 所有之界与此七者， 以瑜伽禅修将得见。 以安乐自性之诸界， 真实生起巨大骨骼。 以观修拉玛等， 将得见住于彼之形。 于驴之形状的瑜伽中， 有血之面容，具三尖。 亦将知晓寿命之增长， 亦将得见长寿。 先前如大象等， 以勇猛自性将见彼。 于所有巨大之脉中， 骨骼之命完全运行。 知晓彼运行之驴， 将得见彼种种自性。 萨鲁等可食之物， 一切事物皆与之相似， 虽见却非在于其中， 一切诸界皆为错觉。 如于人，以诸时， 以大象之界将知晓。 如是于巨大骨骼中， 以萨利等界之缘， 以缘起世间之自性， 将见自性之形。 彼种种形相之族类， 瑜伽执持者应知晓。 无明等，于每日， 彼等被称为疾病。 仅以瘟疫等疾病， 将象征重大疾病。 于此，无明为太阳之病， 贤善者应守护之。 于十五次转移时， 死或业为善非善。 智慧火之自性极大， 将于五次消逝中解脱。 于衰老死亡之时， 于三次转移时死亡， 或将得见善与非善， 业之习气。 以执持自证安乐， 将于七次消逝中解脱。 生之太阳的死亡， 亦于三次转移时， 业往善非善之处， 将于七次消逝中解脱。 有之

Previously, like elephants etc., With courageous self-nature, you will see it. In all the great channels, The life of the skeleton completely moves. Knowing that moving donkey, You will see that various nature. Things to be eaten like sālu, All things are similar to that, Though seen, it is not there, All the realms are also illusions. As in a person, with the times, You will know by the realm of the elephant. Likewise, in the great skeletons, By the conditions of realms like sāli, By focusing on the nature of the world, You will see the form of your own self. Those various kinds of lineages, Those who hold yoga should know. Ignorance etc., on each day, Those are known as diseases. Just by diseases like epidemics, You will symbolize great diseases. In this, ignorance is the disease of the sun, The virtuous should protect it. At the fifteenth transition, Death or karma is good or not good. The nature of the fire of wisdom is very great, It will be liberated in the five dissolutions. At the time of old age and death, Death is at the three transitions, Or you will see good and not good, The imprints of karma. By holding self-awareness and bliss, It will be liberated in the seven dissolutions.
