Secretly explained: In the center of the Vajra Lotus Wheel, in the heart of the Wisdom Dakini, is the wheel of letters of the Dakini. Having seen that Wisdom Wheel, offer and contemplate absorption. Having settled in equipoise, recite the secret mantra with breath and effort. After scattering and drinking oneself, generate the wisdom of the three secrets. Om Shri Ksha Dakini Jala Sambhara Hum Hum Phat Svaha. First, combine the sounding letter with Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽), and finally combine with Phat (藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：啪). The Dakini Moon speaks of bestowing all the fruits of desires. These supreme things are secret, not to be given to anyone. Within seven days, one can gain control, and if one meditates single-mindedly, the accomplishment of the three-wheel secret Dakini will be quickly attained. From the supreme guru of the Tantra of Definitive Statements, the chapter on the practice of the ཀྵའི་ Dakini, the twenty-ninth chapter. Then, what is to be explained as supreme is the practice of the Ali Dakini. Ali arises from wisdom, the supreme and holy Ali Dakini. With eight faces and sixteen hands, three eyes that are terrifying and extremely frightening, the fangs of the face are bared. Seated with the right leg extended. The ash on top is peaceful like a cloud, looking with attachment and following. The taste of compassion is completely perfect. The body is supple and graceful, it is the body of the Ali Dakini. Two hands, a naked body, the head adorned with a garland of skulls, the hair loose and intoxicated. Three black eyes, terrifying. It is that color, possessing a stout body, the two thighs tightly entwined, the union of non-duality.
