Hūṃ Ḍākinī Jāla Saṃbaraṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ Svāhā (ཧཱུྃ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་ཛཱ་ལ་སམྦ་རཾ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ, hūṃ ḍākinī jāla saṃbaraṃ hūṃ phaṭ svāhā, Hūṃ Ḍākinī Net Accumulation Hūṃ Phaṭ Svāhā). This is the supreme of pleasing combination, the supreme wisdom of the yoginī. Wherever vows are broken, this combination should be given. Having become peaceful and unsurpassed, also empower the yoginī's crown. In the four times in order, bathe with outer and inner water. Or take the vow discipline, pray to the lama. I am ignorant and deluded, having violated and broken vows, lama protector please protect. The chief Vajradhara, possessing the nature of great compassion, I take refuge in the lord of beings. Having done that without any hesitation, one will certainly become an accomplished one. The Buddha Skull, arising from the vows from the teacher of the manifest tantra.
