以秘密真言，作为腰带的庄严。 六种盔甲，使手印之身极为美丽。 一切轮之瑜伽母，是咒语之饮用的颅器。 以哪位毗卢遮那佛母之咒，以颅器作为头顶的庄严？ 二十四位勇士，对身体的界进行观察。 如是观想自身，以嚓木昂之咒善加守护。 若已观察梵行，则以八支之咒供养。 完全舍弃一切怖畏，如是观想瑜伽自身。 修习开展与收摄之智慧，进行等持智慧之念诵。 大瑜伽士，大成就者。 从金刚忿怒尊之明点中，向三界开展。 金刚之鼻尖燃烧，从开展之虚空明点中。 若已见到微小金刚，从毛孔之间。 流动与不流动，开展忿怒尊佛陀之云。 完全清净之瑜伽，是三十七次第。 身念住是空行母。 受念住是拉玛。 法念住是童女。 心念住是具色母。 欲之神变足是极忿怒母。 精进之神变足是忿怒眼母。 择之神变足是具光母。 心之神变足是大鼻母。 信之根是勇猛智慧母。 精进之根是侏儒母。 念之根是楞伽自在母。 定之根是树荫母。 慧之根是护地母。 信之力是大怖畏母。 精进之力是具风势母。 念之力是饮酒母。 定之力是青莲花天女。 慧之力是极善母。 定正等觉支是马耳母。 精进正等觉支是鸟面母。 喜正等觉支是具轮势母。 极调柔正等觉支是童女。

From the bindu of Vajrakrodha, expand into the three realms. The tip of the vajra's nose blazes, from the bindu in the expanding sky. If the minute vajra is seen, from between the pores of the hair. Flowing and unflowing, expand the clouds of the wrathful Buddha. The completely pure yoga is the thirty-seven stages. Mindfulness of the body is the Dakini. Mindfulness of feeling is Lama. Mindfulness of Dharma is the maiden. Mindfulness of mind is the one with form. The miraculous foot of desire is the extremely wrathful mother. The miraculous foot of diligence is the wrathful-eyed mother. The miraculous foot of discernment is the radiant mother. The miraculous foot of mind is the great-nosed mother. The faculty of faith is the courageous and wise mother. The faculty of diligence is the dwarf mother. The faculty of mindfulness is the sovereign of Lanka. The faculty of samadhi is the tree-shade mother. The faculty of wisdom is the earth-protecting mother. The power of faith is the great terrifying mother. The power of diligence is the one with the force of wind. The power of mindfulness is the wine-drinking mother. The power of samadhi is the blue lotus goddess. The power of wisdom is the extremely good mother. The samadhi perfect enlightenment branch is the horse-ear mother. The diligence perfect enlightenment branch is the bird-faced mother. The joy perfect enlightenment branch is the one with the force of the wheel. The perfect pliancy perfect enlightenment branch is the maiden.

Equanimity, the limb of perfect enlightenment, is the exceedingly brave woman. Right view is the mighty woman. Right thought is the wheel-turning woman. Right speech is the great hero woman. Right action's limit is the crow-faced woman. Right livelihood is the owl-faced woman. Right effort is the dog-faced woman. Right mindfulness is the pig-faced woman. Right concentration is the Bhagavan glorious Heruka. Generating the virtues that have not arisen is the Yama burning woman. Perfectly protecting the virtues that have arisen is the Yama messenger woman. Perfectly abandoning the non-virtues that have arisen is the Yama fanged woman.
