舌动怖畏之形母， 于西名为བྷ་བ་གི་者， 具犬及狮子之面容， 左与右之舌舞动者， 极其美妙动人也。 南方持地天女者， 具猪面水牛之形相， 右与左之诸面容者， 深邃猛烈且可怖。 初者名为乌鸦面， 二者如是为猫头鹰， 三者具有犬之面， 四者实乃是猪面。 蓝与烟色白色面， 绿黄红色复如是， 黄红蓝色之面容， 白蓝绿色之颜色。 初从火至具自在， 阎魔烧施使者母， 阎魔利齿摧毁母。 红黄绿及复如是， 蓝黄绿及复如是， 烟黄绿及复如是， 白黄绿及复如是。 彼等三面与六臂， 三眼右伸而安住， 持方衣裳腹下垂， 头髮彼等皆散乱， 以五手印而印持， 诸轮一切皆如是， 于饿鬼上而安住。 种种莲花日月与， 月之坛城上安住。 颅骨与及喀章嘎， 索套铁钩手鼓与， 头颅弯刀持于手， 颅骨念珠而庄严。 欢喜愉悦而沉醉， 随之生起之面容， 乃是怖畏嗔怒眼。 彼后阎魔烧等门， 乌鸦面等置于隅， 与自之方便相应置， 观修结合之次第后， 诸轮一切勇士众， 如是金刚空行母， 于前之次第一切， 空行母等皆如是。 如是依循上师之教， 如所欲求安住彼处， 如是依循心之差别， 观修瑜伽母之坛城。 以种种宝瓶之结合， 以颅骨而遍庄严， 盛满乳汁之颅器者， 置于宝瓶之上也。 于外周匝而围绕， 种种空行母安住处， 歌舞近于具足故， 种种乐器而幻化。 花朵熏香灯明与， 香及妙衣胜妙者， 种种誓言味之食， 种种食物与酒饮。

Meditate on the wisdom vajra, Through the union of body, speech, and mind, When the wisdom wheel is seen, Offer with argha and cool water. Supreme and sacred various samayas, Through the distinctions of various kinds, Offer with meat and blood. Through the union of the two initiations, The supreme and sacred wisdom mudra, If one meditates on the undifferentiated single taste, Meditate on the wisdom wheel. Through the distinction of touch, The wise combine into a triad, Through meditation, the meaning of complete purification. The wise, thirty-seven in number, Through the union of wisdom recitation, Consume with the supreme of the three vows. Through the union of expanding and contracting, Meditate on the meditation of recitation. One who possesses vows at all four times, The wise should protect the union of places. All that is seen on the earth, Is the glorious form of Heruka. Purify the existence of the six realms of beings, Immeasurably benefit sentient beings. All enter through the entering union, Here, all should be made to enter. This is the definitive union, One will attain definitive siddhis. With conch shell rosaries and so on, Perform the recitation of the supreme samaya.
