仅仅是看见，内观自身，就能摧毁贪欲，这是因为阻断了生命之气。仅仅是看见无肢体，就能摧毁嗔恨，这是因为无垢精液的喜乐。仅仅是看见鼻尖，就能摧毁我慢，这是因为不可战胜的梵天之语。阻断生命和努力，能获得清净无垢的佛陀形象的真实坛城。 在秘密处、脐轮、心轮、喉轮、头顶、金刚处，依次是地、双、地。精液向上升腾，血液向下流动，从不可战胜的梵音中。 身语意之金刚，远离三种垢染，谁能示现此，即是佛陀本身。如同狗一般的肉眼，以及凭借自性功德力量而拥有的天眼，如同天神一般。 独觉声闻们，能够知晓他人心识，这是佛眼，是第三种。菩萨们所拥有的，远离垢染的清净第四种，转变为智慧之眼。 诸佛所拥有的，能见一切的，远离三种垢染的第五种，是智慧之眼。同因喜乐即是精液金刚，执持彼者，必定是金刚持。 身体的种子精液转移，执持轮，脐轮之喜乐为何？所象征的即是能象征的，心轮具声之喜乐，怙主摧毁轮回。 谁在喉咙处觉知此，执持不动摇之喜乐，彼即是感受者宝生持。谁在头顶执持月亮，此乃精液无垢之喜乐，是智慧持。 顶髻，转变为梵天之子，不变的至上喜乐，十六喜充满。 谁以智慧无自性，至上之月亮，十六分圆满之终结。彼乃无量，谁以明觉于头顶，连同金刚，第六金刚萨埵。 显现转变为智慧界，谁于顶轮，转变为不变金刚士夫。无垢地之明点，头顶之士夫，彼亦是水和太阳的消减。 罗睺、火和异熟，心轮具声之喜乐，风和脐轮是长尾。 在秘密轮中，摧毁黑暗者的喜乐，具有空性者，是空性黑暗之界。谁的眼等六境，从天女们那里，地藏等为何？色蕴等为何，是六境。

Just by seeing, by looking at one's own nature, desire is destroyed, because the life-force winds are blocked. Just by seeing without limbs, hatred is destroyed, because of the bliss of immaculate semen. Just by seeing the tip of the nose, pride is destroyed, because of the invincible voice of Brahma. By blocking life and effort, the authentic mandala of the Buddha's image, free from impurities, is attained. In the secret place, navel chakra, heart chakra, throat chakra, crown of the head, and vajra, there are earth, double, earth in sequence. Semen rises upwards and blood flows downwards, from the invincible Brahma sound. The vajra of body, speech, and mind, free from the three stains, whoever demonstrates this is the Buddha himself. Like the fleshy eyes of a dog, and the divine eye of gods, possessed by the power of nature and qualities. Pratyekabuddhas and Shravakas, who can know the minds of others, this is the Buddha-eye, the third. The pure fourth, free from impurities, possessed by Bodhisattvas, transforms into the wisdom eye. The all-seeing one possessed by the Buddhas, the fifth, free from the three stains, is the wisdom eye. The co-emergent joy is the semen vajra, by holding that, one is definitely a Vajradhara. The seed of the body, semen, is transferred, holding the wheel, what is the bliss of the navel chakra? What is symbolized is the symbol itself, the sound-endowed bliss of the heart chakra, the protector destroys samsara. Whoever recognizes this in the throat, holding the unwavering bliss, that is the sentient Ratnasambhava. Whoever holds the moon on the crown of the head, this is the immaculate bliss of semen, the wisdom holder. At the crown, transforms into the son of Brahma, the unchanging supreme bliss, the sixteen joys are completely filled. Whoever, with wisdom, is without self-nature, the supreme moon, the end of the completion of sixteen parts. That is immeasurable, whoever with awareness on the crown of the head, together with the vajra, the sixth Vajrasattva. Appearance transforms into the realm of wisdom, whoever on the crown of the head, transforms into the unchanging vajra purusha. The immaculate bindu of earth, the purusha of the crown of the head, that is also the waning of water and sun. Rahula, fire, and vipaka, the sound-endowed bliss of the heart chakra, wind and the navel are the long tail.
