Whoever wants to become a Buddha should give to all beings, and the gods also praised and praised that person, and thus it was accomplished. At that time, Prince Generous Giving did not enter the sea, but lived in the palace, raising a white swan, always with it, eating, drinking, walking, living, sitting and lying down, always inseparable. After that, the queen went to the swan and said: When the prince was there, you were always with him, now he has gone to the sea, whether he is dead or alive is unknown, don't you miss the prince? When the swan heard those words, it cried out, rolled on the ground, its eyes filled with tears, and said to the queen: Queen, if you allow me to go and find the prince, I will go. So, at that time, the queen wrote a letter, tied it around the swan's neck, and sent it to find the prince. After that, the swan asked where the prince had gone, and then flew into the sky, flying towards the sea.

The king and queen, hearing that the prince had returned, were overjoyed, So they rode the best elephant to greet the prince. At the place of greeting, people waved flags and set off firecrackers, Burning incense, hanging banners, flags, and parasols, and playing various musical instruments. All the men in that place, hearing that Prince Gedun Gyatso (དགེ་དོན་རྒྱ་མཚོ། ) had returned safely, were all very happy and together greeted the prince. Then, Prince Gedun bowed his head to the feet of his father the king and his mother the queen. The king and queen, being blind and unable to see the prince, touched him with their hands and asked, "Are you my son Gedun? We have always missed you and have become like this because of sorrow." The prince bowed to his father the king and his mother the queen, then waved to the lesser kings, ministers, and people, and cheered loudly. He said, "Although I am afflicted by afflictions, I return because of your merits." Then, Prince Gedun asked his father the king, "How is my brother Ngedun (ངན་དོན་) now? Where is he?" The father the king replied, "Do not ask about him. That sinner is now in prison and cannot be released." Prince Gedun requested, "Please let me meet Ngedun." He cried like this two or three times, and the king did not refuse, and released Ngedun from prison. The prince requested that the chains and shackles on Ngedun's hands and feet be opened. Then, the prince released him from prison, embraced him, and comforted him with gentle words, saying, "Are you in great pain?" Then he asked him, "Where is the jewel you took from me?" After asking two or three times, he said, "It is hidden under the ashes." Then, Prince Gedun dug out the jewel from that place and took it. Then, he came before his father the king and his mother the queen, and burned the jewel with good incense, knelt down, and made the following wish: "If this is truly a wish-fulfilling jewel, then my father the king and my mother the queen
