If my daughter turns back to look at me, and if she doesn't see me, she will be unhappy and tormented by suffering. I thought, I'll just stay here for a while. Then he stayed for a long time, watching until she didn't see him, but the daughter didn't turn back. Thus, because the daughter did not turn back, that hermit's mind arose with anger, and he said: Again, Again born from an animal, she doesn't even look back at me. I raised her from a young age, and now she has become a human, but she has been snatched away by the king, I am such a miserable person. Saying this, he entered the hut and recited the mantra of knowledge. If the king abandons her, then she will be finished there too. If he cherishes her and does not abandon her, may she not succeed as she wishes. He cursed her with this mantra. At that time, the great king of Varanasi (ancient Indian place name) went to the palace and cherished her, and named her Queen Deer Mother. The border kings and ministers also gathered and praised the king with sweet words, and the king was very happy. After not too long, she became pregnant, and the king himself took care of the queen, preparing bedding, food, drinks, and so on, which were good and soft. After ten months were complete, hoping that a boy would be born to inherit the throne, a lotus was born after the months were complete. Due to the power of the hermit's mantra of knowledge, the king became angry and said: It is true that she was born from an animal! So he drove the queen away, and the lotus was also abandoned. After a long time, the ministers of Varanasi (ancient Indian place name) went to the pleasure garden to watch the fun. They played and made music, and also made horses and elephants fight. They also made the strong men compete in strength. Among the strong men, there was one who was extremely strong, and when he stomped his foot on the ground, the earth shook, and a lotus pond nearby also shook. There was a stone next to the lotus pond, and under it was a lotus that fell into the pond. The lotus that fell into the pond was very beautiful in color, the color was like a pomegranate, and it shone brightly. When the king saw it, he was very happy and said to the ministers: This kind of lotus is

He said, "I have never seen anything like this before." Then he ordered, "Take that lotus out of the water," and sent someone to fetch the lotus. As a result, the lotus had five hundred petals, and under each petal, they saw a young man with a good and beautiful appearance, surpassing ordinary people. Then, the person who took the lotus saw such a wonderful thing in the lotus and reported, "Great King, this lotus has five hundred petals, and under each petal, there is a son of the gods!" When the king heard this, he was so frightened that all his hairs stood on end, and he asked the man if it was really true. He asked, "Is that the lotus born from Queen Deer Mother?" He also asked, "Where was the lotus born from the queen thrown?" The queen reported, "Great King, that lotus is hidden under a stone by the pond." The king was convinced that it was the lotus born from Queen Deer Mother, so he returned to the palace. After returning to the palace, the king said to Queen Deer Mother, "I am truly foolish, without wisdom, unable to distinguish between good and evil. I thought the queen was telling a lie. I confess all the things that went against the queen's wishes." Then he re-conferred the sacred empowerment on the queen. After that, the king was very happy and gathered the ministers, Brahmins, petty kings, and astrologers. He held the five hundred princes in his arms and had the astrologers examine their fortunes. The astrologers reported, "These princes are accomplished by the king's merit and power. If they stay at home, the four directions will naturally come to them, and the gods will also submit. If they renounce the world, they will surely cut off the root of birth and death, be liberated from the river of desire, reach the other shore of samsara, possess three wisdoms and six supernormal powers, and attain the four fruits of a renunciate." When the king heard this, he became even happier, so he selected five hundred wet nurses to raise these five hundred princes. Then, Queen Deer Mother reported to the king, "Great King, there is no need to select wet nurses all over the country. Now there are five hundred queens in the king's palace, and all of these queens, because I have a son,
