把里面的肉全部剔出来，分成三份。两份给国王和王后吃，一份王子自己吃。国王和王后也上路走了。王子德顿站起来，站着看着国王和王后离开。国王和王后两人放声大哭着走了，王子德顿直到眼睛看不见国王和王后，都一直怀着眷恋的心情，眼睛不眨地看着，看了很久，然后倒在地上。肉和血的气味引来了四面八方的蜜蜂和肉蝇，聚集在王子身上，啃食叮咬，王子痛苦难忍。当时，王子只剩下最后一口气，他大声地发愿说：愿我过去所造的恶业，都因此得以净化和消除！从今以后，我再也不做了。我将身体献给父母，行布施，愿我的父母比以前拥有更多的十一种福报，能够安睡，能够安醒，不做恶梦，得到天神的守护，得到人们的尊敬，没有争吵，没有盗贼，没有敌人，没有偷盗食物的人，愿他们时时吉祥如意！我将剩下的身体血肉布施给蜜蜂，愿它们都得到饱足和满足，愿我未来能够成佛！成佛之后，获得法身，愿以法身消除一切众生的饥渴之苦，以及生死轮回的沉重疾病！王子这样发愿之后，天地也发生了六种震动。太阳也变得黯淡无光。野兽和鹿也惊恐地四处奔跑。大海也剧烈地翻腾。须弥山也摇晃倾斜。三十三天也剧烈地摇动。当时，帝释天降临到欲界诸天和阎浮提，为了恐吓王子德顿，化身为狮子、老虎、豺狼等身躯，瞪大眼睛，张开嘴巴，竖起毛发，发出巨大的吼声，像要扑向王子一样恐吓他。

The king and queen also set out on their journey. Prince Gewa Dondrup stood up and watched the king and queen leave. The king and queen both cried loudly as they left, and Prince Gewa Dondrup, until his eyes could no longer see the king and queen, continuously watched them with a longing heart, without blinking his eyes. After a long time, he fell back to the ground. The smell of flesh and blood attracted bees and flesh flies from all directions, gathering on the prince's body, gnawing and biting, causing the prince unbearable suffering. At that time, the prince, with only a remnant of life left, cried out and made this aspiration: 'May all my past unwholesome deeds be purified and exhausted by this! From now on, I will not do them again. I offer my body to my parents as an act of generosity. May my parents possess eleven more blessings than before, may they sleep peacefully, may they awaken peacefully, may they not have bad dreams, may they be protected by the gods, may they be respected by people, may there be no quarrels, no thieves, no enemies, and no one who steals food. May they always be auspicious! I give the remaining flesh and blood of my body to the bees, may they all be satiated and satisfied, and may I become a Buddha in the future! After becoming a Buddha and attaining the Dharmakaya, may I use the Dharmakaya to eliminate the suffering of hunger and thirst of all beings, as well as the heavy disease of birth, death, and cyclic existence!' After the prince made this aspiration, the earth and sky shook in six ways. The sun also became dim and unclear. Wild animals and deer also ran around in fear. The ocean also churned violently. Mount Meru also shook and tilted. The Thirty-Three Heavens also shook violently. At that time, Indra, the lord of the gods, descended to the gods of the desire realm and Jambudvipa, and in order to frighten Prince Gewa Dondrup, transformed into the bodies of lions, tigers, jackals, and so on, widened his eyes, opened his mouth, raised his fur, and let out a loud roar, threatening him as if to pounce on the prince.

Unsurpassed Perfect Enlightenment can only be achieved through extremely difficult practice from a long time ago. Can you endure extreme suffering? The prince said: Even if a burning iron wheel continuously rotates on top of my head, I will not retreat from Unsurpassed Perfect Enlightenment because of that suffering. Indra said: Who would believe these empty words you speak? Then, the prince made a vow and made this aspiration: If the words I speak are false, and I have deceived the Lord of the Gods, then may the wounds on my body never heal. If the words I speak are true, then may my body also be restored to its original state, and may my blood turn into milk. As soon as he said this, the wounds on his body were restored as before, and his blood turned into milk. The prince's appearance was even better, more dignified, and more beautiful than before.
