于是说，有一位至高无上的乐师之王住在胜子园林，过来吧，我们去那里。然后，憍萨罗国的国王光明王由五百名乐师侍从，乐师之王极喜和无数人前往胜子园林。那时，诸佛世尊对于任何事物都没有不了解、不看见、不领悟、不理解的。诸佛世尊具有大悲心，致力于利益世间，具有唯一的守护，唯一的勇猛，无与伦比，不说二语，安住于止观，显现三种智慧，善于修习三种学，精通三种调伏之基，超越四河，神足四如意足的脚底非常稳固，长久以来熟悉四摄事，以四无畏而无所畏惧，发出狮子吼，完全舍弃五支，完全超越五趣，具有六支，圆满了六度，安住于六常住法，富含七觉支之花，宣说八支道，精通九次第定，具有十力，以十方闻名而普遍庄严，比拥有十个百倍的力量者更加殊胜。按照法性，诸佛以佛眼日夜三次观察世间，谁衰败，谁兴盛，谁贫困，谁可怜，谁有损害，谁贫困、可怜且有损害，谁倾向恶道，谁堕入恶道，谁已堕入恶道，谁是我从恶道中救出，安置于天界、解脱和果位，谁是从欲望的泥潭中拉出来的，谁是没有七圣财的，就让他拥有七圣财的权力，谁是没有生起善根的，就让他生起。

Then it was said, "There is a supreme king of musicians residing in the Jeta Grove. Come, let us go there." Then, King Prasenajit of Kosala, attended by about five hundred musicians, and the king of musicians, Rabga, along with hundreds of thousands of people, went to the Jeta Grove. At that time, there was nothing that the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, did not know, did not see, did not comprehend, or did not understand. The Buddhas, the Bhagavat, possessed great compassion, were engaged in benefiting the world, possessed a single protector, were singularly brave, incomparable, did not speak in two ways, dwelt in tranquility and insight, manifested the three knowledges, were well-trained in the three trainings, were skilled in the three bases of discipline, had crossed the four rivers, had soles of feet exceedingly firm with the four legs of miraculous power, had long been familiar with the four objects of gathering, were fearless with the four fearlessnesses, proclaimed the great lion's roar of the supreme leader, had completely abandoned the five branches, had completely transcended the five destinies, possessed the six branches, had completely perfected the six perfections, dwelt in the six things to be constantly dwelt in, were rich with the flowers of the seven branches of enlightenment, taught the eightfold path, were skilled in the nine progressive absorptions, possessed the power of the ten powers, were universally adorned with fame in the ten directions, and were far more excellent than those who wield power over ten hundredfold. By nature, the Buddhas, with their Buddha-eyes, observed the world three times during the day and three times during the night, seeing who was declining, who was prospering, who was poor, who was miserable, who was afflicted, who was poor, miserable, and afflicted, who was inclined towards the lower realms, who was falling into the lower realms, who had fallen into the lower realms, who was to be rescued by me from the lower realms and placed in the heavens, liberation, and fruition, who was to be pulled out of the mire of desire by the hand, who was without the seven noble riches, and was to be given the power to wield the seven noble riches, who had not generated roots of virtue, and was to be made to generate them.
