་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལམ་པོ་ཆེར་བྲམ་ཟེ་ཞིག་གིས་ཀཱར་ཥཱ་པ་ཎ་ལྔ་བརྒྱའི་ཕྱིར་འགྲོར་མི་སྟེར་རོ་ཞེས་དེ་སྐད་དུ་གཏམ་གྲག་ པར་གྱུར་ཏོ། །དེ་ནས་ཀོ་ས་ལའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་གསལ་རྒྱལ་གྱིས་ཐོས་མ་ཐག་ཏུ་བློན་པོའི་ཚོགས་ཀྱིས་ཞབས་འབྲིང་བྱས་ནས། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ག་ལ་བ་དེར་སོང་སྟེ་ཕྱིན་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་གསོལ་ཏོ། །བདག་གིས་སྩལ་གྱིས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་གཤེགས་སུ་གསོལ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། རྒྱལ་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་དེ་དག་ནི་ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་སྦྱིན་པར་བྱ་བ་མ་ཡིན་གྱི། དེ་དག་ནི་གཞན་ཞིག་གིས་སྦྱིན་དགོས་སོ། །དེ་བཞིན་དུ་རི་དགས་འཛིན་གྱི་མ་ས་ག་དང་བཙུན་མོའི་འཁོར་གྱི་བླ་དྲང་སྲོང་སྦྱིན་དང་གནའ་མི་དང་བརྒྱ་བྱིན་དང་ཚངས་པ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ལྷ་རྣམས་དང་། རྣམ་ཐོས་ཀྱི་བུ་ལ་སོགས་པས་ཀྱང་གསེར་དངུལ་ཁྱེར་ཏེ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱི་ཐད་དུ་སོང་ན་དེ་དག་ལ་ཡང་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་དེ་དག་ནི་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་ཀྱང་སྦྱིན་པར་བྱ་བ་མ་ཡིན་ནོ་ཞེས་བཀའ་སྩལ་ཏོ། །དེ་ནས་རེ་ཞིག་ན་ཁྱིམ་བདག་མགོན་མེད་ཟས་སྦྱིན་གྱིས་ཐོས་ནས། གསེར་གྱི་གཞོང་པ་གསེར་དངུལ་གྱིས་བཀང་བའི་སྟེང་དུ་ཀཱར་ཥཱ་པ་ཎ་ལྔ་བརྒྱ་བཞག་སྟེ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱི་ཐད་དུ་སོང་ནས། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་འདི་བཞེས་སུ་གསོལ་ཞེས་བྱས་སོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། ཁྱིམ་བདག་འདི་དག་ནི་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་སྦྱིན་པར་བྱ་བ་ཡིན་གྱིས་བྲམ་ཟེ་ལ་བྱིན་ཅིག །དེ་ནས་ཁྱིམ་བདག་མགོན་མེད་ཟས་སྦྱིན་གྱིས་གསེར་གྱི་གཞོང་པ་གང་བ་དེ་བྲམ་ཟེ་ལ་བྱིན་ནོ། །དེ་ནས་དགེ་སློང་དག་ཐེ་ཙོམ་སྐྱེས་ཏེ། ཐེ་ཙོམ་ཐམས་ཅད་གཅོད་པ་སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་ཞུས་པ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་བྲམ་ཟེ་འདིས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱང་གཤེགས་སུ་མ་སྟེར་ནས། མགོན་མེད་ཟས་སྦྱིན་གྱིས་ཀཱར་ཥཱ་པ་ཎ་སྩལ་བ་ལ་གཟིགས། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཅི་སྲིད་ཅིག་ནས་འདིའི་བུ་ལོན་ཆགས་ལགས། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། དགེ་སློང་དག་ཁྱེད་ཉན་པར་འདོད་དམ། བཙུན་པ་ཉན་པར་འཚལ་ལགས་སོ། །དགེ་སློང་དག་འོ་ན་ལེགས་པར་རབ་ཏུ་ཉོན་ལ་ཡིད་ལ་ཟུང་ཤིག་དང་ངས་བཤད་དོ། །དགེ་སློང་དག་སྔོན་བྱུང་བ་འདས་པའི་དུས་ན། གྲོང་ཁྱེར་བཱ་རཱ་ཎ་སཱི་ན་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཚངས་པས་བྱིན་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་རྒྱལ་པོ་བྱེད་དེ། དེའི་རིང་ལ་འབྱོར་པ་ དང་། རྒྱས་པ་དང་། བདེ་བ་དང་། ལོ་ལེགས་པ་དང་། སྐྱེ་བོ་དང་མི་མང་པོས་གང་བ་དང་། རྩོད་པ་དང་། འཐབ་པ་ཞི་བ་དང་། འཁྲུག་པ་དང་། ནང་འཁྲུག་དང་། ཆོམ་རྐུན་ད

The Blessed One said, "Great king, these are not to be given by you, they should be given by someone else." Similarly, Masaga of Mrigadava, and the chief of the retinue of queens, the ascetic who gives alms, the ancient people, Indra and Brahma and other gods, and Vaishravana's son and others also took gold and silver, and if they went to the Blessed One, the Blessed One would also say to them, these are not to be given by you either. Later, after some time, the householder Anathapindika heard this, and placed five hundred karshapanas on top of a golden plate filled with gold and silver, and went to the Blessed One, saying, "Please accept these, Blessed One." The Blessed One said, "Householder, these are to be given by you, please give them to the Brahmin." After that, the householder Anathapindika gave the golden plate filled with gold to the Brahmin. Then, the monks became doubtful, and asked the Buddha, the Blessed One, who cuts off all doubts, "Blessed One, this Brahmin did not even let the Blessed One leave, but watched Anathapindika offer karshapanas. Blessed One, how long will it take to pay off his debt?" The Blessed One said, "Monks, do you want to listen?" The monks replied, "We want to listen."
