་གཉིས་དང་། ནུ་མ་སྣུན་པའི་མ་མ་གཉིས་དང་། དྲི་མ་འཁྲུ་བའི་མ་མ་གཉིས་དང་། རྩེ་བའི་མ་མ་གཉིས་ཏེ། མ་མ་བརྒྱད་ལ་གཏད་ནས། དེ་མ་མ་བརྒྱད་ཀྱིས་འོ་མ་དང་། ཞོ་དང་། མར་དང་། ཞུན་མར་དང་། མར་གྱི་ཉིང་ཁུ་དང་། གཞན་ཡང་ཡོ་བྱད་ཀྱི་ཁྱད་པར་བཟང་ངོ་ཅོག་གིས་བསྐྱེད་བསྲིངས་ཏེ། མཚོའི་ནང་གི་པད་མ་བཞིན་དུ་སྐྱེ་དྲག་པར་གྱུར་ཏོ། །དེ་ནས་བུ་མོ་ཟླ་བ་མཐར་གྱིས་ཆེན་མོར་གྱུར་པ་དང་། དེ་མཁས་ཤིང་གསལ་ལ་ཡིད་གཞུངས་པ་དང་། བྱ་བ་ལ་མཁས་པ་དང་། དྲན་པ་དང་ལྡན་པ་དང་། ཐོས་པ་འཛིན་པར་གྱུར་ཏོ། །དེ་ནས་རེ་ཞིག་ན་དེའི་ཕ་བྲམ་ཟེའི་ཁྱེའུ་རྣམས་ལ་སྔགས་སློབ་པ་ན་དེས་ཐོས་པ་ཙམ་གྱིས་ལོབས་སོ། །ཐོས་ནས་ཀྱང་བསྟན་བཅོས་དེ་དག་ལྟག་འོག་སྦྱོར་ཞིང་འཆད་ནུས་སོ། །དེ་ནས་དེའི་གྲགས་པས་མཉན་དུ་ཡོད་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་རྒྱས་པར་གྱུར་ཏོ། །མུ་སྟེགས་ཅན་དག་ཀྱང་ཉིན་གཅིག་བཞིན་དུ་དེ་ལ་བལྟ་བའི་ཕྱིར་འོངས་ཏེ། དེ་དང་ལྷན་ཅིག་ཏུ་གཏན་ལ་འབེབས་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །དེ་ནས་གང་གི་ཚེ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་བླ་ན་མེད་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཏུ་མངོན་པར་རྫོགས་པར་སངས་རྒྱས་པ་དེའི་ཚེ་མཉན་དུ་ཡོད་པར་གཤེགས་ནས། མཁས་པ་རྣམས་དང་མཁས་པར་བགྲང་བ་དེ་དག་ཕལ་ཆེར་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་བལྟ་བའི་ཕྱིར་དེར་འདོང་བར་བྱེད་དོ། །དེ་ནས་དེ་དག་མི་སྣང་ནས་ནང་མི་རྣམས་ལ་སྨྲས་པ་ཀྱེ་ཅིའི་ཕྱིར་དེ་བསྟན་བཅོས་ཤེས་པ་དག་མི་འོང་། འདི་ལ་རྒྱུ་ཅི་ཞིག་ཡོད། དེ་དག་གིས་སྨྲས་པ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཐམས་ཅད་མཁྱེན་པ་ཤཱཀྱ་ཐུབ་པ་འདིར་གཤེགས་ཏེ། དེ་དག་ཐམས་ཅད་དེ་ལ་གཞོལ་བར་གྱུར་ཏོ། །དེ་ནས་སངས་རྒྱས་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་སྒྲ་སྔོན་མ་བྱུང་བ་ཐོས་ནས། དེ་སྤུ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཟིང་ཞེས་བྱས་སོ། །དེ་ནས་བུ་མོ་ཟླ་བས་སངས་རྒྱས་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་སྒྲ་ཐོས་ནས། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱི་ཐད་དུ་སོང་ངོ་། །དེ་ནས་དེས་སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་ འདས་སྐུ་སྐྱེས་བུ་ཆེན་པོའི་མཚན་སུམ་ཅུ་རྩ་གཉིས་ཀྱིས་ལེགས་པར་བརྒྱན་པ། དཔེ་བྱད་བཟང་པོ་བརྒྱད་ཅུས་མཛེས་པར་བྱས་པ། འོད་འདོམ་གང་གིས་བརྒྱན་པ། ཉི་མ་སྟོང་བས་ལྷག་པའི་འོད་མངའ་བ། རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་རི་བོ་འགྲོ་བ་ལྟ་བུ་ཀུན་ནས་བཟང་བ་མཐོང་ནས། མཐོང་མ་ཐག་ཏུ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱི་ཞབས་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ཏེ། །ཆོས་མཉན་པའི་ཕྱིར་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱི་སྤྱན་སྔར་འདུག་གོ །དེ་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བུ་མོ་ཟླ་བའི་བསམ་པ་དང་བག་ལ་ཉལ་དང་ཁམས་དང་རང་བཞིན་ཐུགས་སུ་ཆུད་ནས་འཕགས་པའི་བདེན་པ་བཞི་རྟོགས

Two, two nursing mothers, two mothers for washing dirt, and two mothers for playing, entrusting her to eight mothers. Those eight mothers nurtured and raised her with milk, cheese, butter, clarified butter, the essence of butter, and all other excellent utensils, making her grow rapidly like a lotus in the sea. Then, the Moon Daughter gradually grew up, becoming intelligent, clear-minded, upright, skilled in affairs, endowed with memory, and able to retain what she heard. Later, on one occasion, when her father was teaching mantras to the Brahmin children, she learned them simply by hearing them. After hearing them, she could also recite and explain those treatises backwards and forwards. Then, her fame spread throughout all places. The heretics also came to see her as if every day, and they engaged in debates with her. Then, when the Bhagavan attained the unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment, he went to Nyan du Yod (Shravasti). Most of those who were wise and considered wise went there to see the Bhagavan. Then, those people disappeared, and the family members said, 'Why don't those who are proficient in treatises come? What is the reason for this?' They said, 'The Bhagavan, the all-knowing Shakyamuni Buddha, has come here, and they are all devoted to him.' Then, upon hearing the sound 'Buddha,' which had never been heard before, all the hairs on her body stood on end. Then, after the Moon Daughter heard the sound 'Buddha,' she went to the Bhagavan. Then, she saw the Buddha Bhagavan, whose body was adorned with the thirty-two major marks of a great being, beautified by the eighty minor marks, radiant with light, possessing light surpassing a thousand suns, and perfect like a walking mountain of jewels. Upon seeing him, she immediately prostrated at the feet of the Bhagavan and sat before the Bhagavan to listen to the Dharma. Then, the Bhagavan understood the Moon Daughter's thoughts, predispositions, faculties, and nature, and she realized the Four Noble Truths.

像那样转变成的法被宣说了。听闻之后，月亮女儿以智慧金刚摧毁了二十座高耸的观察世间之山的顶峰，显现了入流果。她见到真谛后，在大众主母面前出家。之后，她通过精进、修行和努力，认识到这五眼肉身的轮回之轮是动摇且不稳定的。她彻底明白一切有为法的性质是崩塌、堕落、消散和毁灭的。舍弃一切烦恼，显现了阿罗汉果。阿罗汉已脱离三界之贪欲，拥有黄金与瓦砾等同，天空与手掌相似的心，变得像檀香浸泡过一样清凉。以智慧摧毁了蛋壳，获得了智慧、神通和各别正智。不贪图有为的利养、执着和恭敬。受到包括天神和近侍在内的诸神的供养，成为值得忆念、敬畏之处。之后，当世尊对比丘们说：比丘们，你们要背诵半月半月宣说的别解脱经。那时，大众主母祈请道：世尊，请传授别解脱经的传承。善逝，请传授别解脱经的传承。世尊说道：如来、应供、正等觉不会为比丘尼逐字逐句地传授法的传承。如果你们中有人能听一次就能记住，我就传授。之后，当时比丘尼月亮聚集在那僧团之中而坐。之后，比丘尼月亮从座位上站起来，向世尊所在的方向合掌致敬，对世尊说道：如果一次宣说就能被我记住，请世尊传授别解脱经的传承。善逝，请传授别解脱经的传承。之后，世尊广为传授了传承。

Such a Dharma that transforms was taught. Having heard that, the daughter Moon, with the wisdom vajra, destroyed the twenty high peaks of the mountain of observing the world, and manifestly realized the fruit of stream-entry. Having seen the truth, she went forth in the presence of the Great Mother of the Multitude. Thereafter, through diligence, practice, and effort, she realized that this wheel of samsara of the five fleshy eyes is wavering and unstable. She thoroughly understood that the nature of all conditioned phenomena is to collapse, fall, scatter, and perish. Having abandoned all defilements, she manifestly realized the state of an Arhat. The Arhat, having become free from desire in the three realms, possessed a mind that equated gold and clods, like the sky and the palm of the hand, and became as cool as sandalwood steeped in water. Having shattered the shell of the egg with wisdom, she obtained wisdom, supernormal powers, and individual perfect knowledge. She did not look to the gains, attachments, and honors of existence. She was worshipped by the gods, including the powerful ones and their attendants, and became a place to be remembered, revered, and spoken of with respect. Then, when the Bhagavan said to the monks: Monks, you should recite the Pratimoksha Sutra that is recited every half month. At that time, the Great Mother of the Multitude requested: Bhagavan, please bestow the transmission of the Pratimoksha Sutra. Sugata, please bestow the transmission of the Pratimoksha Sutra. The Bhagavan said: The Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Awakened One, does not bestow the transmission of the Dharma to nuns word by word. If there is someone among you who can grasp it by speaking it once, then I will bestow the transmission. Then, at that time, the nun Moon gathered and sat within that very assembly. Then, the nun Moon rose from her seat, prostrated with folded hands towards where the Bhagavan was, and said this to the Bhagavan: If I can grasp it by being spoken once, please, Bhagavan, bestow the transmission of the Pratimoksha Sutra. Sugata, please bestow the transmission of the Pratimoksha Sutra. Then, the Bhagavan extensively bestowed the transmission.
