Like a raised banner, she appeared in the sky and displayed various kinds of miracles. The ordinary people quickly developed faith through the miracles, and then they saw the miracles that made gods and humans believe. After seeing this, like someone named Spuzing cutting down a tree from its roots, they prostrated at her feet and prayed: Please be patient, please be patient, you have personally practiced such Dharma, so it is impossible for you to do as you please. Then, the girl named Light Virtue descended from the sky and sat among the multitude of people, teaching such Dharma that hundreds of thousands of beings who heard it would see the truth. Then, the Blessed One entrusted her to the great Sanskrit Romanization: mahāprajāpatī,Chinese literal meaning: Great Mother of Creatures), who ordained her and gave her the Bhikkhuni vows. After that, through diligence, practice, and effort, she realized that this wheel of five-eyed samsara is shaking and unstable, thus thoroughly understanding that the nature of all conditioned phenomena is destruction, decay, dissipation, and disintegration. Having abandoned all defilements, she directly realized the state of an Arhat. The Arhat, having abandoned the desires of the three realms, possessed an equal mind that regarded gold and dung as the same, and saw no difference between the sky and the palm of her hand. She became cool like sandalwood soaked in water, destroyed the shell of ignorance with wisdom, and obtained wisdom, supernormal powers, and discriminating awareness. She did not crave worldly gain, attachment, or respect. She was worshiped by the gods, including the king of gods and his attendants, and became an object of remembrance and reverence. Then, the monks became doubtful and asked the Blessed One, who cuts off all doubts: "Venerable Light Virtue, what kind of deeds did she do that she has a beautiful appearance, is pleasing to look at, and has jewels appearing from her neck, and after ordaining, she directly realized the state of an Arhat?" The Blessed One said: "Monks, Light Virtue, in other past lives, accumulated merit and possessed the necessary conditions. Like crossing a dangerous river, she did and accumulated those virtuous deeds that allowed her to arrive safely, and that is why she is like this."

Now, who else will experience the deeds done and accumulated by you, Bhadra? Monks, the deeds done and accumulated will not mature in the external realm of earth, nor will they mature in the realm of water, fire, or wind. The virtuous and non-virtuous deeds done and accumulated will mature only in the aggregates, elements, and sources that are grasped. The deeds of sentient beings will not be exhausted even in hundreds of eons. When they are gathered and the time has come, they will mature into fruit. Monks, in the past, long ago, ninety-one eons ago, a Tathagata, Arhat, Perfectly Awakened One, endowed with knowledge and conduct, Sugata, Knower of the World, Guide of beings to be tamed, Supreme, Teacher of gods and humans, Buddha, Bhagavan, named Vipashyin, appeared in the world. He resided in the royal palace of the king's relatives. After some time, the Perfectly Awakened Buddha Vipashyin completed all the deeds of a Buddha and, like a fire that has consumed its fuel, entered the realm of Nirvana without remainder. Then, King Kinsman made offerings to the relics of that Bhagavan and built a stupa made of four kinds of precious jewels, one yojana in circumference and one yojana in height. After some time, the virtuous queen of King Kinsman, having grown old, removed various ornaments from her body and offered them to that stupa. Then, she prostrated at the feet of the stupa and made the aspiration: "By this root of virtue, aspiration, and the act of giving, may I also attain the state of an Arhat." The Bhagavan said: "Monks, what do you think? The virtuous queen of King Kinsman at that time is this Bhadrika. Because she offered various ornaments to the stupa of the Bhagavan Vipashyin, she is beautiful in form, pleasing to behold, and all her limbs and parts are
