ང་འདྲ་སྟེ། བྱམས་ཤིང་སྙིང་རྗེའི་སེམས་ཀྱིས། དེ་ལྟར་བྱམས་པའི་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་པས་སྦྲུལ་གྱི་གདུག་པ་ཡང་ཞི་བར་གྱུར་ནས་དེ་དག་བརྫིས་ནས་ཀླུའི་མཁར་དུ་སོང་ངོ་། །མཁར་དེ་ལ་ཀླུ་གཉིས་ཀྱིས་དསྲེས་ཏེ། ཀླུའི་མགོ་མཁར་སྒོ་ལ་བརྟེན་ཏེ། ཀླུ་དེ་གཉིས་ཀྱིས་སྦྱིན་པ་ཆེན་པོ་དེ་མཐོང་ནས་མགོ་བཏེག་སྟེ་གདུག་པ་འབྱིན་པ་ལས། སྦྱིན་པ་ཆེན་པོས་བྱམས་པའི་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་པས་གདུག་པ་ཡང་ཞི་ནས་མགོ་སྨད་པས་ས་ལ་ཉལ་ལོ། །སྦྱིན་པ་ཆེན་པོས་ཀླུའི་མགོ་ལ་བརྫིས་ནས་མཁར་གྱི་ནང་ན་སོང་བ་དང་། མཁར་གྱི་ནང་ན་ཀླུ་ཞིག་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་སྣ་བདུན་གྱི་གཞལ་མེད་ཁང་ན་འདུག་པ་མཐོང་ངོ་། །ཀླུའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་དེས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་མཐོང་ནས། དངངས་ཏེ་འདི་སྙམ་དུ་སེམས་སོ། །ངའི་གནས་འདི་འོབས་རིམ་པ་བདུན་གྱིས་བསྐོར་ཏེ། འོབས་ཀྱི་ནང་ན་སྦྲུལ་གདུག་ པས་གང་བས་ཀླུ་དང་གནོད་སྦྱིན་མ་ཡིན་པ་གཞན་གང་ཡང་འདིར་འོང་བའི་ཐུགས་མི་ཐུབ་ན། འདི་ལྟ་བུ་སུ་ཡིན་སྙམ་སྟེ་འདུག་པ་ལས་ལངས་ནས་བསུ་སྟེ། བསྟི་སྟང་དང་བཅས་པས་ཕྱག་བྱས་ནས་རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་ཁྲི་ལ་བཞག་སྟེ། ཁ་ཟས་རྣམ་པ་སྣ་ཚོགས་བྱིན་ནོ། །ཁ་ཟས་ཟོས་ནས་ཁྱོད་འདིར་ཅི་ལ་འོངས་ཅི་ལྟར་ཕྱིན་དྲིས་སོ། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔས་སྨྲས་པ། འཛམ་བུའི་གླིང་གི་མི་རྣམས་ནི་དབུལ་ཕོངས་པས་ནོར་དང་། ཟས་དང་། གོས་ཀྱི་ཕྱིར་གཅིག་གིས་གཅིག་རྣམ་པ་སྣ་ཚོགས་ཀྱིས་འཚེ་ཞིང་གནོད་པ་བྱེད་དེ། ཚེ་འཕོས་མ་ཐག་ཏུ་ངན་སོང་གསུམ་དུ་ལྷུང་ངོ་། །བདག་ནི་འདི་ལ་སྙིང་བརྩེ་སྟེ། དེ་དག་གི་མགོན་བྱ་བའི་ཕྱིར་ལམ་རིང་པོ་ནས་ཉོན་མོངས་པ་དང་བསྡོས་ཏེ། རྒྱལ་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་ཁྱོད་ལ་ཡིད་བཞིན་གྱི་ནོར་བུ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་སློང་དུ་འོངས་སོ། །ཡིད་བཞིན་གྱི་ནོར་བུ་རིན་པོ་ཆེས་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་ཕན་གདགས་པའི་བསོད་ནམས་ཀྱིས་མངོན་པར་རྫོགས་པར་འཚང་རྒྱ་བར་འཚལ་གྱིས། བདག་གི་ཡིད་དང་མི་འགལ་བར་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་སྩལ་དུ་གསོལ། །ཀླུའི་རྒྱལ་པོས་སྨྲས་པ། ཡིད་བཞིན་གྱི་ནོར་བུ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་ནི་ཤིན་ཏུ་རྙེད་པར་དཀའ་བ་ཡིན་ཏེ། ཁྱོད་དོན་འདིའི་ཕྱིར་འོང་ན། འདིར་ཟླ་བ་གཅིག་ཅིག་འདུག་སྟེ་བདག་གི་མཆོད་པ་ཡང་བཞེས་ལ་བདག་ལ་ཆོས་བསྟན་ན། ཡིད་བཞིན་གྱི་ནོར་བུ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་ཡང་སྦྱིན་ནོ་ཞེས་བྱས་པ་དང་། བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔས་ཀྱང་དེ་བཞིན་དུ་བྱའོ་ཞེས་སྨྲས་སོ། །དེ་ནས་ཀླུའི་རྒྱལ་པོས་ཉིན་གཅིག་བཞིན་དུ་ཁ་ཟས་རོ་བརྒྱ་དང་ལྡན་པ་རྣམ་པ་སྣ་ཚོགས་སྦྱར་ཏེ་ཕུལ་ནས། རོལ་མོས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་མཆོད་དོ། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔས་ཀྱང་དེ་ལ་དྲན་པ་ཉེ་བར་གཞག་པའི་ཆོས་ཀྱི་ཡན་ལག་ཟླ་བ་གཅིག་གི་བར་དུ་བསྟན་ནས། ཕྱིར་འགྲོའོ་ཞེས་བྱས་པ་དང་། ཀླུའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་དགའ་ནས་སྤྱི་བོའི་གཙུག་ཕུད་ནས་ཡིད་བཞིན་གྱི་ནོར་བུ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་བཀྲོལ་ཏེ་ཕུལ་ལོ། །སྐྱེས་བུ་ཆེན་པོ་འགྲོ་བ་ལ་ཕན་པའི་དོན་དུ་ཡི་དམ་ལ་ཤིན་ཏུ་བརྟན་པ་ཁྱོད་གདོན་མི་ཟ་བར་འཚང་རྒྱའོ། །ནམ་མངོན་པར་སངས་རྒྱས་པ་ན་བདག་ཀྱང་ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་ཉེ་གནས་མཆོག་ཏུ་གྱུར་ ཅིག་ཅེས་སྨྲས་སོ། །དེ་ནས་ཀླུའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ལ་ནོར་བུ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་འདི་ལ་མཐུ་སྟོབས་ཅི་ཡོད་དྲིས་ན། སྨྲས་པ། ནོར་བུ་འདི་ནི་དཔག་ཚད་ཉིས་སྟོང་ཁོ་ར་ཁོར་ཡུག་ཏུ་དགོས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཆར་བཞིན་དུ་འབེབས་སོ། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔས་བསམས་པ། ནོར་བུ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་འདི་མཐུ་སྟོབས་ཆེ་མོད་ཀྱི། འོན་ཀྱང་བདག་གིས་བསམས་པའི་དོན་ཆེན་པོ་འགྲུབ་ནུས་པ་མ་ཡིན་ནོ། །སྙམ་བསམས་ནས། ཀླུའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་འཁོར་དང་བཅས་པས་བསྐྱལ་ཏེ་སོང་ངོ་། །དེ་ནས་ཡང་སོང་སོང་བ་དང་། རྒྱང་མ་ནས་་རྱ་སྔོན་པོའི་མཁར་ཅིག་མཐོང་ངོ་། །མཁར་དེའི་དྲུང་དུ་ཕྱིན་པ་དང་། མཁར་དེ་ཡང་འོབས་རིམ་པ་བདུན་གྱིས་བསྐོར་ཏེ། འོབས་ཀྱི་ནང་ན་སྦྲུལ་གདུག་པས་ཡོངས་སུ་གང་ངོ་། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔས་སྦྲུལ་གདུག་པ་དེ་དག་ལ་སྙིང་བརྩེ་ཞིང་བྱམས་པའི་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་པས། སྦྲུལ་གདུག་པ་ཞི་ནས་སྦྲུལ་དེ་དག་བརྫིས་ཏེ་སོང་ངོ་། །མཁར་སྒོར་ཕྱིན་པ་དང་། ཀླུ་གཉིས་ཤིག་མཁར་སྒོར་ཉལ་བ་དང་། བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སྙིང་བརྩེ་ཞིང་བྱམས་པའི་སེམས་ཀྱིས་ཀླུའི་གདུག་པ་ཞི་ནས་མགོ་ལ་བརྫིས་ནས་མཁར་གྱི་ནང་དུ་སོང་ངོ་། །དེའི་ཚེ་ན་མཁར་དེ་ན་ཀླུའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་གཅིག་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་སྣ་བདུན་གྱི་གཞལ་མེད་ཁང་ན་འདུག་པས། རྒྱང་མ་ནས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་མཐོང་ནས། འདི་སྙམ་དུ་བདག་གི་གནས་འདི་ལ་འོབས་རིམ་པ་བདུན་གྱིས་བསྐོར་ཏེ། འོབས་ཀྱི་ནང་ན་སྦྲུལ་གདུག་པས་གང་བ་ཀླུ་དང་། གནོད་སྦྱིན་མིན་པ་གཞན་འོང་བའི་ཐུགས་མི་ཐུབ་ན་མི་འདི་ལྟ་བུ་སུ་ཡིན། གང་ནས་འོངས་སྙམ་ནས་ཡ་མཚན་དུ་གྱུར་ཏེ། བསུས་ནས་བསྟི་སྟང་དང་བཅས་པས་ཕྱག་བྱས་ཏེ་རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་གདན་ལ་བཞག་གོ །དེ་ནས་ཁ་ཟས་རོ་བརྒྱ་དང་ལྡན་པ་རྣམ་པ་སྣ་ཚོགས་སྦྱར་ཏེ་ཕུལ་ལོ། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔས་ཁ་ཟས་ཟོས་པའི་འོག་ཏུ་ཁྱོད་འདིར་ཅི་ལ་འོངས། དོན་ཅི་ཡོད་ཅེས་དྲིས་སོ། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔས་སྨྲས་པ། བདག་ནི་ཀླུའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་

就像我一样，以慈爱和怜悯之心。如此生起慈爱之心，蛇的毒性也得以平息，于是踩着它们进入龙的城市。那座城市由两条龙守护着，龙的头靠在城门上。那两条龙看到大布施者，抬起头来释放毒气，大布施者生起慈爱之心，毒气也平息了，龙低下头，躺在地上。大布施者踩着龙的头，进入了城市内部，在城市内部，他看到一条龙坐在七宝庄严的宫殿里。龙王看到菩萨，惊恐地心想：我的住所被七重深渊环绕，深渊里充满了毒蛇，除了龙和夜叉之外，没有任何人能够来到这里，这个人到底是谁呢？想着，他从座位上站起来迎接，以礼貌和尊敬的方式行礼，将他安置在珍贵的宝座上，并献上各种各样的食物。吃完食物后，他问道：你为何而来，又是如何到达这里的？菩萨说道：赡部洲的人们因为贫穷，为了财富、食物和衣服，互相以各种方式伤害和损害，死后立即堕入三恶道。我对此深感怜悯，为了成为他们的保护者，不畏长途跋涉和烦恼，前来向伟大的国王您请求如意宝珠。如意宝珠以利益一切众生的功德，能够圆满证得菩提。请您不要违背我的意愿，赐予我宝珠。龙王说道：如意宝珠是极其难以获得的，如果您为了此事而来，那么请在这里住一个月，接受我的供养，并为我讲法，我也会布施如意宝珠。菩萨也答应说：好的。之后，龙王每天都准备一百种口味的食物，以各种方式混合后献上。

Just like me, with a heart of love and compassion. Having generated such a loving mind, the venom of the snakes was also pacified, and so he stepped on them and went to the city of the dragons. That city was guarded by two dragons, with the dragons' heads resting on the city gate. When those two dragons saw the great giver, they raised their heads and emitted venom, but the great giver generated a loving mind, and the venom was also pacified, so the dragons lowered their heads and lay on the ground. The great giver stepped on the dragons' heads and went inside the city, and inside the city, he saw a dragon sitting in a palace adorned with seven precious jewels. When the dragon king saw the Bodhisattva, he was startled and thought to himself: 'My abode is surrounded by seven layers of abysses, and the abysses are filled with venomous snakes, so no one other than dragons and yakshas can endure coming here. Who could this be?' Thinking this, he rose from his seat to greet him, and with politeness and respect, he bowed and placed him on a precious throne, and offered him various kinds of food. After eating the food, he asked, 'Why have you come here, and how did you arrive?' The Bodhisattva said, 'The people of Jambudvipa are impoverished, and for the sake of wealth, food, and clothing, they harm and injure each other in various ways. Immediately after death, they fall into the three lower realms. I have great compassion for this, and in order to be their protector, I have endured a long journey and afflictions, and have come to request the wish-fulfilling jewel from you, the great king. With the merit of benefiting all sentient beings, the wish-fulfilling jewel can perfectly attain enlightenment. Please do not go against my wishes, and grant me the jewel.' The dragon king said, 'The wish-fulfilling jewel is extremely difficult to obtain. If you have come for this purpose, then stay here for a month, accept my offerings, and teach me the Dharma, and I will also give you the wish-fulfilling jewel.' The Bodhisattva also agreed, saying, 'Very well.' Then, the dragon king prepared food with a hundred flavors, mixed in various ways, and offered it every day.

He offered flowers to the Bodhisattva. The Bodhisattva also taught him the limb of Dharma of mindfulness for a month. Then he said, "I am leaving." The Dragon King was delighted and took off the wish-fulfilling jewel from the crown of his head and offered it. "Great being, for the benefit of beings, you are very steadfast in your chosen deity, you will surely attain Buddhahood without being devoured by demons. When you manifest enlightenment, may I also become your supreme attendant." So he said. Then he asked the Dragon King, "What power does this jewel have?" He replied, "This jewel rains down all necessities like rain within a radius of two thousand yojanas." The Bodhisattva thought, "Although this jewel has great power, it cannot accomplish the great purpose I have in mind." Thinking thus, the Dragon King and his retinue escorted him, and the Bodhisattva left. Then he went on and on, and from afar he saw a blue castle. When he arrived at the castle, it was surrounded by seven moats, and the moats were filled with venomous snakes. The Bodhisattva generated a heart of love and compassion for those venomous snakes. The venomous snakes calmed down, and the Bodhisattva stepped on those snakes and went on. When he arrived at the castle gate, there were two dragons sleeping at the gate. The Bodhisattva, with a heart of love and compassion, calmed the venom of the dragons, stepped on their heads, and entered the castle. At that time, in that castle, there was a Dragon King dwelling in a palace made of seven precious jewels. From afar, he saw the Bodhisattva and thought, "My place is surrounded by seven moats, and the moats are filled with venomous snakes. Dragons and non-humans cannot endure it. Who is this person? Where did he come from?" He was very surprised, so he welcomed him, paid homage with respect and reverence, and placed him on a jeweled throne. Then he prepared various kinds of food with a hundred flavors and offered it. After the Bodhisattva had eaten the food, he asked, "Why have you come here? What is your purpose?" The Bodhisattva said, "I am a Dragon King."
