Then, the Rakshasi asked the Upasika, 'What is your name?' She replied, 'I am called Dewa (Good Fortune).' The Rakshasi said, 'Since you have relieved the hunger of my mother and children, in the place where I live, there is a vase full of gold. Take it back with you on your return journey. After that, the Upasika set out on her journey, and before long, she met Alamba. She conveyed her sister's greetings to Alamba and told her that she had safely given birth to five hundred sons. Take it back with you on your return journey. One of our brothers is also on the road. If you meet him, please give him the greetings from both of us sisters and tell him the news of the birth of five hundred sons.' Having instructed her, she left. After a long time, she met the brother of the two sisters. She conveyed the greetings from the two daughters to him and told him the news of the safe birth of five hundred sons, and he was also very happy and said, 'It is very good that you have brought the greetings and news from my two sisters. Then he performed virtuous deeds and accumulated great wealth. The king also knew that this was the result of virtuous deeds, so he appointed him as a minister, making him extremely wealthy.
