Yes. When I walk on dry land, I can see with my eyes what is under my feet, so even if there are thorns, stones, or tiles that feel uncomfortable, I can avoid them. But I cannot see what is at the bottom of the water with my eyes. If I step on thorns, snakes, or venomous insects, I fear that my feet will be harmed, so I did not take off my shoes. The Brahmin said: Then why do you enter the water with your clothes on? The girl said: A woman's body has good and bad marks. If I changed my clothes and entered the water, others would see them. If the marks are good, they will say nothing, but if the marks are bad, they will be ridiculed, so I did not change my clothes. The Brahmin said: Then why do you not climb the tree alone? The girl said: If I climbed the tree, the branches might break or fall, and my body would be harmed, so I did not climb the tree. This girl is the daughter of King Rabselgyal's brother, named Tobkyi Drokpo. The king's brother had previously committed a crime and was banished from that place, came here, and took Lhatsam Ma as his wife, and this is the daughter born from that union. The Brahmin said: Daughter, you are very wise and intelligent, do you have parents? The girl said: Yes. Then let's go to your house together, he said, and they went to her door. The girl went inside and said to her parents: There is a Brahmin at the door who wishes to see my father. The girl's father came to the door and, after exchanging greetings, asked: Is this girl your daughter? He replied: She is my daughter. Does she have a husband? He replied: She has no husband. The Brahmin said: In the place of Nyaindu, do you know the minister named Lonpo Ridak? He replied: I am well acquainted with him. The Brahmin said: That minister has a young son, handsome in appearance and kind in heart, who wishes to take your daughter as his wife. He said: That is a noble and high-ranking family. If he desires my daughter, then let it be done according to your wishes. Having said that, the Brahmin also sent a letter to his friend who was returning to Nyaindu, sending it through the Brahmin. Sending it through the Brahmin.

After the messenger arrived, horses and carriages were prepared to welcome the bride. Then, they set off for the country of Shirititala. When they were close to arriving there, a person was sent ahead as a messenger. That person also prepared a feast for sending the daughter off as a bride, and the daughter was married off. After those people obtained the daughter, when they were going to Shravasti (Nyan Yod), the mother of that daughter said to her among the crowd: From now on, you must always wear good clothes and eat delicious food, and look in the mirror constantly as if it were every day. The daughter also said that she would do so. However, that father-in-law was not happy and thought to himself: When a person is born, happiness and suffering are also impermanent, how can good clothes and delicious food always be obtained? Looking in the mirror constantly is also unreasonable. Thinking this way, they bid each other farewell and departed. They all traveled together and started on the road, returning to their homeland. In the middle of the road, there was a cool and good house. Those who arrived earlier rested and settled down in that house. The bride also arrived there later and said to the father-in-law: It is not permissible to stay inside here, please quickly sit on the open ground. After the bride said this, they went to the open ground as she said. Some servants were unable to walk further, so they rested in the house. Before long, a cow and a horse came there and bumped into the pillars, and the house collapsed, and those who were resting in the house all died. The father-in-law thought, I was able to escape from being separated from death, it is all because of this bride. So, he developed a particularly loving feeling for the bride. Afterwards, they continued on their way, and when they were resting in a place full of grass and puddles, the bride arrived later and said: It is not permissible to rest in this puddle, please leave quickly. As soon as they left, a heavy rain fell, and a large stream of water appeared in the puddle where they had rested earlier. The father-in-law thought: I was almost separated from death twice, it was all the bride who saved me. So, they continued on their way and returned to their homeland. Afterwards, the relatives all came, said happy words, and held a grand feast, playing happily for a whole day. After all the guests had left, the brides were called and said:
