དི་སྐད་ཅེས་བསྒོའོ། །ཁྱོད་གང་དུ་འགྲོ་བའི་ཚེ། ཁྱོད་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་སྒོ་ཆོད་ལ་ལྟེ་མིག་ཀྱང་ཁྱེར་ཅིག །ངའི་བུ་མོ་རབ་ཏུ་མི་སྡུག་པ་འདི་ནི་ཅི་ནས་ཀྱང་ཕྱི་མི་གཞན་གྱིས་མི་མཐོང་བར་སྒོ་རབ་ཏུ་སྡོམས་ཤིག་ཅེས་བསྒོ་ནས། ནོར་དང་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་ལ་སོགས་པ་ཡོ་བྱད་ཐམས་ཅད་ཅི་དགོས་པ་ཆོག་པར་བྱིན་ཏེ། བློན་པོར་བཅུག་གོ །དེ་ནོར་བུ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་དང་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་མང་པོ་དང་ལྡན་པར་གྱུར་པས། དུས་ཕྱི་མ་ཞིག་ན་རིགས་ཆེ་ཞིང་མཐོ་བ་གཞན་དང་སྟོན་མོ་བྱ་བར་ཐམས་ཏེ། སྟོན་མོ་ལ་ཁྱོ་ཤུག་དང་། བུ་ཚ་ཡང་འདུས་ཏེ་རྩེ་བར་བྱས་པ་ལས། གཞན་ཀུན་ནི་ཆུང་མ་དང་འགྲོགས་ཏེ་འོངས་ན་བློན་པོ་དེ་འབའ་ཞིག་གི་ཆུང་མ་མ་འོངས་པས་གྲོགས་པོ་དག་ཐེ་ཙོམ་དུ་གྱུར་ཏེ། ཡང་ན་ནི་མི་འདིའི་ཆུང་མ་མངའ་བྱད་ཤིན་ཏུ་མཛེས་ཤིང་བཟང་མོ་ཞིག་གོ །ཡང་ན་ནི་ཤིན་ཏུ་མི་སྡུག་ཅིང་གཞན་གྱིས་མཐོང་དུ་མི་རུང་བ་ཞིག་ཡིན་པས། ཁྲིད་དེ་མ་འོངས་སོ་སྙམ་ནས་ཐེ་ཙོམ་ཟ་བས། དེ་དག་དེའི་ཆུང་མ་བལྟ་བར་བགྲོས་ནས། ཡིད་འཐུན་པར་གསང་སྟེ། མི་འདི་ཆང་གིས་ར་རོ་བར་བྱས་ཏེ་མི་དྲན་པའི་འོག་ཏུ་ལྟེ་མིག་བརྐུས་ཏེ། མི་ལྔ་ཙམ་ཞིག་དེའི་ཆུང་མར་བལྟ་བར་བཏང་ངོ་ཞེས་བགྲོས་སོ། །དེའི་ཚེ་ན་མི་དེའི་ཆུང་མས་སྔོན་བདག་གིས་སྡིག་པ་ཅི་བགྱིས་ན་ཁྱིམ་ཐབ་སྡང་སྟེ། འདི་འདྲའི་མུན་ཁུང་དུ་བཅུག་ནས་ཉི་མ་དང་ཟླ་བ་ཙམ་ཡང་བལྟར་མེད་དེ། མི་གཞན་ཡང་མི་མཐོང་སྙམ་སྟེ། ཤིན་ཏུ་མི་དགའ་ནས་ཡང་འདི་སྙམ་དུ་བསམས་སོ། །སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་འཇིག་རྟེན་ན་བཞུགས་ཏེ། སེམས་ཅན་གང་སྡུག་བསྔལ་གྱིས་གདུངས་པ་དག་གི་མགོན་དང་སྐྱབས་མཛད་དེ་ཐར་བར་མཛད་དོ་ཞེ་ན། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་བདག་རྒྱང་མ་ནས་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །ཐུགས་བརྩེ་བར་དགོངས་ཏེ། བདག་གི་མདུན་དུ་མངོན་སུམ་དུ་གཤེགས་ཤིང་། བདག་ལ་ཅུང་ཟད་ཅིག་ཞལ་སྟོན་པར་གྱུར་ཀྱང་ཅི་མ་རུང་སྙམ་བསམས་སོ། །བུ་མོ་དེའི་བསམ་པ་ཤིན་ཏུ་དག་ཅིང་མོས་པར་མཁྱེན་ནས་ བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེའི་ཁྱིམ་དུ་གཤེགས་ཏེ། བུ་མོ་དེའི་མདུན་དུ་སྔོན་གྱི་ལས་ཀྱིས་དབུ་མཐོན་མཐིང་གིས་མཚན་པ་མངོན་པར་བསྟན་པ་བུ་མོ་དེས་མཐོང་བར་མཛད་དོ། ། བུ་མོ་དེས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱི་དབུ་མཐོན་མཐིང་མཐོང་ནས། ལྷག་པར་ཡང་དགའ་ཞིང་མགུ་རངས་ཏེ། བསམ་པ་ཤིན་ཏུ་དག་པར་གྱུར་ཏོ། །བསམ་པ་ཤིན་ཏུ་དག་པས་བུ་མོ་དེའི་སྐྲ་ཡང་ཤིན་ཏུ་འཇམ་ཞིང་མཐོན་མཐིང་གི་ཁ་དོག་ཏུ་གྱུར་ཏོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་ཡང་ཞལ་མངོན་

如是诏告。你无论去往何处，自己务必携带门闩和钥匙。务必严密封锁，切莫让外人看到我这极其丑陋的女儿，如此诏告之后，便将所有所需的财物和享用等一切资具，按需给予，并委任为大臣。他因此变得富有珍宝和众多享用，后来，他与门第显赫的其他家族一同举办宴会，宴会上夫妻和子女们也一同前来嬉戏。其他人都是与妻子一同前来，唯独这位大臣的妻子没有来，朋友们对此感到疑惑，心想，要么是此人的妻子容貌极其美丽端庄，要么是极其丑陋，不宜示人，所以才没有带来，他们对此感到疑惑。于是，他们商议要去看一看他的妻子，达成共识后，他们秘密地将此人灌醉，趁其昏睡之际偷走了钥匙，然后派了五个人左右前去观看他的妻子。当时，那个人的妻子心想，我前世究竟造了什么孽，竟被家人厌恶，囚禁在这般黑暗的房间里，连日月都无法见到，更别说见到其他人了，她对此感到非常不悦，于是又这样想道：如果释迦牟尼佛世尊住在世间，作为救护者和庇护者，救度那些被痛苦折磨的众生，那么，我从远处向世尊顶礼。恳请您慈悲垂怜，亲自降临到我的面前，哪怕仅仅是稍微显现您的尊容，那该有多好啊！世尊知晓了那位女子纯洁而虔诚的心念，于是便降临到她的家中，在那位女子面前显现了因前世业力所致的顶髻，并让那位女子亲眼目睹。那位女子见到世尊的顶髻后，更加欢喜和愉悦，心念变得极其纯净。由于心念极其纯净，那位女子的头发也变得非常柔顺，并呈现出顶髻的颜色。世尊再次显现尊容

Thus it was proclaimed. "Wherever you go, be sure to carry the door bolt and the key yourself. Be sure to lock the door tightly so that no outsiders see my extremely ugly daughter," he proclaimed. Then, he gave him all the necessary possessions, such as wealth and enjoyment, and appointed him as a minister. He became rich in precious jewels and many possessions. Later, he was invited to a feast with other families of high rank. At the feast, husbands and wives and children gathered to play. Everyone else came with their wives, but only this minister's wife did not come, so the friends were puzzled. They wondered, "Either this man's wife is extremely beautiful and virtuous, or she is extremely ugly and not fit to be seen, that's why he didn't bring her." They were suspicious. So they decided to see his wife. They secretly agreed to get this man drunk with wine, steal the key while he was unconscious, and send about five people to see his wife. At that time, that man's wife thought, "What sins did I commit in the past that my family hates me and locks me in such a dark room, unable to see even the sun and moon, let alone other people?" She was very unhappy and thought, "If the Blessed One, the Buddha, were living in the world, as a protector and refuge, saving those beings who are tormented by suffering, then I would prostrate to the Blessed One from afar. Please have compassion and come to me in person, and even if you only show your face a little, how wonderful that would be!" Knowing the pure and devout thoughts of that girl, the Blessed One went to her house and showed the girl the ushnisha (藏文：དབུ་མཐོན་མཐིང་，梵文天城体：उष्णीष，梵文罗马拟音：uṣṇīṣa，汉语字面意思：顶髻) marked with indigo due to previous karma, and made the girl see it. When the girl saw the Blessed One's ushnisha (藏文：དབུ་མཐོན་མཐིང་，梵文天城体：उष्णीष，梵文罗马拟音：uṣṇīṣa，汉语字面意思：顶髻), she was even more happy and delighted, and her mind became extremely pure. Because her mind was so pure, the girl's hair became very soft and turned the color of the ushnisha (藏文：དབུ་མཐོན་མཐིང་，梵文天城体：उष्णीष，梵文罗马拟音：uṣṇīṣa，汉语字面意思：顶髻). The Blessed One again revealed his face.

三度示现，那女子见到了，一见到就欢喜踊跃，那女子也变得美好漂亮，丑陋和粗糙也没有了。世尊将身体的每个部分都显现出来，像黄金颜色的光芒闪耀，那女子见到后，对佛陀更加欢喜踊跃。如此欢喜踊跃，所有的丑陋都消失了，变得非常美丽动人，如同天女一般，世间无与伦比。世尊因为怜悯那女子，将身体完全示现，那女子眼睛不眨地看着，比以前更加欢喜踊跃，身体的每个特征都非常美好，世间无与伦比，丑陋的习气残余一点也没有留下。世尊根据情况说法，罪业全部消除，获得了入流果，世尊也返回了。然后，紧接着那五个人也打开了门，进入后见到那人的妻子非常美丽动人，无与伦比，互相说道：‘这人的妻子非常美好漂亮，不要带走。’他们见到那人的妻子后，又把门关上了，回到他们住的地方，那人没有察觉，他们也将眼珠放回了他的身体里。那人从醉酒中醒来，大家都回到了家中，见到自己的妻子容貌非常美好漂亮，在人中非常罕见，非常高兴，对妻子说：‘你是谁？’妻子也说：‘我是你的妻子。’丈夫说：‘你原来非常丑陋，为什么现在变得如此美好漂亮？’妻子说：‘我因为见到了佛陀，身体才变成这样。’详细地说了事情的经过。妻子又说：‘我心里现在想见我的父王，请你向国王禀告我这样说。’丈夫也同样向国王禀告，国王对士兵说：‘不要那样说，赶快去把她带回来。’

When the girl saw the threefold manifestation, she was immediately filled with joy and elation. The girl became beautiful and fair, without ugliness or roughness. The Blessed One revealed every part of his body, and the girl saw the golden light shining brightly. She was even more delighted and joyful towards the Buddha. Because of this joy and elation, all ugliness disappeared, and she became extremely beautiful and lovely, like a goddess, unparalleled in the world. Because the Blessed One had compassion for the girl, he fully revealed his body. The girl looked without blinking, and was even more joyful and elated than before. Every feature of her body was extremely beautiful, unparalleled in the world, and not even a trace of the residue of ugly habits remained. The Blessed One taught the Dharma appropriately, and all her sins were exhausted. She attained the fruit of stream-entry, and the Blessed One also returned. Then, immediately afterwards, the five men also opened the door. When they entered, they saw that the man's wife was extremely beautiful and fair, unparalleled. They said to each other, 'This man's wife is so beautiful and fair, let's not take her away.' After seeing the man's wife, they closed the door again and returned to where they were staying. Without the man noticing, they also put the eyeballs back into his body. The man woke up from his drunkenness, and everyone returned home. He saw that his wife's appearance was extremely beautiful and fair, very rare among people, and he was very happy. He said to his wife, 'Who are you?' The wife also said, 'I am your wife.' The husband said, 'You used to be very ugly, why have you become so beautiful and fair?' The wife said, 'Because I saw the Buddha, my body became like this.' She explained the matter in detail. The wife also said, 'I now want to see my father, the king. Please tell the king that I said this.' The husband also told the king in the same way. The king said to the soldiers, 'Don't say that, quickly go and bring her back.'

The king was overjoyed to see his daughter had become so beautiful and lovely. Together with the king, queen, soldier, and daughter, they went to where the Bhagavan was, prostrated to the Buddha, and sat to one side. Then, King Clear Glory knelt on his right knee and said to the Bhagavan, "What virtuous deeds did this daughter perform in the past that she was born into a noble and wealthy family with great possessions? And what evil deeds did she commit that her appearance is so ugly, and her skin and hair are like that of an animal?" The Bhagavan replied, "Great King, the princess's beautiful and ugly appearance is due to the virtuous and evil deeds she performed in her previous lives. Long ago, in a place called Varanasi, there lived a very wealthy householder with immeasurable riches. This householder offered everything he owned to a Pratyekabuddha. That Pratyekabuddha's body was very rough, ugly, and emaciated. The householder had a young daughter who, one day, saw the Pratyekabuddha passing by and developed a feeling of disgust. She scornfully said, 'This person's appearance is ugly, and his skin is rough; how unsightly!' The Pratyekabuddha regularly visited their home to receive offerings, and after a long time, he decided to pass into Nirvana. For the sake of this patron, he rose into the sky, his body ablaze with fire and water flowing from it. He disappeared from the east and appeared in the west, and disappeared from the west and appeared in the east, and from the south.
