The Brahmin boy pleaded, saying, 'God, it shall be as you say.' Having said this, the Brahmin boy Fire Offering took over all the affairs of King Dust's kingdom. Then, his name, whatever was called Fire Offering, ceased to exist, and became Fire Offering All-Pervading. At that time, when King Dust was young, there were six royal youths who were close and friendly. They came to the king and said, 'God, please grant us land.' Upon hearing this, the king immediately commanded Fire Offering All-Pervading, saying, 'Khenpo, divide this great earth into seven parts, and give six parts to these youths. One part shall be mine.' He pleaded, saying, 'God, it shall be as you say.' Fire Offering All-Pervading divided this great earth into seven parts, and gave six parts to the six youths. One part remained for King Dust's share. Then, King Dust placed those six royal families each in their own kingdom. Then, Fire Offering All-Pervading was universally revered in Jambudvipa, and people considered Brahmin All-Pervading to be the path of Brahma, and regarded it as the path of Brahma. Later, Brahmin All-Pervading thought to himself, 'I am universally revered by the people of all kingdoms, and people consider Brahmin All-Pervading to be the path of Brahma, and regard it as the path of Brahma. I have heard from the ancient Brahmins who are old and frail, the great scholars of the various tribes, that whichever Brahmin dwells with a mind of loving-kindness for four months of summer, then Brahma, the lord of the Sahā world, will come to visit.' Therefore, I should abandon everything, go up to the palace, and dwell with a mind of loving-kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity.' Then, he pleaded to the king, saying, 'God, please know that I intend to dwell in the state of Brahma for four months of summer, therefore, please appoint another assistant who can handle all the affairs of the king, your divine self.' Having said this, King Dust said:

Okay, it shall be done as you please. Then, as soon as he heard this, the Brahmin Vyāpti immediately abandoned all that was to be done, went up to the high mansion, and sat on the high mansion, abiding in a mind endowed with love, compassion, joy, and equanimity. Then, one day, the Lord Brahmā of the Sahā world came to visit him, and by the power of the color of the Lord Brahmā of the Sahā world, all those high mansions were filled with great light. Then, seeing that, he spoke in verses: I have never heard or seen such a color before. Beautiful in color and beautiful in form, friend, who are you? The Lord Brahmā of the Sahā world said: Young Śakra and others, as well as other sentient beings, know that I am the body of Brahmā, Vyāpti, know it thus. The great Brahmin Vyāpti said: Brahmā, I prostrate to you, Brahmā, I offer to you, please listen to my words and quickly grant a reply. The Lord Brahmā of the Sahā world said: Vyāpti, the words you have spoken, I will accept. Whatever you wish to ask in your mind, the Brahmin may ask me. Whether it is the benefit of this life, or the benefit of the next life, whatever you ask, I will carefully consider. The great Brahmin Vyāpti said: My doubts, other doubts, Brahmin, please ask the young man who gives all. Where to abide and what to learn, so that a person without defilement can attain the world of Brahmā? The Lord Brahmā of the Sahā world said: Brahmā, people abandon pride, take refuge with one-pointed devotion, believe with compassion, are without defilement, completely abandon lust, abide there, and learn there, and a person without defilement can attain the world of Brahmā. The Brahmin Vyāpti said: Brahmā, what are the defilements of humans? Like a puddle by the water's edge, by what is it covered? It is the cause of bad destinies, obscuring all the world, and one cannot know the path to attain Brahmā. The Lord Brahmā of the Sahā world said: Anger, falsehood, malice, harm, doing evil, divisive speech, slander, attachment, and hatred.

And likewise, ignorance, concealment, stinginess, and harsh words. These Brahmins are the filth of men, covered by it like the bank of a river covered by water. It is the cause of falling into evil destinies, obscuring all the worlds, and not knowing the way to attain Brahma. This Dharma is always practiced. If one is liberated from those, one will be born in the realm of Brahma. You should strive steadfastly. Having said this, the Brahma, the lord of the Sahā world, disappeared. After the Brahma, the lord of the Sahā world, disappeared, not long after, the great Brahmin Vyāpaka thought: I have understood the meaning of what the Brahma, the lord of the Sahā world, said. Thus, I dwell in a house, dwelling in a house, being solely diligent, until the end of my life, the practice of pure conduct is unmixed, completely perfect, completely pure, completely cleansed, and difficult to practice. It would be better for me to shave my hair and beard, wear dyed clothes, and with true faith, renounce the household life and go forth from home to homelessness. Then one day, King Dust went to where the great Brahmin Vyāpaka was, and having arrived, he bowed his head at the feet of the great Brahmin Vyāpaka and sat to one side. Then, the great Brahmin Vyāpaka said to King Dust: O lord of the land, great King Dust, listen to my words today. You should protect the kingdom, I, Vyāpaka, am not happy. King Dust said: Whatever your desires are not fulfilled, I will surely fulfill them. I will remove your harm, Vyāpaka, please do not abandon me. The great Vyāpaka said: I have no unfulfilled desires, nor is there anyone who harms me. Having heard the words of a non-human, I am not happy to live at home. King Dust said: Brahmin, having heard whose words do you abandon me and your desires? Tell me, what kind of non-human was it? The great Vyāpaka said: While abiding in compassion and practicing solitary meditation, at that time Brahma appeared and illuminated all directions. Having heard his words, I am not happy to live at home.
