དས་ཀྱིས་འཇིག་རྟེན་པའི་དགོངས་པ་བསྐྱེད་དེ། ཀྱེ་མ་ལྷའི་དབང་པོ་བརྒྱ་བྱིན་གྱིས་མདའ་གཞུ་བླངས་ཏེ་ང་ལ་ལྟར་འོངས་ན་ལེགས་སོ་སྙམ་དུ་དགོངས་ནས། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་དགོངས་པ་བསྐྱེད་པའི་མོད་ལ། ལྷའི་དབང་པོ་བརྒྱ་བྱིན་གྱིས་མདའ་གཞུ་བླངས་ཏེ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ག་ལ་བ་དེར་འོངས་སོ། །དེ་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་གཞོན་ནུ་དེ་དག་གི་ང་རྒྱལ་བཅག་པའི་ཕྱིར། རང་བཞིན་གྱི་སྐུ་མི་སྣང་བར་མཛད་དེ་ལྷའི་ལུས་ལྟ་བུར་སྤྲུལ་ནས། གཞོན་ནུ་དེ་དག་དང་ཐག་མི་རིང་བ་ཞིག་ཏུ་ལྕགས་ཀྱི་ཏ་ལ་བདུན་དང་། འཁོར་ལོ་བདུན་དང་། རྔ་བོ་ཆེ་བདུན་དང་། ཕག་བདུན་སྤྲུལ་ནས། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་གཞོན་ནུ་དེ་དག་ལ་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། བུ་དག་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་མདའ་གཞུ་འདི་ལོང་ལ་འབེན་འདི་ལ་མདའ་འཕོངས་ཤིག་ཅེས་གསུངས་ནས་དེ་ཐོས་མ་ཐག་ཏུ་གཞོན་ནུ་དེ་དག་གིས་གཞུ་བླངས་ཏེ་བདུང་ཞེས་བྱས་ན། བདུང་ཡང་མ་ནུས་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བདེ་བླག་ཏུ་བདུངས་ཏེ། མདའ་ཡང་བླངས་ནས་མདའ་དེ་འབེན་དེ་དག་ལ་འཕངས་ཏེ། དེས་ལྕགས་ཀྱི་ཏ་ལ་བདུན་དང་། འཁོར་ལོ་བདུན་དང་། རྔ་བོ་ཆེ་བདུན་དང་། ཕག་བདུན་ལས་ཐལ་ནས་མདའ་དེ་སའི་འོག་ཏུ་སོང་ངོ་། །དེ་ནས་དེ་མཐོང་མ་ཐག་ཏུ་གཞོན་ནུ་དེ་དག་གི་སྟོབས་ཀྱིས་རྒྱགས་པར་གྱུར་པ་གང་ཡིན་པ་དེ་ཡང་མེད་པར་གྱུར་ཏོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་ཡང་དགའ་བར་གྱུར་ཏེ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་དེ་དག་ཡིད་དགའ་བར་གྱུར་པར་ཐུགས་སུ་ཆུད་ནས། དེ་དང་འཐུན་པའི་ཆོས་བསྟན་ཏེ། དེ་ནས་གཞོན་ནུ་ལྔ་བརྒྱ་པོ་དེ་དག་གིས་སྟན་དེ་ཁོ་ན་ལ་འཁོད་བཞིན་དུ་འཇིག་ཚོགས་ལ་ལྟ་བའི་རིའི་རྩེ་མོ་མཐོན་པོ་ཉི་ཤུ་ཡེ་ཤེས་རྡོ་རྗེས་བཅོམ་ནས་རྒྱུན་དུ་ཞུགས་པའི་འབྲས་བུ་མངོན་སུམ་དུ་བྱས་ཏེ། དེ་དག་གིས་བདེན་པ་མཐོང་ནས། སྟན་ལས་ལངས་ཏེ་བླ་གོས་ཕྲག་པ་གཅིག་ཏུ་གཟར་ ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ག་ལ་བ་དེ་ལོགས་སུ་ཐལ་མོ་སྦྱར་བ་བཏུད་དེ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་གསོལ་ཏོ། །བཙུན་པ་བདག་ཅག་ལེགས་པར་གསུངས་པའི་ཆོས་འདུལ་བ་ལ་རབ་ཏུ་འབྱུང་བ་དང་བསྙེན་པར་རྫོགས་ཤིང་དགེ་སློང་གི་དངོས་པོ་འཐོབ་ཏུ་རུང་ན། བདག་ཅག་ཀྱང་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱི་ཐད་དུ་ཚངས་པར་སྤྱོད་པ་སྤྱད་པར་འཚལ་ལོ། །དེ་ནས་དེ་དག་ལ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་དགེ་སློང་ཚུར་ཤོག་ཅེས་བྱ་བའི་ཚིག་གིས་རབ་ཏུ་ཕྱུང་སྟེ། བསྙེན་པར་རྫོགས་པར་མཛད་ནས་དེ་དག་ལ་ལུང་ཡང་ཕོག་གོ །དེ་དག་གིས་ཀྱང་བརྩོན་པ་དང་བསྒྲུབ་པ་དང་འབད་པས་ཉོན་མོངས་པ་ཐམས་

屆時，世間人發起了這樣的念頭：唉，如果天界之主帝釋天拿起弓箭來對付我，那該多好啊！就在世尊發起這個念頭的瞬間，天界之主帝釋天拿起弓箭，來到了世尊所在的地方。然後，為了粉碎那些年輕人的傲慢，世尊隱去了自己的本來面目，化現成天神一般的身軀，在離那些年輕人不遠的地方，化現出七個鐵棕櫚樹、七個輪子、七個大鼓和七隻豬。世尊對那些年輕人說：「孩子們，你們拿起這弓箭，朝這些目標射箭吧！」他們一聽到這話，立刻拿起弓箭，想要拉開弓弦，卻怎麼也拉不開。世尊輕而易舉地拉開了弓弦，拿起箭，朝那些目標射去。箭穿過了七個鐵棕櫚樹、七個輪子、七個大鼓和七隻豬，射入了地下。看到這一幕，那些年輕人原本因力量而產生的傲慢頓時消失得無影無蹤。他們也對世尊產生了敬佩之情。世尊知道他們心生歡喜，便為他們宣說了與之相應的佛法。之後，那五百個年輕人就坐在原來的座位上，以智慧金剛摧毀了二十座高聳的、以身見為首的山峰，親證了入流果。他們見到了真諦，便從座位上站起來，將袈裟搭在一個肩膀上，向世尊所在的方向合掌致敬，對世尊說道：「尊者，如果我們能在您善說的律法中出家、受具足戒，並獲得比丘的身份，我們也願意在世尊面前修持梵行。」於是，世尊以「比丘來」的語句為他們剃度，並授予他們具足戒，還為他們作了授記。他們也以精進、修持和努力，斷除了所有的煩惱。

At that time, the worldly people generated the thought: "Alas, how wonderful it would be if the lord of the gods, Indra, were to take up his bow and arrow and come to face me!" In the very moment that the Blessed One generated this thought, the lord of the gods, Indra, took up his bow and arrow and came to where the Blessed One was. Then, in order to shatter the arrogance of those youths, the Blessed One made his natural body invisible and emanated a body like that of a god. Not far from those youths, he emanated seven iron tala trees, seven wheels, seven great drums, and seven pigs. The Blessed One then spoke to those youths, saying, "Boys, take this bow and arrow and shoot at these targets!" As soon as they heard this, the youths took up their bows and tried to draw them, but they could not. The Blessed One easily drew the bow, took an arrow, and shot it at those targets. The arrow passed through the seven iron tala trees, the seven wheels, the seven great drums, and the seven pigs, and then went into the ground. As soon as they saw this, the arrogance of those youths, which had been caused by their strength, vanished. They also became delighted with the Blessed One. The Blessed One, knowing that they were delighted, taught them the Dharma that was in accordance with their minds. Then, those five hundred youths, while still sitting on their seats, shattered the twenty high peaks of the mountain of the view of the aggregates with the vajra of wisdom, and directly realized the fruit of stream-entry. Having seen the truth, they rose from their seats, draped their upper robes over one shoulder, and, with their palms joined in reverence, approached the Blessed One and said to him, "Venerable One, if it is possible for us to go forth and be fully ordained in the Dharma and Vinaya that has been well-proclaimed by you, and to obtain the state of a bhikshu, then we would also like to practice the pure conduct in the presence of the Blessed One." Then, the Blessed One ordained them with the words, "Come, bhikshus!" He fully ordained them and also gave them predictions. They also, through diligence, practice, and effort, eliminated all defilements.

ཅད་སྤངས་ནས། དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཉིད་མངོན་སུམ་དུ་བྱས་ཏེ། དེ་དག་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཁམས་གསུམ་པའི་འདོད་ཆགས་དང་བྲལ་བར་གྱུར་ནས། གསེར་དང་བོང་བར་མཉམ་པ། ནམ་མཁའ་དང་ལག་མཐིལ་དུ་འདྲ་བའི་སེམས་དང་ལྡན་པ། ཙན་དན་སྦངས་པ་ལྟ་བུར་བསིལ་བར་གྱུར་པ། རིག་པས་སྒོ་ངའི་སྦུབས་བཅོམ་པ་རིག་པ་དང་མངོན་པར་ཤེས་པ་དང་སོ་སོ་ཡང་དག་པར་རིག་པ་ཐོབ་པ་སྲིད་པའི་རྙེད་པ་དང་ཆགས་པ་དང་བཀུར་སྟི་ལ་མི་ལྟ་བ་དབང་པོ་དང་ཉེ་དབང་དང་བཅས་པའི་ལྷ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་མཆོད་ཅིང་རྗེད་པ་དང་གུས་པར་སྨྲ་བའི་གནས་སུ་གྱུར་ཏོ། །དེ་ནས་དགེ་སློང་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་གསོལ་པ། བཙུན་པ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་གཞོན་ནུ་ལྔ་བརྒྱ་པོ་རྣམས་ལྷར་བཅས་ལས་བརྟེན་ཏེ། ང་རྒྱལ་བཅག་ནས་གཡུང་དྲུང་གི་མཐར་ཕྱིན་པ་དང་། གྲུབ་པ་དང་བདེ་བའི་མྱ་ངན་ལས་འདས་པ་ལ་གཞག་པ་གཟིགས། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། ད་ལྟར་འབའ་ཞིག་མ་ཡིན་ཏེ། འདས་པའི་དུས་ན་ཡང་འདི་རྣམས་ལྷར་བཅས་ལས་བརྟེན་ཏེ། དྲེགས་པ་བཅོམ་ནས། བསམ་གཏན་བཞི་དང་མངོན་པར་ཤེས་པ་ལྔ་ལ་བཀོད་པ་དེ་ཉོན་ཅིག །དགེ་སློང་དག་སྔོན་བྱུང་བ་འདས་པའི་དུས་ན་གྲོང་ཁྱེར་ཙམ་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ན། རྒྱལ་པོ་གང་ཆེན་མཚོའི་ལྷ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་རྒྱལ་པོ་བྱེད་དེ། ཕྱི་ཞིག་ན་དེའི་བཙུན་མོ་ལ་བུ་ཆགས་ནས། དེ་ཟླ་བ་དགུའམ་ཟླ་བ་བཅུ་ལོན་ པ་དང་བུ་གཟུགས་བཟང་ཞིང་བལྟ་ན་སྡུག་ལ་མཛེས་པ་ཚན་པོ་ཆེའི་སྟོབས་དང་ལྡན་པ་ཞིག་བཙས་ཏེ། དེའི་བཙས་སྟོན་རྒྱས་པར་བྱས་ནས། ཁྱེའུ་འདིའི་མིང་ཇི་སྐད་གདགས་ཞེས་མིང་འདོགས་པར་བྱེད་དེ། ཁྱེའུ་འདི་གང་ཆེན་མཚོའི་ལྷའི་བུ་ཡིན་པས་ན་ཁྱེའུ་འདིའི་མིང་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་ལྷ་ཞེས་གདགས་སོ་ཞེས་ཟེར་ཏོ། །དེ་ནས་ཁྱེའུ་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་ལྷ་འོ་མ་དང་ཞོ་དང་མར་དང་ཞུན་མར་དང་མར་གྱི་ཉིང་གུ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་བསྐྱེད་བསྲིངས་ཏེ། དེ་གང་གི་ཚེ་ཆེར་སྐྱེས་པ་དེའི་ཚེ་ཁྱེའུ་དེ་ཡི་གེ་སློབ་ཏུ་བཅུག་སྟེ། རྒྱལ་རིགས་སྤྱི་བོ་ནས་དབང་བསྐུར་བའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་བཟོའི་གནས་དང་ལས་ཀྱི་གནས་ཐ་དད་པ་འདི་ལྟ་སྟེ། གླང་པོ་ཆེ་ཞོན་པ་དང་། རྟ་ཞོན་པ་དང་། མཚོན་ཆ་བཅང་བ་དང་། འཕོང་བ་དང་། མདུན་དུ་བསྣུར་བ་དང་། ཕྱིར་བསྣུར་བ་དང་། གཡུལ་ལས་འབྱུང་བར་བྱ་བ་དང་། ལྕགས་ཀྱུ་གཟུང་བ་དང་། ཞགས་པ་གཟུང་བ་དང་། མདའ་བོ་ཆེ་འཕང་བ་དང་། རྡོ་རྗེ་རྩེ་གཅིག་པ་འཕང་བ་དང་། མཚོན་རྩེ་གཅིག་པ་གདབ་པ་དང་། འཁོར་ལོ་འཕང་བ་དང་། གཅད་པ་དང་། གཤེག་པ་དང་། ལག་པས་གཟུ

全部舍弃后，现证阿罗汉果位。他们这些阿罗汉已从三界之贪欲中解脱，视黄金与瓦砾平等，具有如虚空与手掌般无别的平等心，变得像浸泡在檀香水中一样清凉。以智慧摧毁了无明之卵壳，获得了智慧、神通和各别正智，不贪恋有生的利养、执着和恭敬，成为受到具足权势和近侍的天神们供养、敬畏和恭敬称赞的对境。之后，众比丘向世尊禀告：尊者，世尊您观察到五百位青年依靠神力，摧毁了傲慢，并将他们安置于究竟的寂灭和安乐的涅槃之中。世尊开示道：不仅是现在，过去世他们也依靠神力，摧毁了骄慢，并将他们安置于四禅和五神通之中，你们谛听。比丘们，过去世在名为瞻波的城市里，有一位名为恒河海神（Ganga Sagara Deva）的国王执政。后来，他的王妃怀了身孕。当她怀孕九个月或十个月后，生下了一个相貌端庄、俊美、令人喜爱、具有强大力量的儿子。举行了盛大的诞生庆典后，人们商议着该给这个孩子取什么名字。因为这个孩子是恒河海神之子，所以人们说应该给这个孩子取名为海神（Sagara Deva）。之后，海神童子被用牛奶、酸奶、酥油、炼乳和酥油精华等养育长大。当他长大成人时，便开始学习文字。那些从王族中被册封为国王的人们，会学习各种工巧技艺和职业，例如：骑象、骑马、持兵器、投掷、向前推进、向后撤退、从战场上脱身、使用铁钩、使用绳索、发射巨箭、投掷金刚杵、刺入尖锐的武器、投掷轮宝、砍断、击打和用手抓取。

Having abandoned everything, they directly realized the state of Arhat. These Arhats, having become detached from the desires of the three realms, were equal to gold and clods, possessed minds like the sky and the palm of the hand, cooled like sandalwood soaked in water, destroyed the shell of ignorance with wisdom, attained wisdom, supernormal powers, and individual perfect knowledge, did not look to the gains, attachments, and honors of existence, and became the object of worship, reverence, and respectful praise by the gods with power and attendants. Then the monks said to the Blessed One: Venerable Blessed One, you saw that the five hundred youths relied on the gods, broke their pride, and placed them in the ultimate perfection of liberation and the bliss of Nirvana. The Blessed One said: Not only now, but also in the past, these relied on the gods, broke their arrogance, and placed them in the four meditations and five supernormal powers, listen to that. Monks, in the past, in a city called Champa, there was a king named Ganga Sagara Deva. Later, his queen became pregnant. When she was nine or ten months pregnant, she gave birth to a son who was handsome, beautiful, pleasing to look at, and possessed great strength. After holding a grand birth celebration, people discussed what name to give the child. Because this child was the son of Ganga Sagara Deva, people said that the child should be named Sagara Deva. Then the boy Sagara Deva was raised with milk, yogurt, butter, ghee, and the essence of ghee. When he grew up, he was taught to read. Those who were crowned as kings from the royal family would learn various crafts and professions, such as riding elephants, riding horses, wielding weapons, throwing, advancing forward, retreating backward, escaping from the battlefield, using iron hooks, using ropes, shooting large arrows, throwing vajras, piercing with sharp weapons, throwing wheels, cutting, striking, and grabbing with hands.
