དགེ་སློང་འདི་ནི་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོ་ལ་མོས་ཏེ། གཞན་རྣམས་ཟིལ་གྱིས་གནོན་པར་འཚལ་ལ་བདག་ནི་གཞན་གྱིས་ཟིལ་གྱིས་གནོན་པར་མི་འཚལ་བ་ལ་གཟིགས། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། ད་ལྟར་འབའ་ཞིག་མ་ཡིན་ཏེ། འདས་པའི་དུས་ན་ཡང་འདི་ཇི་ལྟར་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོ་ལ་མོས་ཏེ། གཞན་རྣམས་ཟིལ་གྱིས་གནོན་པར་འདོད་ལ། བདག་ནི་གཞན་གྱིས་ཟིལ་གྱིས་མནན་པར་མི་འདོད་པ་དེ་ཉོན་ཅིག །དགེ་སློང་དག་སྔོན་བྱུང་བ་འདས་པའི་དུས་ན། བསྐལ་པ་བཟང་པོ་འདི་ཉིད་ལ་སྐྱེ་དགུའི་ཚེ་ལོ་སུམ་ཁྲི་ཐུབ་པ་ན་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས། རིག་པ་དང་ཞབས་སུ་ལྡན་པ། བདེ་བར་གཤེགས་པ། འཇིག་རྟེན་མཁྱེན་པ། སྐྱེས་བུ་གདུལ་བྱའི་ཁ་ལོ་སྒྱུར་བ། བླ་ན་མེད་པ། ལྷ་དང་མི་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སྟོན་པ། སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་གསེར་ཐུབ་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་འཇིག་རྟེན་དུ་བྱུང་སྟེ། དེ་གང་གི་ཚེ་བླ་ན་མེད་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཏུ་མངོན་པར་རྫོགས་པར་སངས་རྒྱས་ནས་རྒྱལ་པོའི་ཕོ་བྲང་བདེ་ལྡན་དུ་བྱོན་ཏེ། དེའི་ཕྱིར་རྒྱལ་པོ་བདེ་བས་རང་གི་སྐྱེད་མོས་ཚལ་དུ་གཙུག་ལག་ཁང་བརྩིག་པར་བརྩམས་ཏེ། དེས་དེར་གཞོན་ནུ་རྣམས་དང་། བློན་པོ་རྣམས་དང་། དཔའ་བོའི་སྡེ་ཚན་རྣམས་དང་། གྲོང་རྡལ་གྱི་མི་རྣམས་དང་། ཡུལ་གྱི་མི་རྣམས་དང་། སྐྱེ་བོ་མང་པོ་ཐམས་ཅད་བསགས་ནས་བསྒོ་བ། ཁྱེད་ལས་སུ་འདིར་ནོར་ཤིན་ཏུ་མང་པོར་བསྐྱེད་ནུས་པ་དེས་གཙུག་ལག་ཁང་འདི་རྩིགས་ཤིག་ཅེས་བྱས་སོ། །དེའི་ཚེ་ཁྱིམ་བདག་ཅིག་གིས་རྒྱལ་པོ་དེ་དག་དང་གོང་ནས་གོང་དུ་ནོར་བསྐྱེད་པ་ལ་ཞུགས་ཏེ། གསེར་བྱེ་བ་ཕྲག་དགུ་ལ་ཐུག་པར་བསྐྱེད་དོ། །དེ་ནས་དེས་དེ་ཡན་ཆད་དུ་བསྐྱེད་པའི་ཐུགས་མ་ཐུབ་སྟེ། འདི་ནི་རྒྱལ་རིགས་སྤྱི་བོ་ནས་དབང་བསྐུར་བ་ཡིན་ཏེ། འདི་འདིས་སྐྱེངས་པར་འགྱུར་དུ་འོང་ངོ་སྙམ་ནས་བསྐྱེད་པ་དེ་བཏང་ངོ་། །དེ་ནས་རྒྱལ་པོ་བདེ་བས་གཙུག་ལག་ཁང་དེ་རྣམ་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས་པར་བྱས་ནས་སངས་རྒྱས་གསེར་ཐུབ་ཉན་ཐོས་ཀྱི་དགེ་འདུན་དང་བཅས་པ་ལ་ཕུལ་ཏེ། སྨོན་ལམ་བཏབ་པ། ཀྱེ་མ་དགེ་བའི་རྩ་བ་འདིས་བདག་གང་དང་གང་དུ་སྐྱེ་བར་འགྱུར་བ་དེ་དང་དེར་ཕྱུག་ཅིང་ནོར་མང་ལ་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་ཆེ་བའི་རིགས་སུ་སྐྱེ་བར་ཤོག་ཤིག །སྟོན་པ་འདི་ཁོ་ན་དང་འདྲ་བ་མཉེས་པར་བྱེད་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །མི་མཉེས་པར་བྱེད་པར་མ་གྱུར་ཅིག །དེ་ཁོ་ནའི་བསྟན་པ་ལ་རབ་ཏུ་བྱུང་ནས་ཉོན་མོངས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་སྤངས་ཏེ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཉིད་མངོན་སུམ་དུ་བྱེད་པར་གྱུ

比丘此乃喜好广大的，观察他人被压制而自己不被他人压制。世尊开示说：不仅是现在，过去世也是如此，此人如何喜好广大，希望压制他人，而自己不希望被他人压制，听着！比丘们，过去世，在此贤劫，众生死时寿命三万岁时，圆满正等觉的佛陀，具足明行足，善逝，世间解，调御丈夫，无上士，天人师，佛陀世尊名为金寂（藏文：གསེར་ཐུབ་），出现于世。 当他证得无上圆满正等觉成佛后，前往国王的王宫乐园。因此，乐园国王开始在自己的花园里建造寺庙。他聚集了所有的年轻人、大臣、勇士、城镇居民、乡村居民和许多人，并告诫说：你们之中谁能在此创造出非常多的财富，就建造这座寺庙吧。当时，一位施主与那些国王一起，参与到不断创造财富的过程中，创造了高达九千万金。之后，他无法再继续创造下去，心想：这是王族从头顶加冕的，如果我继续下去，他可能会感到羞愧，于是就停止了创造。之后，乐园国王以各种方式圆满完成了那座寺庙，并将其献给了佛陀金寂及其声闻僧团，并立下誓愿：唉！愿我凭借这善根，无论转生到何处，都能生于富裕、财富众多、享受丰厚的家族中。愿我能像侍奉这位导师一样，令他欢喜，不要令他不悦。愿我能在那位导师的教法中出家，断除一切烦恼，亲证阿罗汉果。

This monk is fond of greatness, observing that others are suppressed while he is not suppressed by others. The Blessed One said: Not only now, but also in the past, how this one is fond of greatness, desiring to suppress others, but not desiring to be suppressed by others, listen! Monks, in the past, in this very auspicious kalpa, when the lifespan of beings was thirty thousand years, the perfectly complete Buddha, endowed with knowledge and conduct, the Sugata, the Knower of the World, the Guide of Men to be Tamed, the Unequaled, the Teacher of Gods and Humans, the Buddha, the Blessed One, named Golden Stillness (Tibetan: གསེར་ཐུབ་), appeared in the world. When he attained the unsurpassed, perfectly complete enlightenment and became a Buddha, he went to the royal palace of the King of Bliss. Therefore, the King of Bliss began to build a temple in his own garden. He gathered all the youths, ministers, warriors, townspeople, villagers, and many people, and exhorted them: Whoever among you can create a great deal of wealth here, build this temple. At that time, a householder joined those kings in creating wealth more and more, creating up to nine hundred million gold. Then, he could not bear to create any further, thinking: This is a royal family crowned from the head, if I continue, he may feel ashamed, so he stopped creating. Then, the King of Bliss completely completed that temple in every way and offered it to the Buddha Golden Stillness and his monastic community of hearers, and made a vow: Alas! May I, by this root of virtue, be born in whatever place I am born, into a wealthy family with much wealth and great enjoyment. May I please this teacher in the same way as I please this one, and may I not displease him. May I renounce in the teachings of that very one, abandon all defilements, and directly realize the state of an Arhat.
