Feeling shame for what is not shameful, and not feeling shame for what is shameful, seeing fear in what is not fearful, and seeing no fear in what is fearful, beings who adopt distorted and wrong views will go to lower realms. If someone previously acted carelessly, but later changes and becomes careful, like the sun and moon free from clouds, they illuminate the world with brightness. Just as the fault of a field is weeds, the fault of these beings is desire, therefore, giving to those free from desire, one will obtain great fruit.
