Among the beings who are born in the world and grow old in the world, there are those with sharp faculties, those with middling faculties, those with dull faculties, those who are easy to guide, those who are easy to tame, those with few afflictions, and those with little dust. If they do not hear the sacred Dharma, they will completely degenerate, so they need to seek the precious Dharma. Blessed One, please teach the Dharma! Sugata, please teach the Dharma! Then, the Blessed One thought to himself: I should look at the world with my own Buddha's eye. Then, the Blessed One looked at the world with his own Buddha's eye. When the Blessed One looked at the world with his own Buddha's eye, he saw that among the beings who are born in the world and grow old in the world, there are those with sharp faculties, those with middling faculties, those with dull faculties, those who are easy to guide, those who are easy to tame, those with few afflictions, and those with little dust. If they do not hear the sacred Dharma, they will completely degenerate. Having seen this, he felt great compassion for all beings. Then, the Blessed One at that time spoke in verse: The gate of nectar should be opened, whoever wants to listen should dispel doubt. Brahma, I will speak of the abundant Dharma to the people, without seeking quarrels, I will only give a brief explanation. Then, the lord of the Brahma world thought to himself: Ah! The Blessed One is going to teach the Dharma! Alas! The Sugata is going to reveal the Dharma! Having realized this, he felt joy, satisfaction, great joy, immense joy, and inner happiness, and then he bowed his head to the two feet of the Blessed One, and circumambulated the Blessed One three times, and then disappeared from there. Then, the Blessed One thought to himself: To whom should I first teach the Dharma? Then, the Blessed One thought to himself: I should first teach the Dharma to Long-phur, the son of knowledge who is skilled in illusion, because he is both my first teacher, and he remembers with the holy one of remembrance, and he makes offerings with the holy one of offerings, and he is also pleased and faithful to the excellent realizations.
