It will also run inside. It will also restrain in countries and regions. However, it will not cause disease. If that wind that runs throughout the body does not become disturbed, then those diseases mentioned above will not occur. By separately examining the wind that makes all the limbs pulsate, it also accurately understands the body separately. Furthermore, the yoga practitioner dwells on the body of his own inner self, abiding in accordance with the body, what other winds of mine do what work on the body? He, through the wisdom born of hearing or seen by the divine eye, knows that the wind of excretion resides in my body, and what work does it do when it is disturbed or undisturbed? He sees that if the wind of excretion is disturbed, then it makes the food that I have swallowed rely heavily on the tube of the throat and quickly excretes it. Because the food remains there, my great elements will not grow. The food and drink that have been eaten also become two forms: clear and turbid. Of these, the clear parts cause the great elements to grow. The turbid parts will cause diseases to arise. If my wind of excretion is disturbed, then it will mostly make all kinds of food turbid. Only a very small portion will become clear. This will make my diseases more disturbed. If the wind of excretion is not disturbed, then it will divide my food into two forms: clear and turbid. In this way, my great elements will also become balanced. Diseases will also not be stirred up. By separately examining the burning wind, one can also accurately understand the body separately. Furthermore, the yoga practitioner dwells on the body of his own inner self, abiding in accordance with the body, what other winds reside in my body? He, through the wisdom born of hearing or seen by the divine eye,

I have become, the wind that causes everything to enter into worms, dwelling intensely in my body. It causes the worms residing in all my limbs and parts to mix separately, completely mix, completely oppose, thoroughly oppose, completely agitate, and become upside down. From head to toe, running in the marrow, running from the marrow to the marrow swelling, then running to the skull, entering the gaps, eating hair; running in the ears, causing excessive mucus; running in the fat, as well as the joints, cheeks; eating the forehead, eating the roots of the teeth. There are also ten other types of worms that cause vomiting, located in the throat and neck, as follows: feeding on pus and mucus, causing saliva to flow excessively, and extreme vomiting, etc. Among the ten channels through which semen flows, there are: sweet and intoxicating, extremely intoxicated, obstructing the six tastes, ro ro ro ro, extremely disliking taste, extremely fond of sleeping, obese, etc. The ten types of worms born from blood, existing together with flesh, are as follows: eating hair, sosura, jantunadara, dumba, completely constricting, hair island, extremely angry at blood, eating blood, making a rattling sound, sour, etc. They have no feet, are short, have a growing shape, and are worms born from blood, without eyes, with the characteristics of itching, and with the characteristics of piercing. The ten types of worms dwelling in the flesh are as follows: completely causing wounds, tsuntsukawa, shaking tendons, piercing veins, eating skin, shaking fat, proliferating, foul odor, running in sweat, rubbing, etc. The ten types of worms dwelling in bile are as follows: tsura wata, agitator, swelling due to substance, great caste, black person, large appetite, running in warmth,

Causing them to scatter, diminishing the heat of fire, and including great fires. The worms that dwell in all the limbs and sub-limbs are as follows: those that lick bones, those that drag intensely, those that sever joints and flow with an unclean odor, those of the bone marrow pus type, those with red mouths, those that taste, those that eat skin, ants, razor edges, and so on. The ten types of worms that dwell in feces are as follows: clear ones, needle-mouthed ones, phispija ones, legless ones, feces-scattering ones, thirst-tormented ones, feces-decomposing ones, completely stiff ones, good-colored ones, anus-maturing ones, and so on. The ten types of worms that dwell in saliva are as follows: those that dwell in hair, joyless ones, black-mouthed ones, those that cause intense stinging pain, those that bewilder, flame-colored ones, downward-going ones, 'nga', universally thinking ones, joyful ones, and so on. These worms can wander in the body as they please. For those worms that invade all realms and invade all faults, that dwell in all limbs and sub-limbs, through the wind that universally invades the worms, all the worms wander within the body, so the wind can drive them as it pleases. My original body and all life-worms are also like that. Therefore, by separately examining the wind that universally invades the worms, one can also truly and separately recognize the body as it is. Furthermore, the practitioner of yoga abides on the body of the inner self, observing in accordance with the body. Through the wisdom born from hearing or seen by the divine eye, the wind called the upward and downward moving wind dwells intensely in my body. When it is disturbed or undisturbed, what kind of action does it perform? Through the wisdom born from hearing or seen by the divine eye, if the upward and downward winds disturb me, then it will depend on five paths in five ways. It abides in five locations.
