Again, it is not so. If the body is suffering, one will not truly desire the Dharma. If the wind that stiffens the bladder is not disturbed, then those diseases that have been spoken of will not occur. Therefore, by separately examining the wind that stiffens the bladder, one can also truly and separately recognize the body. Furthermore, the yoga practitioner dwells on the body of the inner self, observing in accordance with the body, what other winds of mine are disturbed, and what do they do when they are not disturbed? Through the wisdom arising from hearing, or through what is seen by the divine eye, the wind called 'that which dries the feces' dwells completely in my body, and what does it do when it disturbs me and when it does not disturb me? Through the wisdom arising from hearing, or through what is seen by the divine eye, if my wind that completely dries the feces is disturbed, then if I consider most of the food and drink to be worthy of enjoyment, and swallow a lot of food and drink, then it enters the crevices of the body, and enters the crevices of the cheek teeth, and stays in the crevices of the body, and stays between the pressures, and after entering the crevices of all the bodies, it will also make me stoop. My feces will also dry. For two or three or four days, I will not be able to defecate. Even if I am able to defecate, a small sensation will arise for me. If my wind that dries the feces is not disturbed, then those diseases that have been spoken of will not occur. By separately examining the wind that completely dries the feces, one can also truly and separately recognize the body. Furthermore, the yoga practitioner dwells on the body of the inner self, observing in accordance with the body, what other winds of mine will do? Through the wisdom arising from hearing, or through what is seen by the divine eye, the wind called 'that which acts in the intercostal spaces'.

It dwells thoroughly in my body, causing me to be disturbed, and what it does when not disturbed. What it sees is that if my wind called "intercostal obstruction" is disturbed, it stays on my ribs, flows between the ribs, and completely dries up the blood of the ribs, thus causing me to have terrible, rough, unpleasant, and violent feelings. If that wind does not disturb me, then those diseases mentioned above will not occur. It recognizes the wind that obstructs the intercostal spaces, and recognizes them separately as they truly are. Furthermore, when a yoga practitioner dwells on the body of his inner self, abiding by following the body, which of my other winds are disturbed, and what do they do when not disturbed? Through the wisdom arising from hearing, or seen by the divine eye, the wind called the disease of the nine orifices dwells thoroughly in my body, causing me to be disturbed, and what does it do when not disturbed? Through the wisdom arising from hearing, or seen by the divine eye, if my wind called "obstructing the nine orifices" is disturbed, it causes all my nine orifices to contract. Seven orifices are located on the head, and two are for excrement and urine, in general, or if each hole is obstructed by wind, it also causes the body to feel pain. It also greatly restricts the inhalation and exhalation of breath. The wind in the nostrils holds all the bodies well, and this mass of my body is dominated by the wind, and the wind is like a wheel, the wind is driven by the wind itself, and not by anything else. By separately examining the wind that obstructs the nine orifices, one can also separately recognize the body as it truly is. Furthermore, the yoga practitioner dwells on the body of his inner self, abiding by following the body, which of my other winds

What does it do? Is it through the wisdom that arises from hearing, or through what is seen by the divine eye? What does the wind of mine, called 'shortening limbs and parts,' do to me when it is disordered and when it is not disordered? Is it through the wisdom that arises from hearing, or through what is seen by the divine eye? If the wind that shortens my limbs and parts is disordered, then it will cause the fingers to curl up. It will pierce the vital points. It will become low and short. The feet and hands will also curl up completely. The bones above will throb with pain. The tendons of the thighs will curl up. However, it will not make the things that dwell in the intestines thicker. It will cause swelling and fatigue of the body. These diseases are all caused by the wind of mine that shortens limbs and parts. If it is not disordered, then those diseases that have been spoken of will not occur. By separately examining the wind that shortens limbs and parts, one can also separately recognize the body as it truly is. Furthermore, the yogi abides, observing the body in accordance with the body, on the inner self. What do my winds do? Is it through the wisdom that arises from hearing, or through what is seen by the divine eye? The wind called 'completely diminishing the heat of fire' dwells completely on my body. What does it do to me when it is disordered and when it is not disordered? Through what it sees. If the wind that diminishes the heat of fire is disordered in the body, then it will cause the heat of fire that dwells in my body to move from its place and diminish it. Therefore, because my heat of fire has diminished, food will not ripen. I will also not digest drinks. Therefore, the skin will also become of bad color. The blood will also dry up, and the flesh will also completely decay. It will cause the tendons to curl up. The fat will disappear. My bones will also become dry. All the saliva will also
