In the excellent lands where virtues are perfectly complete, whether as a king or a minister of a king, one becomes so through the appropriate causes of good deeds. Furthermore, a monk who understands the ripening of karmic fruits can fully observe the realm of the gods free from strife. Having seen the realm of the strife-free through knowledge arising from hearing or through divine vision, it is called 'Rajani Na Going.' He also sees by which actions beings are born in that realm: those great beings, noble individuals, who practice virtue, those of upright and righteous lineage, who are always endowed with morality, having completely abandoned killing and taking what is not given, just as before. They have also completely abandoned sexual misconduct; regarding the realm of women, whether separated by walls or in any form, they do not generate even a slight improper thought, nor do they look around accompanied by desire. They also strongly prevent others who are engaging in such actions. They firmly establish others in morality. They teach the Dharma again and again. They also establish others in the Dharma. They also proclaim to all beings the faults of sexual misconduct. They also demonstrate the ripening of karmic fruits. If anyone engages in sexual misconduct, those inferior beings, after their bodies are destroyed, will fall into the lower realms and be born in the hells. Therefore, remember the ripening of the karma of hell, which is extremely cruel and intensely painful. Do not engage in sexual misconduct, lest you regret it later. Suffering is intense, cruel, and fiery. In this way, they also explain the consequences of sexual misconduct to others. They also encourage them to individually engage (in the right path), frightening them with the fear of falling into the lower realms. Those virtuous beings, diligently engaged in benefiting themselves and others, are endowed with morality.

If one abides in discipline, relies entirely on that discipline itself, and guards it without abandoning, interrupting, or breaking it until the end of life, then after the body is destroyed and life ends, one will be born in the realm of the gods of the Heaven of No Strife in the world of the heavens and happy migrations, in the place called Janina Having been born there, one will also be fully endowed with the incomparable bliss of this place and will be in complete accordance with incomparable enjoyments. These are the pleasures: a pond called Janina (ཛ་ནི་ན,梵文:Jani na,梵文罗马拟音:janinā,meaning "birth") that is five hundred yojanas in extent, with cool, extremely clear water, the light of which illuminates some places. In the vicinity of the pond, there are trees with the nature of gold and lapis lazuli, filled with pure gold petals and indigo-colored branches. The lotus ponds, which are five hundred yojanas in extent, also fill the surroundings. Those with lapis lazuli stems have golden petals, while those with golden stems have lapis lazuli stamens. Some other lotuses are of the nature of the seven precious substances, and the various and radiant lotuses also pervade everywhere. In the vicinity of that pond, there are also birds of various colors, whose bodies are colored like the seven precious substances, and these birds adorn everything nearby with extremely pleasant sounds, filling everything with beautiful melodies. That Janina (ཛ་ནི་ན,梵文:Jani na,梵文罗马拟音:janinā,meaning "birth") pond is also surrounded by hundreds of thousands of gods. Wherever it exists, there is no god who is not surrounded by hundreds and thousands of gods. Those goddesses and gods together, accompanied by the beautiful sounds of the five kinds of musical instruments, happily play and frolic in that pond, enjoying the fruits of their own actions. Furthermore, on the banks of that pond, surrounded by trees of the nature of the delightful seven precious substances, there is a forest called "Delightful," pervading everywhere. There, too, one feels joy.

Adorned by flocks of delightful birds, adorned by hundreds of thousands of waterfalls, embellished by mines of precious jewels, surrounded by others who enjoy together, perfectly corresponding to the five unrivaled divine objects of desire, in that delightful forest, the gods feel joy. Those deities also play various games together in the pond of Jānīna. Then, those deities who are born there due to good deeds will become like this: Hearing the unprecedentedly beautiful songs, attracted by those unrivaled sounds, they will approach any place in those forests of seven precious trees that grow in the water. Then, those other newly born deities who have passed away from that heavenly realm and are born in the place where Rājanīna flows, will be seen by those heavenly maidens who are adorned with divine ornaments, and after seeing that lord, they will also run towards him. In that heavenly realm, the maturation of karmic results is like this: because of abandoning killing, stealing, and sexual misconduct, one will be born there. Those deities who have abandoned sexual misconduct, their heavenly consorts will not transfer to others. Those deities who have not abandoned sexual misconduct, their heavenly consorts will transfer to others. The gods of the Four Great Kings and the Thirty-three, those deities who have not completely abandoned sexual misconduct, when they die and are reborn from there, other gods will be born among the heavenly consorts. They will also rely on those newly born deities whose lives are about to end like a lamp whose light is fading. They play, rejoice, and enjoy together with them. Then, when the dying god dies, due to the jealousy caused by the dying, suffering will arise for him. This is...
