Not only Brahmins. Wisdom, discipline, and nature, are also the Shramanas and Brahmins. Old age destroys the body, the Lord of Death ends the lives of beings. Decay destroys wealth, only permanence remains. Disease afflicts the healthy, deeply entering sentient beings. The wise do not fall here at all times due to power and wealth. Knowing the suffering of samsara, do not let yourself be arrogant. Therefore, the wise should not be attached to appearance, wealth, and power. Practicing the Dharma well, one will not be destroyed by suffering. Thus, the Peacock King teaches the Dharma to the gods. Other Dharmas should also be practiced by Shramanas and Brahmins who abide in the Great Vehicle. What is this? It is equality towards all sentient beings. The Dharma called equality towards all sentient beings is for all sentient beings. Shramanas and Brahmins and others of their kind will also attain supreme bliss. It will also promote harmony among all sentient beings. After the body is destroyed and life ends, one will also be reborn in the heavenly realms. How should Shramanas and Brahmins cultivate equality towards all sentient beings? They should abandon all disputes among Shramanas and Brahmins. Not arguing with anyone. Abandoning all disputes, one will have equal minds towards all sentient beings. Therefore, first of all, at all times and places, Shramanas and Brahmins should abandon all disputes. Thus, one will have equal minds towards all sentient beings. Also, with other antidotes, Shramanas and Brahmins can also generate the mind of equality towards all sentient beings. Truly knowing the suffering of all sentient beings, treating friends as well as non-friends, universally in samsara.

All these beings that have been born, their nature of birth is separated from the nature of lineage. Their births truly lead to aging, sickness, death, sorrow, lamentation, suffering, discomfort, and fatigue. They are born from cold, heat, hunger, thirst, killing, and death. They will experience various kinds of suffering from encountering unpleasant things and being separated from pleasant things. Therefore, they also regard the sufferings of friends in the same way. It is the same for non-friends as well. When they meditate in this way, the renunciates or Brahmins also develop a mind of equanimity towards all sentient beings. Furthermore, the renunciates or Brahmins think like this: 'Alas, these sentient beings will experience very subtle suffering.' What is that? It is called disease. All sentient beings will be destroyed by disease. Their bodies and minds, tormented by disease, will become very painful. Just as they think of friends, they also think of enemies in the same way. Therefore, with this mind of equanimity, their minds will become very clear. When their minds become clear, their speech will also become clear. Because the blood becomes clear, the complexion will also become clear. All their senses will also always continuously become clear. This is the fruit of the Dharma they see, and the wishes of all people will become lovely and pleasing.' Therefore, those who are full of love for all sentient beings, after the destruction of the body and death, will be reborn in the heavenly world of the gods in a good realm. Furthermore, the renunciates or Brahmins develop a mind of equanimity towards all sentient beings in another way, just as they think of friends, they also think of enemies in the same way. Like these beings

All of these are of the nature of death, unable to be liberated from the nature of death. All of these that have been born will also eventually die. Due to their respective karmas, these beings will be born into hell, as hungry ghosts, and as animals. Alas, these beings, it will be a long time. If someone meditates in this way and wishes to benefit all beings, then their blood will become very clear. When the blood becomes very clear, the complexion will also become beautiful. When their complexion becomes very beautiful, they will also look beautiful. They will make all beings happy, and this can be seen in this very life. In terms of the ripening result, after the body is destroyed, they will also be born into the world of gods in the heavens and happy realms. Therefore, monks, by maintaining equanimity towards all beings, you will perform great virtuous deeds. Again, in another way, whether it is a renunciate, a Brahmin, or others of their kind, they should cultivate equanimity towards all beings. Just as these beings all enjoy the fruits of karma, live by karma, and possess karma, whether they have committed good or bad deeds, they will become the inheritors of that karma. Those who do good will be born among gods and humans. Those who do evil will be born in hell, as hungry ghosts, and as animals. If renunciates, Brahmins, or others of their kind meditate in this way, then at that time, due to the pure mind that arises towards these beings, their complexion will also become very pure. When the complexion becomes very pure, it will also become pleasing and agreeable to all beings. After the body is destroyed, they will also be born into the world of gods in the heavens and happy realms, and ultimately they will be completely liberated from suffering. Their mind becomes very pure, and they maintain equanimity towards all beings. Such renunciates and Brahmins will also receive such a result. Again, in another way, whether it is a renunciate,
