Those who are immersed in negativity, rely on bad friends, abandon the Three Jewels, turn away from the Great Vehicle, are like blind people who cannot see the sunlight of the sacred Dharma, are extremely sorrowful, and wander in the wilderness of birth, old age, sickness, death, sorrow, lamentation, suffering, and mental unease. For the wicked person who has abandoned the nectar that destroys infinite suffering and is immersed in the river of suffering, there is no Nirvana. Why? Because this person does not even enter the cause of the path that can realize Nirvana and be well obtained. Therefore, this person will not have a share of happiness. All those who are disciplined and have gentle minds are those who are qualified to attain Nirvana. For example, sesame oil is extracted from sesame seeds, rays of light emanate from the sun, coolness emanates from the moon, warmth arises from fire, the earth is stable, extremely unmoving seawater emerges from the ocean, and drinking water is cool. The four great elements will always remain in the mind. Similarly, a gentle mind is also like that; for those whose minds can be tamed, who have faith, who have diligence, who can manifest truthfully, and who have faith in cause and effect, Nirvana is right in front of them. Then, at that time, the Peacock King spoke in the voice of verses praising the scriptures: Just as, whose heart is tamed, like molten gold. From then on, one will surely obtain benefit and virtue, and quickly escape from suffering. By taming all afflictions, whose mind becomes a vessel, he will obtain happiness and auspiciousness, like crops in a fertile field. The person who possesses the treasure of the home of the mind is unbearable for all sentient beings. People use great deception to completely destroy poverty. The senses are sharp and peaceful, constantly abiding in meditation, and also being cautious about objects, they are not harmed by suffering. Thus, the Peacock King with verses

When these categories were being narrated, even the gods of the Free-from-Strife and Joyful realms were not satisfied. They folded their palms again, wanting to hear that Vinaya Pitaka, filled with reverence for the sacred Dharma, and desiring to hear the Dharma again, they said: "Please, O Noble One, speak! Please, O King of Peacocks, reveal! Great Bodhisattva, we, having heard these twenty categories of Dharma that are two more than before, will attain supreme bliss and well-being." Then, the radiant King of Peacocks again explained to those gods those twenty categories of Dharma that were two more than before. For example, other Dharmas should also be contemplated by those renunciates or Brahmins who are well-established in the Mahayana, or those similar to them. What is this? For example, complete reliance. The Dharma called complete reliance is beautiful in all respects. Those renunciates or Brahmins who are completely in accordance with this, or all other beings who are of the same nature as them, as well as householders or renunciates, or any other children or old people, who are completely in accordance with this and are covered by it, are beautiful. Those individuals who are not in accordance with this are like jackals and crows, and are dissimilar. For the time being, how should renunciates rely on this complete reliance? For the time being, those who have first renounced should completely rely on it. There are seven aspects to it. What are these seven aspects? For example, following the customs of the place, in whatever place, whatever kind of clothes householders wear, those that have been intentionally discarded, and those that exist in the charnel grounds, should be taken by the renunciates. Therefore, whatever is stained, torn, and coarse should be taken. This is the complete reliance on Dharma robes. Furthermore, the complete reliance on seeing is, how does one completely see with the eyes? Here, those monks who look on the road for about a yoke's distance, and the donors and patrons.

Even after entering a patron's home, one should look at the ground. Alternatively, one should keep the Buddha's image closely in mind. Restraining the senses, thoroughly subduing the entire body, and counting breaths, one should walk mindfully, focusing on the body. In the patron's home, one should not freely use and look at all the necessary utensils. One should not look around with darting eyes, nor should one have fantasies about women. One should not embrace children, nor should one repeatedly bend one's legs. One should not move one's hands about. One should not move excessively from the seat, nor should one scratch one's head with one's hand, nor should one repeatedly move one's robes. One should not press one's hands together, nor should one move one's fingers. This is the second kind of excellent support; a monk of such conduct is excellent in relying on watching. Furthermore, there is a third kind of excellent support. After a monk has entered the home of a donor or householder, he should wash his feet, clean his hands, and then clean his alms bowl. After cleaning, he should sit on the seat with a humble mind. After sitting, he should place the alms bowl on the alms bowl stand in front, about the distance between his legs. He should extend the alms bowl with his right hand and receive alms properly. After receiving, he should eat it like medicine and not eat too much. Also, one should not open one's mouth too wide to put food in. One should not eat with loud noises, nor should one move one's lips excessively. One should be content with about one-third of the stomach's capacity. One should not look around at other people's alms bowls. One should not eat food that causes craving and attachment. One should eat those foods that, after eating, will not cause one to engage in other acts of carelessness. At the place and time of a feast, when it is certain to be complete, and when the senses are fully pleased, one should teach the Dharma with a mind that is very calm. With a calm mind and very quickly,
