It is so. Having passed beyond that Milk Ocean, there is a place called the Sandy Place, a thousand yojanas in extent, which has become a ravine of trees. Having passed beyond that, there is an ocean called the Destroyer of Dragon Poison, six thousand yojanas in extent, in which a dragon called Strength dwells. They are incompatible with each other and always like to be restless. Having passed far beyond the Ocean of the Destroyer of Dragon Poison of each other, there is an ocean called Equal Water, two thousand yojanas in extent, where the water is stable and exists, the water is very clear and deep, and it is filled with fish, crocodiles, makaras, conches, naga crocodiles, and crocodiles that kill children. Furthermore, the yogi observes by knowing the maturation of the laws of karma. As it is said, neither the ocean, nor the river, nor the island, nor the forest, nor the mountain, nor the trees, nor those places, in any of them have we been born, nor have we died, nor have we been reborn, nor have we been born, and all harmonious and pleasant things have become different, disappeared, separated, detached, changed, not possessed, and there is no place of birth of karma that enjoys the fruits of karma, karma has been stabilized, and having experienced the fruits of one's own karma, there is no rebirth or birth, neither in the region of the ocean, nor in the region of the mountains, nor in the regions of the trees, has anything been seen. Hundreds of times, and then thousands of times, hundreds of thousands of times, hundreds of millions of times, there is not even a needle's prick where we have not been born, died, and been born. All harmonious and pleasant things have become different, disappeared, separated, completely detached, and changed hundreds of times, thousands of times, hundreds of thousands of times, becoming hundreds of millions of times. From beginningless samsara, bound by the ropes of desire, hatred, and ignorance, even in samsara, there is hell.

And in the places of animals, pretas, and animals, there is birth, and death, and becoming. Therefore, quickly, quickly, become disgusted with samsara. Do not be greedy and attached to samsara, for this samsara is suffering. It is endowed with the feeling of heat, and it is endowed with the feeling of roughness, it is a feeling that is accompanied by suffering. Old age and, death and, sorrow and, lamentation and, suffering and, unpleasantness are many. It is the edge of falling and the door of exhaustion. Here there is no constant and happiness that is extremely subtle. For example, there is no darkness that is extremely subtle in the sun. Thus, the practitioner dwells contemplating the body on the external body. Furthermore, the practitioner truly knows those external bodies, having passed far beyond the sea of equal water. Are there rivers, or are there oceans, or are there mountains? He sees with the wisdom born of hearing or with the divine eye. There is the continent called Eastern Videha, eight thousand yojanas in circumference, full of villages, cities, and markets, rivers, trees, forests, nearby forests, bathing ponds, continents, mountains, waterfalls, and forests full of dense trees, flowers, fruits, deer, and birds. Among them, these six mountains are the greatest of all. Namely: the Great Wall, the Garland of Forests, the Flock of Peacocks, the Multitude of Pretas, the Upward Flowing Ocean, and the Garland of Eyes, etc. Those mountains surround the entire Eastern Videha continent, just like the four mountains of Jambudvipa. Among them, the Great Wall Mountain is three thousand yojanas wide, and that mountain has three forests of a thousand yojanas. Namely: Su

The forest of Belaṅga, and the forest with the sound of waterfalls, and the forest of Mālikagagangarā. In the forest, the trees are abundant, such as: the tree of Līlikā, the tree that grows in the mountains, the tree with connected branches, the tree that grows difficult to pass, the tree that grows by the river, the tree that grows in Ula, the tree that grows on the cliff, and the trees of Jambudvīpa are as before. Near the great mountain, the people who live there, their names are called "fire-topped." There are also these rivers here. For example: the river where sand flows, Sāmādā, the river where water flows, the river of dragons, the river that flows from the forest, and Zarazā, etc. The extent of that mountain range of forests is a thousand yojanas. There are these forests there. For example: Kukkudāzira, the forest of the gods, the forest of Zilikā, Dubāpa, and the forest that grows very little, etc. There are also these rivers here. For example: the river covered with vines, the river with a vortex at the top, the black water river, the river with very drooping leaves, and the river that likes smoke, etc. The people who live near the mountain range of forests, their names are called "cunning." The third mountain, the mountain of peacocks seen by the yogi, is a thousand yojanas. There are these forests there. For example: the cloud forest, the forest that always flashes lightning, the forest with a high sound, the forest with sparse leaves, and the Mandala forest, etc. There are also these rivers here. For example: the river where Nizalu flows, the river liked by the hermit, the river that flowed before, and the good river, etc. The people who live near the peacock forest, their names are called "blue-necked." Furthermore, the yogi dwells observing the body with the external body, and if asked whether there are other mountains or rivers in the eastern Videha, he sees with the wisdom born of hearing or with the divine eye.
