Or, those who are without the defilements of the paths of the ten virtuous actions, and who have not enjoyed them for a long time, those who have died and transmigrated from Jambudvipa and are born here due to the cause of karma, possessing half-rotten food, not clearly knowing the fruits of virtuous and non-virtuous actions, having inferior intelligence, weak consciousness, and being greedy and attached to women, this is due to the seed cause of those previous actions. These sentient beings travel by their own karma, enjoy the share of karma, have firm karma, and are the places of birth of karma. However one acts, whether virtuous or sinful, one will become the recipient of those very actions. If one indulges in the extremes of non-virtuous actions, then one will be born in hell, among the pretas, and among the animals. Actions that are like seeds have fruits that are alike. For example, from the seed of a millet grows the fruit of a millet, not the fruit of a weed. The seeds of barley are the fruits of barley. Similarly, from inferior qualities and inferior fields, inferior fruits also grow. Likewise, from good seeds, good fruits also grow. For example, from red rice grow red rice. From bean pods grow bean pods. From sugarcane grows sugarcane. From the differences in fields and qualities, the fruits also appear differently. Like this, there are those with qualities, those with suffering, and those with both. Among them, only having qualities is intermediate. Having qualities and suffering is special. Only having suffering is small, except for the qualities of the mind. Like this, for external things as well, there are three types of fields. That which is not overcome by water plants is intermediate. That which is very prevalent with grass and water plants, and is free from the fear of water and thieves, is particularly excellent. That which is ruined by coarse grass and water plants, and the birth of water

It is said that having hunger, fear, and the fear of thieves are small, except for the actions that farmers have completely purified. Here, the inner self and outer things, those also enjoy the share of karma, karma is stabilized, it is the place of birth of karma, possessing the power of others, being mutual causes and conditions, and mutually growing. Here, those beings of the Western Godaniya continent enjoy the fruits of karma that are accompanied by defilements, and are born here through karma accompanied by defilements. Furthermore, after death and transmigration, they completely revolve in samsara by the wind of their own karma. After that yogi realizes external actions and dharmas exactly as they are, furthermore, abiding by observing the body with the external body, having transcended the Western Godaniya continent, whatever else has become of the types of mountains, or the types of rivers, or the types of oceans, seen by the wisdom born of hearing or by the divine eye, exists between the two continents of the Western Godaniya and the Eastern Purvavideha, having transcended the Western Godaniya continent, it is the ocean called "Sorrowful," which is twelve thousand yojanas. It is filled with water similar to sorrow, there are conches, fish, great fish, crocodiles (Sanskrit: नक्र, nakra, crocodile), crocodiles Makara (Sanskrit: मकर, makara, Capricorn), turtles, and crocodiles that kill children also become corpses. Having transcended that ocean of sorrowful water, there is a vicinity of a mountain called "Like Coral," which is five hundred yojanas. Here, highly poisonous serpents completely dwell. Having transcended that, there is an ocean called "Hot Water," the warm poisonous vapor exhaled from the mouths of those serpents makes it warm. Here, there is not even a little bit of sentient beings, those poisonous serpents die by exhaling. Because it is the nature of poison, the water also becomes warm. Having transcended that, it is called "Red Water."

The ocean called " 行" is five thousand yojanas in extent. In it, the nagas and asuras who dwell underground hate each other, suppress and devour each other, and fight. The powerful nagas who dwell in the water also cannot seize the power of those asuras. Beyond that, there is a rakshasi island of two thousand yojanas. A rakshasi named "Hair-crested One" dwells there. She puts incense and garlands of flowers in her mouth and has edible food. She is as fast as traveling a thousand yojanas in the blink of an eye, looking for the flaws of humans, and her mind is always drawn to that place. This island is filled with flesh, blood, and bones, and the smell is unpleasant. Beyond the island of the Hair-crested One, there is an island of flesh-eaters of five thousand yojanas. A flesh-eater named "Hair-covered One" dwells there. Beyond that, there is a mountain called "Perfectly Complete," which is five thousand yojanas in extent. The mountain Perfectly Complete is filled with trees, such as: Nalikeratrees, Panasa trees, Mota trees, Hindala trees, Tamala trees, Rakata-mala trees, yellow trees, Singha trees, Tilaka trees, Arjuna trees, Kadamba trees, Niva trees, Nijula trees, Champaka trees, Kharjura trees, Amra trees, Pichumarda trees, Badari trees, Banada trees, Kingshuka trees, dragon flower trees, Kadampa trees, Ashoka trees, Silin trees, Ketaka trees, Karnikara trees that are very lush, new Malika trees, Batala trees, Kapittha trees, auspicious trees, heavenly trees, cedar trees, Kara-pira trees, blue Ashoka trees, Kuravaka trees, Kunda trees, and so on. It is perfectly filled with trees that grow in clusters, and hundreds of rivers make it delightful. Inside that place with forest lands, the gandharvas play and rejoice there. Beyond the mountain Perfectly Complete, there is an ocean of five thousand yojanas called the Milk Ocean. The water there is like milk, and the taste is like milk. There are some fish whose bodies are five yojanas in size swimming there.
