Seen by the wisdom that arises or by the eye of the gods, there is no place between these two continents. Except for the great continent of Uttarakuru in the north, which has an area of ten thousand yojanas. Thirty-six crores of cities fill all the surroundings, and they are exceedingly happy and also delight in other merits. Except for being without flesh, bones, and pus, there is also no fear in the presence of the gods of the four great kings. The gods do not blink, but the people of Uttarakuru in the north have skin, flesh, bones, pus, and blinking, and they have no ownership and no arrogance, and after death, they will surely be born as gods. They are free from deceit, cunning, jealousy, and pride, and are always exceedingly happy. They are free from rakshasas, flesh-eaters, kumbhandas, lions, tigers, bears, wolves, nagas, crawling creatures, venomous snakes, famine, heat, cold, hunger, thirst, disease, and the gods not raining, and they all make each other happy. They have no fear of kings, thieves, water, fire, and weapons falling upon them. There is also no distinction between day and night, because the golden trees radiate light everywhere. The trees there have the nature of diamonds, red gold, coral, and silver. The birds also transform into various kinds of bodies, and are always content, like exceedingly happy beings. Those trees are also like sentient beings. Furthermore, the yogi dwells observing the body with the external body, and in Uttarakuru there is happiness, and what else is more happy than happiness?

Because flowers like clouds grow from Mount Sangkasha, it is similar to the sky. Therefore, it is called Mount Sangkasha. On one side of it is the blue shadow forest. There, anything that turns slightly white disappears.
