One should speak accordingly. Thus, a monk, by subduing restlessness, comes close to abandoning it. Furthermore, restlessness is nearly destroyed by subduing it. Why? Those who have abundant food and drink become fat and also go there well. Moreover, those who have great desire, because they particularly like delicious tastes, mostly indulge in them, approach those attendants, and also for the purpose of serving, some will approach. In what ways do they approach, and to what extent do they approach? Until they are all delighted with Dharma robes, alms, dwellings, medicine for the cause of illness, and utensils. No one always remembers these pleasures, nor does one taste flavors. Nor does one discriminate, that is to say, wandering alone like that, or wandering relying on good causes, or wandering completely restrained, is possessing discipline. Whether it is a monk or other similar person, it is in this way that restlessness is nearly destroyed by subduing it. All restlessness increases from carelessness. All non-virtuous assemblies originate from the root of carelessness. Therefore, all those who seek Nirvana should destroy carelessness alone. Thus, Musulin declares these Dharmas, which he had previously heard in the presence of the gods, as well as the swan king Time Good, and the carelessness that had turned to the side of the demons, to them. The first question from the Sutra of Eleven Questions spoken by the Blessed One Light Protector is complete. What is the second question? That is to say, the untamed are with single-pointedness of mind, and the untamed are also of two kinds: the worldly and the transcendental. In short, the tamed hold with single-pointedness of mind. To this, taming is also of many kinds, but in short, there are two kinds: natural faults and faults with transgressions.

Those who have lost their inherent faults are neither nuns nor Kashyapa (the "drinking light" sect), because they are fully equipped with killing, engaging in impure conduct, and taking what is not given. Even if they possess the wisdom of the three kinds of pride (rāga, pāpa, dṛṣṭi, greed, evil, view), even if they are in accordance with the Dharma, if they plunder and fully enjoy, whether through territory or kinship, or through important instructions, they are neither nuns nor of the Kashyapa sect. They have become rotten, untamed, false, merely holding the mark. Therefore, inherent faults, the corruption of discipline, are also caused by negligence. Therefore, those diligent in the Kashyapa sect should also completely abandon negligence. Thus, the sutra spoken by Musulun Kashyapa, the lord of the non-contenders. The bodhisattvas Good Time and the swans who are speakers, and the negligent ones of the retinue of Mara, teach them the Dharma, and having truly abided in the heart of the lotus, they speak. Furthermore, the faults that have been prescribed, in brief, are of nine kinds. What are the nine kinds of impurity? They are: one act, acting after rising from confession, acting negligently after negligence, half act, mostly acting, confessing and rising also acting in between, showing the way, acting by proclamation, acting by forgetting, and acting in all ways. Thus, whether they are ascetics or others of the same kind, due to the dominion of negligence, all childish beings become foolish, and for those who have not learned the Dharma and Vinaya, in brief, there are nine kinds of faults. What is the nature of some actions, and how do they become prescribed faults? Here, those trainings that have become weak and the rising has also been interrupted, those people are surpassed by this, and they transgress due to the dominion of negligence, thinking: How shall I transgress from these, and afterwards I shall completely rise? For example, digging the earth and cutting grass. This is called one act. Whether it is an ascetic or others of the same kind. Again
