Having gone there, the gods holding garlands and those holding whisks also rejoice. Swans and ruddy geese also adorn it. Furthermore, the yogi dwells observing the body with the external body, are there any mountains or ocean kings belonging to a different kind from the extremely clear ocean, or that have become continents? He sees with the wisdom arising from hearing, or with the divine eye, there is an ocean called "Great Wave," which is five hundred yojanas. There, the winds that have gone into the underground water, whatever rises up, agitates all the oceans and continents, which is due to the power of the karma of sentient beings. The waves arise to two hundred yojanas. The rest are called the waves of the Jambudvipa ocean. There, all the horse-headed fish dwell. Furthermore, the yogi dwells observing the body with the external body, are there any kinds of mountains or oceans besides the mountain of the Great Wave Ocean? He sees with the wisdom arising from hearing, or with the divine eye, beyond the Great Wave Mountain, on the northern side, there is a mountain called "One-Faced Mountain," adorned with burning golden mountains of fourteen hundred yojanas, like a second sun. There, divine flowers, the mandārava (Tibetan: མན་མཱ་ན་དཱ་ར་བ་，Sanskrit Devanagari: मन्मा न दारा वा，Sanskrit Romanization: manma nā dārā va，Literal meaning: Manma Na Dara Va), the lotus kuśeśayā (Tibetan: པད་མ་ཀུ་ཤེ་ཤ་ཡཱ་，Sanskrit Devanagari: पद्म कुशे शया，Sanskrit Romanization: padma kuśe śayā，Literal meaning: Lotus Kushe Shaya), and lotuses of lapis lazuli nature are born. What is seen. In the eastern direction, it is certain that there are three thousand yojanas of ocean. After passing through, there is a place called "Golden Radiance," which is not much taller than Mount Meru. Then, on the side of Mount Meru, there is a mountain called "Manifestation." It is this that makes Jambudvipa appear in the color of lapis lazuli, and it is this that makes the eastern Videha appear in the color of gold. Because the surface of that mountain appears blue, the mountain also makes the sky of Jambudvipa appear blue. Furthermore, the yogi dwells observing the body in accordance with the external body. If one approaches that Manifestation Mountain, will there be anything else? If someone asks this, then through the wisdom arising from hearing or through the divine eye, beyond that Manifestation Mountain, far beyond, in the eastern Videha, as the second horn of Mount Meru, is a place called "Joyful Mind," where there is the celestial Jambu River, appearing in the nature of gold, vast, and perfectly adorned with golden lotuses. Its width is ten yojanas, and its height is five hundred yojanas. There are golden trees, deer, birds, and the leaves of golden sal trees, which are also served by celestial singers. There, there are also gods holding garlands, and those with three-stringed lutes, who also play and rejoice there. Just as things arising from karma manifest through inferior, intermediate, and superior karmas, those gods who enjoy their share of karma also serve that Joyful Mind Mountain, and the Manifestation Mountain, which appears like the sun. As the peak of Jambudvipa, it is extremely high, and only that much exists in the east of Jambudvipa. Furthermore, the yogi dwells observing the body in accordance with the external body. If someone asks, in the south of Jambudvipa, is it a type of river, or a type of mountain, or a completely churning ocean, or what will it ultimately end with? Then, through the wisdom arising from hearing or through the divine eye.

所见。于彼名为穿凿之山附近有八逾缮那处，有河名为纳摩达，广半逾缮那，长二百逾缮那。其处多有具大毒之龙居住，并充满食子鳄鱼与执鳄鱼者。于彼河之外，有第二河名为具浪河，亦从穿凿山流出。第三河名为具力河，令人喜悦，为诸树围绕。另有河名为黑旋，深三逾缮那，长三百逾缮那，直至流入大海。又有河名为大臭河，充满具大毒之龙。名为玛拉雅之山，其性为旃檀，极为喜乐，长五百逾缮那，高三百逾缮那。名为大浪之河流出，广一逾缮那，长一百逾缮那，直至流入大海。名为贝札之河，充满种种树木，为鸟所遍布，广一逾缮那，长五百逾缮那，直至流入大海。又，瑜伽行者以外身随视身而住。若问赡部洲更有何者？谓彼以闻所生之慧，或以天眼所见。于诸处所如是：梅拉科之境域乃多种种，彼诸处所有四十逾缮那。第二处所名为措卡拉，有五十逾缮那，为诸树、计都迦、那地计拉、波那娑、水树、毗罗、迦巴底、瓦汝迦、瓦达拉、阿朱那、札玛迦等所亲近庄严。另有树名为察毗迦林迦。

The mountain called Malaya is by nature sandalwood, extremely delightful, five hundred yojanas long and three hundred yojanas high. The river called Great Wave flows out, one yojana wide and one hundred yojanas long, until it flows into the sea. The river called Vetra is filled with various trees and covered with birds, one yojana wide and five hundred yojanas long, until it flows into the sea.
