If the wind element becomes agitated, It will cause all my limbs and minor limbs, all the tendon bundles, and all the elements, such as skin, blood, flesh, fat, bones, marrow, and semen, to deteriorate, completely dry up, become completely stiff, and separate from each other. Starting from the toenails, up to the head, they will be pulverized like sand. For example, if a lump of ghee is struck by the seasonal winds, the lump of ghee will deteriorate, completely dry up, become completely stiff, and in the sky, the limbs will be pulverized like sand by each other. Likewise, when I die, the wind element will be greatly agitated, and from that, when I die, the final body will experience the suffering of completely manifest, repulsive feelings. Remembering the Buddha, or remembering the Dharma, or remembering the Sangha, is all right. If, with correct intention, the object of the final mind is not interrupted, then for all these individual ordinary beings, births similar to their respective objects and respective causes will arise in the continuum. Just as the shape of the causes is, so too will the shape arise as it was in the final mind of existence at the time of death, because the body and mind are slaves to the monkey, so at the time of death, it is the place of birth. Thus, there are four types of death in which the four great elements are greatly agitated. Yogis, by observing the body in the body with the inner nature of their own body, see that all sentient beings are equally impermanent, suffering, empty, and selfless. Once they have seen this, they will not dwell in the presence of Mara, but will dwell on the edge of Nirvana. Nor will they be led by those sounds, tactile sensations, tastes, forms, and smells that are completely afflicted and desirable.

Not bound by the transgressors who are accompanied by joyful desire. Will be completely separated from the dust of afflictions. Will be completely separated from the steep ravines, and will not be robbed by form and smell. Will not be filled by the fullness of form. Will not be filled by the fullness of youth. Will not be filled by the fullness of being alive. Will not be happy with assembled gatherings. Will not always enter cities. Will not be overjoyed by that. Will not be afraid of the fear of dying. Even the slightest faults will be regarded as fearful. Will truly and separately know the body. Will also know the laws of birth and death. That will be detached from desire from all desires that have become completely afflicted. Will not become lazy. Will also always rejoice in the sacred Dharma. Thus, the Brahmins, householders, and renunciates of the city of Nalati also abide by observing the body in their inner self. How do yogis abide? Monks, here, yogis separately observe the body of their inner self through external phenomena. For example, having seen external phenomena, they abide by observing the body in their inner self, first separately observing the collection of seeds, from which sprouts arise from the seeds. From the sprouts, the trunk arises. From the trunk, the leaves arise. From the leaves, the flowers arise. From the flowers, the fruit will arise. Similarly, yogis also see the inner self, first from the consciousness that has become the seed, together with afflictions, falling into semen. From semen, it becomes a congealed state. From the congealed state, it becomes a paste-like state. From the paste-like state, it becomes a spherical state. From the spherical state, it becomes an elongated state. From the elongated state, it becomes a prot

Five protuberances will appear. Namely, two protuberances on the feet, two protuberances on the hands, and one protuberance on the head. Thus, from these five protuberances, the faculties will clearly arise. Thus, in sequential order, one will ultimately reach old age and death. Furthermore, the yogi dwells contemplating the body on the external body, following the body. Just as a collection of seeds first turns blue. Then it turns gray and becomes old. Eventually, it also completely disappears. Similarly, this body first becomes a child. From a child, it becomes an adult. From an adult, it becomes old. Having become old, it disappears in every way. Furthermore, the yogi dwells contemplating the body on the external body, following the body. Just as a collection of external seeds arises, and how medicines and forests manifest and grow from the earth. Therefore, through the wisdom arising from hearing, or through what is seen by the divine eye, all these dharmas are mutually causal and mutually conditional. All conditioned phenomena, whether external or of an internal nature, arise through mutual power, except for three dharmas. Namely, cessation through discrimination, cessation without discrimination, and space. How do dharmas enter extensively through mutual power? Namely, with ignorance as the condition, there are actions. With actions as the condition, there is consciousness. With consciousness as the condition, there are name and form. With name and form as the condition, there are the six sense sources. With the six sense sources as the condition, there is contact. With contact as the condition, there is feeling. With feeling as the condition, there is craving. With craving as the condition, there is grasping. With grasping as the condition, there is becoming. With becoming as the condition, there is birth. With birth as the condition, there are old age and death, as well as sorrow, lamentation, pain, distress, and utter
