The one with wisdom, having discerned, those other deities who, together with him, have entered the stream of practice, will make themselves better. How can these who wander in the abode of the deities benefit as they are? How can one benefit oneself and others through the supreme virtues? What will not become an obstacle for me? And if those deities become the best of friends, then they will surely be devoted to liberation. And those who show evil are enemies, for they do the deeds that lead to all the hells. That deity, having consulted with those who have entered the stream, will go well near to where the small house is. If another palace of the nature of magic is built, then rivers, lakes, trees, waterfalls, forests, and nearby forests, supremely abundant, perfectly endowed with many joys, such a special joy, those manifestations of those who practice in the eternal abode, are not even a hundredth or a thousandth part of it. Why is that? Because he is the lord of those who have done good deeds. Among all the strife-free deities who practice the ultimate of good conduct, Musulin, the lord of strife-free, is the lord of good deeds, because the good deeds he does are most excellent. His magical powers are also superior. For these reasons, among all the strife-free palaces, above that small house, it shines brightly with joy. For example, in the presence of the sun, all palaces cannot withstand it, nor are they beautiful. From the special features of that small house, those other houses cannot even compare. That house, endowed with various qualities and perfect in form, in the expanse of the sky, in the eternal abode, makes the wandering deities rejoice.

When proceeding well, those gods who constantly enter clearly see the lord of non-contention, and the joy of the heedless diminishes. Those gods who wander heedlessly due to heedlessness quickly enter those houses and proceed well to be near where King Musulinda is. Then, even after thousands of years, he continues to perform miracles. Just as those gods who have entered the houses are made completely invisible, so too, everything dwelling in the palace becomes invisible. The gods themselves, through their own miracles, block them in such a way that they cannot see each other. Not even a little of laughter, playfulness, or playing is heard. By the power of those miracles, they become naturally so, and they become so to each other. All of them, no matter in which house, how those gods have become so close, and where all those who have entered this palace with us have gone, cannot be seen even with all efforts. Like this, when proceeding well from above to where the lord of non-contention, Musulinda, is, only he alone is seen. Those gods who constantly enter will be seen, but other gods who do not constantly enter will not see each other. Thus covered by miracles, he becomes both amazed and frightened, and then says to Musulin: Those gods who have entered the palace, together with all their retinues, are not seen, where have they all gone? Then, Musulin said to him: Those gods who wander heedlessly due to heedlessness, all die and transmigrate due to the actions of karma, and as a result of karma, they universally approach and are born in hell, among the hungry ghosts, animals, and humans. Furthermore, whether those who have become heedless or those who abide in heedlessness, they will...

And also, being heedless, they approach destruction, and they will also be close to ruin due to the obstruction of places. Those who are extremely attached to the five qualities of desire, those people of the land who are players of constantly thinking games, their minds are like churning sticks, blown by the wind of karma that arises from them. The peak of the five desires burns, accumulating in the state of existence free from strife, and from the outside, various rays of light pierce the hells, completely deceived by the evil mind, those who are extremely decayed, after the body is destroyed, they will be born there. Therefore, such faults of heedlessness are the most supreme of all faults. What is the cause of decay due to the fault of heedlessness? Which gods who do not see all the virtuous dharmas, do not subdue themselves with a good heart, those people are deceived by their own minds, and they are destined to suffer. Then, the ruler of the land free from strife, Musu Lun, in his presence, heard these words, and those gods, both sad and fearful towards each other, said this: Lord of the gods, how can these gods be separated and all die and transmigrate in just a moment? What has happened to all these gods that they have disappeared, and all these lands of the gods who wander in the eternal place have become completely empty. The suffering of dying and transmigrating from suffering is great, and it is inevitable, and we will not become recipients of suffering, and we will not be harmed by the suffering that arises from separation from loved ones, and we will not be born in hells, pretas, and animals, please teach us with great fortune. Then, at that time, the lord of the gods spoke in verses as it is: A person who walks on a crooked path does not see goodness. Even if water is churned, fire will never exist. Without a cause, no result will ever occur. A heedless person, in the end,
