For monks who possess discipline, those places are where donors approach for certain reasons. If not for those with discipline, then those sinful individuals who break their vows, merely walking and gathering, will cause hundreds and thousands of obstacles, let alone bodily dwellings, medicine for illnesses, and other enjoyments. Then, at that time, the Bhagavan spoke verses. How so? Whoever these unrestrained monks are, they are the worst of thieves. Pus flows from within, covered on the outside by robes. Separated from all essence, like the nature of an empty corpse. Likewise, this empty cycle of existence, likewise, the evil one speaks as a monk. For the sake of the Sangha Jewel, the one who breaks vows will be born in hell. After the body dies, being led to the hells, is deceived by the mind. Having deceived the Dharma and discipline, falling is due to one's own karma. The darkness of defilement completely envelops, becoming a possessor of suffering. Without the covering of virtuous deeds, for the naked one, both good and bad are repulsive. How, for the sake of the Dharma, one is led to the terrifying hell. The unbeautiful hells, the doors of suffering are not closed. The unbearable bonds of samsara, this is what is called breaking vows. If one burns the unrestrained, it is like burning completely with fire. For the one whose conduct has deteriorated, evil downfall always remains. Because the minds exist without restraint, the behavioral restraint until then. That is ignorance, disguising behavior, approaching the hells. That is increasing non-virtue in all days and nights. In any case, this precious discipline, will surely fall due to breaking vows. Clinging to the Dharma of emptiness, and also completely obscured by darkness. Thinking various thoughts internally, for him, there is no opportunity to aim. The rope of unrestrained nature, when will the wise abandon defilement. The sinful one who breaks vows, is led by abandoning discipline. The unrestrained vow-breaker, walks together with sin. Also relying on various desires.

These are the messengers of hell. Non-subjugation and ignorance, The difference of roughness, Fully corresponding to sinful deeds. Hell is not very far away. What kind of result are the deeds? Why not go there? Those who destroy themselves are all ignorant, Extremely ignorant because of what they like. The river of sin is unbearable, It grows day and night. The waves of suffering are continuous and turbulent, It also takes away one's own life. Those who deceive the Dharma, Their minds are not happy. The person who does not abide by the precepts, Completely abandons the virtuous Dharma. This virtuous path is happiness, What kind of Dharma has the status? After obtaining that status, one is born, Goes to the unchanging status. Self-born, close dwelling, meditation, and, Who rejoices in the holy conduct? Abiding in the precepts, always gentle, They have no suffering. These non-preceptual defilements, Which defiled person, Completely degenerates from the basis of learning, He is destined for hell. Having understood this, people, Should diligently practice all precepts, In all the oceans of samsara, Because that precept will bring experience. Thus, for all people, non-subjugation will hinder the path beyond the world. If it is not precepts, how can it hinder the gods? Here, in this world of karma and fruit, the happiness generated by the seven kinds of morality is exhausted by dwelling carelessly in this high place. When the happiness of those people is exhausted, it will not arise again, just as when the oil and wick of a lamp are exhausted, the light will also be exhausted. Similarly, if it is not precepts, how can it hinder the path beyond the world? Just as those who practice morality will be born in heaven. When born there, one will think like this: How did I, among humans, through the seven kinds of precepts, be born here, born together with the gods? Then, that god will single-mindedly practice the precepts, and will also see and show karma and fruit. How to be born here
