迅速地，就是享用一切的界，即使周游了所有的三有，也不能完全见到它。由于普遍摇动者的力量而摇动，犹如轮回的海洋。完全具有心的自在力，这个世界恒常地流转。苦乐与时间相连，众生追随三有而行。舍弃一切痛苦，趋向善的顶峰。流转者恒常因痛苦，那时有情众生会疲惫。遗忘之后，从外面也，感受着极度折磨的痛苦。当有情在地狱时，如果忆起痛苦，那时所有这些安乐，必定安住于微尘般。那时，直至完全明亮的顶端显现，在那之前，会忆起其他的生世。当被舍弃之时，那时所有忆起的前世都会被遗忘。他遗忘了在其他生世所经历的其他痛苦，由于遗忘，也由于对外境的迷恋，以多种方式与他人不同，以及，与悦耳的声音，触觉，味道，形象，气味，渴望的天界事物一起欢喜。此外，他还接近那座名为流水发光之山。那座山也被周围一切令人愉悦的殊胜树木所充满，极其清澈的水中充满了天鹅，鸳鸯，鸿雁，各种闪耀的金子，悦耳的声音，以及充满令人愉悦的装饰品的河流流淌。那条河流中也会涌现出非常多的河流，它们被一万条河流完美地充满，尺度，力量和形状都相同，树木和鸟类的聚集使之愉悦。从那些涌现出来的众多河流中，有四条河流比所有河流都更加殊胜，即：美丽地流淌，金色的花环，琉璃之水，以及安乐地流淌。之后，那位天神享用着自己业的果报，所有人都以极其欢喜的心情，持有极其广大的装饰品和服饰花环。

Quickly, it is to enjoy all the realms, even if one has circled all three realms, one cannot fully see it. It moves by the power of the universal mover, like the ocean of samsara. Perfectly endowed with the power of the mind, this world constantly revolves. Happiness and suffering are connected to time, and beings follow the three realms. Abandoning all suffering, one descends to the peak of goodness. The revolving one is always tormented by suffering, at that time the embodied beings become exhausted. Having forgotten, even from the outside, one experiences the suffering of extreme torment. When embodied beings are in hell, if they remember suffering, then all these pleasures will surely remain as mere dust particles. At that time, until the face of the completely bright peak appears, until then, one will remember other lives. When it is abandoned, then all remembrance of other lives will be forgotten. He forgets the other sufferings experienced in other lives, and because of forgetting, and also because of attachment to external objects, in many ways different from others, and, together with pleasant sounds, tactile sensations, tastes, forms, smells, and the desired objects of the divine realm, he rejoices. Furthermore, he approaches the mountain called the river of light emission. That mountain is also filled with excellent trees that are pleasing in all its surroundings, and in the extremely clear water, swans, ruddy shelducks, geese, various shining golds, pleasant sounds, and rivers filled with delightful ornaments flow. In that river, very many rivers will also emerge, they are perfectly filled with ten thousand rivers, the measure, strength, and shape are the same, and the gathering of trees and birds makes it joyful. Among those many rivers that have emerged, there are four rivers that are more excellent than all the rivers, namely: beautifully flowing, golden garland, lapis lazuli water, and happily flowing. Then, that deity enjoys the fruits of his own karma, and everyone, with an extremely joyful mind, holds extremely vast ornaments and garlands of clothing.

That forest of lotus ponds brings various joys, its length being five hundred yojanas, its essence being five yojanas. Nearby, there is also extremely pure water, completely filled with aquatic plants and other flowers, the petals of various colors emitting fragrance, pervading the surrounding five yojanas, exceedingly fragrant. Then, according to their wishes, some in the forests, some in the lotus ponds, wandering as they please, filled with assemblies of gods and goddesses, possessing their own splendor, born there through actions created and accumulated by karma. Those gods, seeing that beautifully flowing river adorned with exceedingly beautiful fragrant flowers, wandering in the vast environment, delight the gods and also enjoy it to the fullest. All these different sights converge on the summit of the mountain emitting light, where the river cascades down. Furthermore, on the mountain emitting light, there is another river flowing gracefully, which is the river called "Golden Chain," also emitting light. Depending on that river, that river flows. By its name, that river is called "Golden Chain." There are these joys there, such as: the water there eliminates all faults, becoming like a beverage.
