It is a fall from that kind of deity. The arising composite is perfectly endowed with various kinds of firewood and water, like this. All the limbs that possess birth, wherever they are born, those composites that are not feared by strength are not in the three realms. If they are inexhaustible and do not reach the end, then they will become eternal. For sentient beings, this state is not even a goal, because composites are by nature perishable. Sentient beings are destined to fall to the end, so they fall from Tushita to our ranks of gods. When his well-done deeds are exhausted, he will immediately die and transmigrate. When the oil and wick are exhausted, the lamp in the place of the lamp, the minds are greatly diminished by the wind of time. Just as when the form of the seed is diminished, a sprout will grow immediately after, so when the secret existence associated with karma is completely exhausted, they will die and transmigrate in that way immediately after. You have seen the exhaustion of those lights. When the karma is completely exhausted, the body of the dead corpse, whose body is completely decayed, that light is also like this. Whatever is completely transformed by one from another, exceedingly vast, becoming exceedingly vast, the fruit of karma that necessarily arises, transformed by virtue, supremely the nature of light, this example is: Alas, you who are without strife, please understand the example. If something has this kind of light, adorned with light and countless ornaments, supremely pleasing, it cannot be described by example. Even that which is transformed fourfold by such virtuous deeds will completely decay. What need is there to mention the bodies of you who are born among the non-contenders, transformed by a threefold, extremely small karma, whose self-nature is turbid and inferior? Then, at that time, Musulinda spoke the verses, just like this: Impermanent, illusory light, completely burns the gods of Tushita. It necessarily ceases depending on power, just like a lamp whose oil is exhausted. Thrown by the propulsion of karma, the twelve spokes are

O, mighty one! This wheel of karma revolves, It is moved by falling and being born. Creating various forms of lands, Possessing many colors, Joyful and prone to falling, without autonomy, It comes by the power of time. Entering by the power of time, Just as trees grow. It also, after meeting with time, Light comes here. Just as after time has passed well, The gods become happy. After abandoning all that from the outside, Lacking power, it falls. After fully obtaining the time of karma, This world fully prospers. Becoming happy and then suffering, It comes by the power of time. Whether it is happiness or suffering, The world is not always reliable. Born from cause and condition, The aspects of happiness and suffering are different. Some happiness that is not real, They follow the power of karma. Thus, even though one does not want suffering, A person is the cause of karma. After all fruits arise mutually, All conditioned things enter into it. Having known that as the cause, It is the four noble truths. A person who realizes the noble truths Is always liberated. Beings who are extremely ignorant of objects, Revolve in samsara like a wheel. Those who understand the meaning and are skilled in it, Those people are also liberated. Thus, sentient beings who understand that, All beings are not permanent. Wise ones, do good deeds well, And also abandon faults. Thus, to those gods of the Fearful and Free from Strife, the Extremely Free from Strife, and so on, even with many discriminations, the one who shows the path, the Lord of Freedom from Strife who is closely related to the Dharma, taught the Dharma. Then, among those gods, beings with different thoughts arose, some became beings with weary minds. Some became beings clearly inclined towards samsara. Others developed minds of great fear. Still others, having heard the words that do not deceive, with minds intending to enter again, with focused minds towards those places, forests near forests, and gardens perfectly endowed with various forms, connected with rivers and ponds, filled with vines and trees, and those who rejoice in the midst of jewels.
