Those who play and dance because they have experienced happiness also arise entirely from the body of Musulindha. Similarly, those who engage in sexual activity, being completely united with their own pleasure, dance, sing, and laugh with a supremely joyful mind, also arise entirely from the body of Musulindha. Likewise, the people of the eastern noble body, being completely united with their own pleasure, and playing with a supremely joyful mind, are also seen by the self-born gods. The lord of the non-contending ones, who is perfectly endowed with supreme miraculous powers, also performs these emanations in order to completely pacify the various forms of ignorance and non-discrimination, and for the benefit of others. How can those gods who wander about due to ignorance have their minds become gentle through the manifestation of impermanence? Therefore, he shows the perfections, in order to fully taste the flavors of desires and afterwards to show the faults. For these reasons, the gods create emanations so that they will surely be liberated from desires. Those who have fully tasted the flavors, just as it has been heard, with the dances, laughter, pride, songs, and clothes of the various enjoyers of desires, and the foods and drinks to be enjoyed closely, swallowing, and being fully served and embraced by women, all the close enjoyments of the five senses, appearing as desired, this perfection is called tasting the flavors of desires. What are the faults? Those desires that have been obtained, due to greed going before, will decline when pursued, and the various sufferings caused by separation from being controlled and lost by commoners, and others.

are robbed, or the possessions they have will surely be destroyed by five calamities, namely: kings, water, thieves, fire, and so on. It is also the root of other sufferings, because they are always harmed by enemies, and they are constantly in fear of losing what they have. Because of strong attachment, their minds are always filled with the torment of sorrow. These are the faults of the desires of body and mind. The faults of desires, even at the end of death, will cause foolish people to generate various kinds of suffering caused by weariness. These painful torments are also the faults of desires, and there are other faults of desires. What are these? It is like it makes mothers and children fight and quarrel with each other. Life becomes difficult. Because of desire, brothers also fight and quarrel with each other. Killing and imprisonment also become very common. These are also caused by desire. Similarly, for the sake of desire, kings also fight and quarrel with each other. Launching wars. Destroying lands. The various sufferings of killing and imprisonment also reach their peak. All of these are for the sake of desire, so these faults of desire should also be understood separately. Because desire is the bondage of all samsara, these desires should be particularly recognized. Therefore, the Lord of Non-Contention also performed those magical powers for those gods in various ways and with various thoughts. Such are the faults of people's desires, not to mention others, and kings also resort to various means. There are also others who enter the ocean for the sake of desire.

And, together engaging in strife; bondage and sorrow, fatigue and worry, quarrels and destruction, and so on, all meaningless things are endured. All of these are for the sake of desire. Thus, all people, for the sake of desire, completely endure all faults. So, how do the gods endure all faults for the sake of desire? For example, those who wage war together with the Asuras, argue together, and all of those, are for the sake of desire. Likewise, the Asuras also argue together with the gods, and wage war, these are also the faults of desire. The abundance of material things alone, those are the faults of desire. Therefore, also by these causes, apparitions are created. Also, the Nagas wage war together with the Nagas, and also destroy other lands, and send down lightning and hail, and so on, all of those are for the sake of desire. Also, those animals also devour each other, kill and bind, and so on, and also fight, all of those are for the sake of desire, this is also a fault of desire. Likewise, the pretas also, either because of food, or because of sexual desire, cut each other with swords, all of those are for the sake of desire. Because of these faults of desire, the Lord of Non-Contention manifests apparitions to the gods in order to be free from carelessness. Likewise, the hell beings also destroy each other, due to evil deeds, those with whom they have harbored resentment in other lives will be remembered, and after remembering, those grudges will drive them to slaughter each other with swords.
