When observing, one knows through the wisdom arising from hearing that the abode of the gods of non-contention is always peaceful. There, he also sees what karma causes beings to be born, that is, not committing killing and not taking what is not given, as before, and completely abandoning sexual misconduct, not even manifestly looking at or thinking about the form of a woman. He does not make any thoughts in his mind. 'Alas, how disgusting this form is to those with desire! How beautiful is so-and-so woman to be served! How delightful is this form!' Such improper attention is the root of extreme discrimination, and the mind is accompanied by desire, the mind is completely destroyed, and one goes on that path. Such attention completely abandons the suffering associated with desire. One also completely abandons oneself, viewing it as disgusting. It does not produce joy. It does not produce places, and the mind becomes greedy. One also proclaims the faults of sexual misconduct to others. One is well established on the right path. One fully reveals the faults of desires. One does not generate desire for cravings. Thus, the person who abandons sexual misconduct, the boundaries of his bodily actions are extremely pure, he has correct views, and he becomes without greed. After his body is destroyed and he dies, he will also be born into the noble realm of good destiny, that is, the abode of the gods of non-contention, always peaceful. After being born there, from the intermediate state onwards, the five senses—sound, touch, taste, color, and smell—are fully satisfied. Because he has done great virtuous deeds and uninterrupted karma, he is able to be born well. Afterwards, the place of birth of this person will also be of three kinds, that is, spontaneous birth, such as lotuses...
