When the perfect prosperity manifests as its very nature, drawn by the spectacle of the garden, they gather together. Harmless and like-minded things are always in harmony with each other. Sentient beings who go there are well endowed with the five kinds of musical instruments, and they are all delighted. From that joy, they gradually approach the entrance called "Extreme Prosperity," the vicinity of that entrance is a hundred yojanas (approximately 1280 kilometers). All of these places are radiant with the nature of the seven precious jewels, the trunks of lapis lazuli that are pleasant to the touch, and the great lotuses that are covered with the filaments of extremely minute diamonds. The previously unseen appears, and the gods are utterly amazed by those most delightful heavens. The gods manifest what they have never seen before, and seeing other wonderful things, and things that are extremely joyful to see, the gods return, looking at each other with a hundredfold joy, and also serving each other. In one place, those delightful, extremely joyful, and fully opened great lotuses are seen, and they also speak to each other. Gods, look here as it is, for all the heavens, this is both wonderful and extremely delightful. Those forms that have never been seen before, once seen, are amazing, and it is full of light, and various kinds of bees adorn it with bodies adorned with the seven precious jewels. The great lotuses that are in full bloom are also beautiful because they look at each other, so they play on the great lotuses. Around that lake, even the slightly smaller places are auspicious lands, and one can see a little of the water of the great lake of extreme prosperity. The land is illuminated, and the cities with the nature of Indranila, Padma Raga, and silver, and the parts of the cities are thoroughly divided, being extremely pleasing to behold and delightful. In the center of these, there is a great lotus, the width of whose core is five yojanas, and its diameter is ten yojanas, except that the gods who have performed virtuous deeds can expand it as they wish. Because of its ability to expand, the gods can play as they please, and likewise, that great lotus can also open and contract. However the gods contemplate, whatever they contemplate, and in whatever manner they contemplate, all of those will be obtained from that great lake and the great lotus. Therefore, that great lake is called "Joy of Contemplation," and that lotus is called "Lotus of Contemplation," these being the names of both. Therefore, those gods initially call that lake and this lotus by these two names. Then, those gods, having seen that lake from the very beginning, with a mind that is a hundred times more joyful than before, dance and frolic by the shore of the lake, and also sing. They serve each other, and with five kinds of musical instruments, they thus closely enjoy the desires of the gods. Those gods who have performed virtuous deeds, having played in the lake for that long, later also drink those beverages that are free from the faults of intoxication, yet possess the merits of intoxication, those beverages being as cool as they desire, with fragrances as they desire, colors as they desire, and shapes of vessels as they desire, and coming forth from the great lake of beverages that is filled with the supreme qualities of the nature of jewels, flowing to all places, and those gods drink it. 其他众生也到那大海中去嬉戏玩乐。他们看到了具有天界物质的香味、味道、触感和最上等颜色的甘露汁液，便以欢喜的心情嬉戏玩乐。因为想要吃东西，所以靠近那些甘露，吞咽那些甘露。无论是用手拿取，还是放在器皿中，都随各自业力因缘而定。他们吞咽甘露后，又回到那大海边。他们看到那朵大莲花，具有光芒，比成百上千个太阳还要耀眼，天界的珍宝之光都无法与之相比。然后，诸神看到了那朵大莲花，心中无比欢喜，被众神围绕，以五种乐器演奏，嬉戏玩乐，在那广阔的大海周围游荡。他们越是游荡，就越能看到那片土地上各种美妙绝伦的景象。那朵大莲花的景象是怎样的呢？比如，那些感到快乐和惊奇的人们，有些人看到这朵大莲花上，有各种颜色和形状的蜜蜂，那些拥有七宝翅膀的雄蜂和雌蜂一起快乐地嬉戏。同样，那些具有七宝本性的雌蜂和雄蜂一起，饮用了那朵莲花无与伦比的花蜜，于是说出了这首偈颂： 由各种形态所生起， 与各种果实完全相应。 此等光辉照耀之处， 随心所欲皆得圆满。 一切皆由心所照亮， 依心而显现光辉。 业力耗尽生怖畏， 不久将会发生改变。

Other beings also went to that great ocean to play and frolic. They saw the nectar juices with the finest fragrance, taste, touch, and color of heavenly substances, and they played and frolicked with joyful hearts. Because they wanted to eat, they approached those nectars and swallowed them. Whether they took them in their hands or put them in vessels, it depended on their respective karmic connections. After swallowing the nectar, they returned to the shore of that same ocean. They saw that great lotus, which was radiant and shone more brightly than hundreds of thousands of suns, and the light of all the heavenly jewels could not compare to even a sixteenth of it.
