将要变得高兴。 自性也会变得高兴，用真诚和布施相混合的悦耳之语，使之更加高兴。 对于天生善于言辞的国王，即使是敌人也会屈服为朋友，更不用说那些中立者和朋友了。因此，对于天生善于言辞的人来说，会聚集在一起。 就像会聚集在朋友的群体中一样，而不是中立者。因为自性使所有人都感到高兴和极度崇敬，并且会长久地统治。 由于善于言辞的因和缘，身体毁坏而死后，将成为无诤天众的主人。 国王还应以极大的勤奋，奉行许多其他的法。 这又是哪些呢？就像这样：所谓“说真话”，是能将轮回中所有被束缚的众生，必定解脱出来的原因，是必定产生的原因，是无法估量的、永不耗尽的宝藏，是锤炼而成的、独一无二的珍宝，是心髓的根本。是极度美观的珍宝，是所有圣者所依止的，是今生来世的庇护，是那些精进于涅槃之人的门卫，是与功德完全相关的、永不耗尽的，是能摧毁过失的，是能产生信任的，是能摧毁贫穷的。说真话，虽然远离一切色相，但却胜过一切具有色相的事物，因为真理的光芒照亮了一切。 即使在所有种姓中最为低贱，但在所有种姓的领袖面前也会更加显赫，因为真理的善行照亮了一切，那些具有种姓的人，将会追随所有地方的人民。 会被所有人视为亲友。 无论走到哪里，都会像国王一样受到供养。 即使进入所有的深渊

will become happy. Even the nature will become happy, and with pleasant words mixed with truth and generosity, it will be made even happier. For a king who is naturally good at speaking, even enemies will submit as friends, let alone those who are neutral and friends. Therefore, for those who are naturally good at speaking, they will gather together. It is like gathering in a group of friends, not neutrals. Because by nature, all beings are happy and extremely revered, and they will reign for a long time. Due to the cause and condition of being good at speaking, after the body is destroyed and dies, one will become the lord of the gods of the No-Conflict Realm. The king should also diligently practice many other dharmas. What are these? It is like this: The so-called "speaking the truth" is the cause that will surely liberate all beings bound in samsara, the cause that will surely arise, the immeasurable and inexhaustible treasure, the unique jewel that has been forged, the root of the heart essence. It is an extremely beautiful jewel, relied upon by all noble beings, a refuge in this life and the next, the gatekeeper for those who strive for nirvana, completely related to virtues, never exhausted, able to destroy faults, able to generate trust, able to destroy poverty. Speaking the truth, although it is separated from all forms, it is superior to all things with form, because the light of truth illuminates everything. Even if one is the lowest of all castes, one will be more prominent in front of the leaders of all castes, because the virtue of truth illuminates everything, and those with caste will follow all the people of the land. མཆོག་ཏུ་སྐྱིད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །རྒྱལ་པོས་ཀྱང་ས་གཞིར་མཆོག་གིས་ཕན་པར་བྱེད་པ་བཞིན་དུ་མཆོད་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །གྲོང་དང་གྲོང་ཁྱེར་དང་གྲོང་རྡལ་དང་ཚོང་འདུས་དག་ཏུ་སོང་ན་ཡང་གྲོང་པ་དང་གྲོང་ཁྱེར་པ་དག་གིས་མཆོད་པ་བྱེད་དོ། །གྲོང་ཆུང་བ་དག་གིས་མཆོག་ཏུ་ཡང་མཆོད་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །མ་མཐོང་བ་དག་ཏུ་ཡང་ལྷ་དག་གིས་སྙན་གྲགས་རབ་ཏུ་སྒྲོགས་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །ཇི་ལྟར་ཡུལ་འདིར་རྒྱལ་པོ་དང་རྒྱལ་པོའི་བློན་པོ་ཡང་རུང་སྟེ་བདེན་པར་སྨྲ་བ་དགེ་བ་བྱེད་པར་གྱུར་པ་དེའི་སྙན་པའི་བ་དན་ཡུལ་རྣམས་སུ་དམ་པར་བྱས་ནས་འཛིན་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །དགེ་བ་བྱེད་པ་པོ་ལ་ནི་ལྷ་དག་གིས་ཀྱང་རྟག་ཏུ་ཕྱི་བཞིན་རྗེས་སུ་འབྲང་ཞིང་མཆོད་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །རྨི་ལམ་ངན་པ་ཡང་འཇིག་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །ལྷ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་གཙོ་བོར་གྱུར་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ཀྱང་ལྷ་བཞིན་དུ་མཆོད་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །བདེན་པར་སྨྲ་བ་དེ་ཉིད་ཀྱི་གནས་སྐབས་དེར་ཡང་མཆོག་ཏུ་རྗེས་སུ་འཇུག་པ་དང་སླར་ཡང་ལེགས་པར་ལངས་ནས་འགྲོའོ། །འདིའི་ཡིད་ལ་བསམས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དལ་བུས་ཀྱང་རིམས་ནད་དེ་དག་རྣམས་ལེགས་པར་ཞི་བ་སྐྱེད་པར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། བདེན་པའི་བཅུད་ཀྱིས་ལེན་གྱིས་དབང་པོ་རྣམས་ཚིམ་པར་ཡང་བྱེད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །རྫུ་འཕྲུལ་ཆེ་བར་ཡང་འགྱུར་རོ། །མཐུ་སྟོབས་ཆེ་བ་དང་ཚེ་རིང་བ་ཀུན་ཏུ་འཕེལ་བར་བྱེད་པའི་ལས་རྣམས་ཀྱང་འཕེན་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །སྐྱེ་བོ་རྣམས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་ཀྱང་ཆོས་ལུགས་རྣམ་པར་ གཞག་པ་ལ་གཅིག་ཏུ་ཚད་མར་བྱེད་དོ། །རྣམ་པར་མ་གཙེས་པའི་སྐྱེས་བུ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ཀྱང་ནོར་ཆེན་པོའི་སྦས་དང་སྦས་པ་ཡང་རྒྱལ་པོ་ལ་སྟོན་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །བདེན་པར་སྨྲ་བ་ཞེས་ཟེར་ནས་ཐམས་ཅད་ལས་མི་གཡོ་བ་བཞིན་དུའོ། །ཐམས་ཅད་ལས་ཀྱང་གཡོ་བ་མེད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །གྲོགས་པོས་འཁྲིད་པར་མི་བྱེད་དོ། །གྲོགས་པོ་མ་ཡིན་པས་འཁྲིད་པར་མི་བྱེད་དོ། །རྣམ་པར་གཡོ་བར་མི་བྱེད་དོ། །གང་བདེན་པར་སྨྲ་བའི་མགྲིན་པ་རབ་ཏུ་རྩེ་དགའ་བར་གྱུར་ཏེ་བདེན་པའི་ཚིག་གིས་བློ་དེ་ཚིམ་པར་བྱས་པ་ལྟ་བུར་གྱུར་ནས་དགའ་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །བདེན་པའི་ནོར་དེ་ལ་དགའ་བར་གྱུར་པའི་རྒྱུས་ཡང་དང་ཡང་དུ་བསམ་པར་བྱེད་པ་ན་ཡིད་ཁྲོ་བ་དང་དགའ་བ་ཡ་ཡ་པོས་མི་ཁྲིད་དོ། །དྲང་སྲོང་གི་མཆོག་འཇིག་རྟེན་གཉིས་སུ་ཕན་པར་བྱེད་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་བཅུད་དུ་གྱུར་པའི་བདེན་པའི་མཚམས་དེ་ལས་ནམ་ཡང་འདའ་བར་མི་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཆུ་མེད་པར་ཡང་བདེན་པའི་རང་བཞིན་གྱིས་མཆོག་ཏུ་གཙང་བའི་བདེན་པའི་འཇུག་ངོས་སུ་འཁྲུ་བ་རྣམས་ནི་མཆོག་ཏུ་གཙང་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །གོས་མེད་པར་གྱུར་ཡང་མཆོག་ཏུ་དཀར་བ་མ་བཏགས་པ་བདེན་པའི་གོས་མཆོག་ཏུ་རྒྱ་ཆེ་བ་སྐད་ཅིག་མ་ཡིན་པར་རྟག་ཏུ་ལེགས་པར་གྱོན་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དྲི་མེད་པར་གྱུར་ན་ཡང་འདིའི་སྙན་པའི་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་ཀྱི་དྲིས་ཕྱོགས་དང་ཕྱོགས་མཚམས་རྣམས་སུ་རབ་ཏུ་འགྲོའོ། །འདི་མ་མཐོང་བར་གྱུར་པའི་སྐྱེ་བོ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱང་གྲོགས་པོ་ཉིད་དུ་འགྱུར་རོ། །མཐོང་བ་རྣམས་ནི་དང་པོར་ཡིན་ནོ། །རི་རབ་ལྷུན་པོའི་རྩེ་མོ་ཡང་འདིས་ངེས་པར་རྒལ་ནས་འགྲོ་བར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། ཇི་ལྟར་འོད་ཟེར་མཆོག་གིས་བརྟོལ་ཞིང་ཕུག་པར་འགྱུར་བ་བཞིན་དུ་རབ་ཏུ་འཕྲོ་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །རྒན་པོ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ཕ་བཞིན་དུ་མཆོད་པར་བྱེད་དེ་བདེན་པས་རྒན་པར་གྱུར་པ་ཞེས་བྱས་སོ། །ཚེ་རིང་བར་གྱུར་འཕེན་པར་བྱེད་པའི་ལས་རྣམས་ཀྱང་འཕེན་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །ཇི་སྲིད་དུ་བླ་ན་མེད་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་ལས་འཕེན་པར་བྱེད་ན་འཐབ་བྲལ་གྱི་མངའ་བདག་ལ་ ལྟ་སྨོས་ཀྱང་ཅི་དགོས། བདེན་པར་སྨྲ་བ་དང་ལྡན་པའི་རྒྱལ་རིགས་སྤྱི་བོ་ནས་དབང་བསྐུར་བ་དེ་ལུས་ཞིག་པར་གྱུར་ནས་ཤི་བའི་འོག་ཏུ་མཐོ་རིས་བདེ་འགྲོ་འཐབ་བྲལ་བ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་མངའ་བདག་ཏུ་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཡང་ཆོས་གཞན་དང་ལྡན་པ་རྒྱལ་རིགས་སྤྱི་བོ་ནས་དབང་བསྐུར་བ་དེ་འཐབ་བྲལ་བའི་ལྷ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་མངའ་བདག་ཏུ་འགྱུར་རོ། །གང་དག་ཞེ་ན། འདི་ལྟ་སྟེ། ནོར་གཞིས་རྣམས་གློ་བུར་དུ་འཕེལ་འགྲིབ་མི་བྱེད་པའོ། །རྒྱལ་པོ་འདི་ནི་བློ་བརྟན་པར་གྱུར་པ་སྟེ། དེས་དེ་ཤེས་པར་གྱུར་ནས་ངང་ཚུལ་དང་ཆོས་ལུགས་རྣམ་པར་གཞག་པ་ཡང་བློ་གྲོས་ངལ་སོས་པ་དང་ལྡན་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཤིན་ཏུ་རྣམ་པར་དཔྱད་ནས་བྱེད་པ་རྣམས་ནི་རྒྱལ་པོར་འགྱུར་རོ། །མ་བརྟགས་པར་བྱེད་པ་ནི་མ་ཡིན་ནོ། །གང་ཡང་རྒྱལ་པོས་རྣམ་པར་དཔྱད་ནས་ནོར་གཞིས་རྣམས་འཕེལ་བ་དང་འགྲིབ་པར་བྱེད་པའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་དེ་ནི་རྒྱལ་པོར་མི་འགྱུར་རོ། །གལ་ཏེ་གྱུར་ན་ཡང་དེ་ཡང་ཡུན་རིང་པོར་མི་འགྱུར་རོ། །རྒྱལ་པོའི་མིང་ཙམ་དུ་འགྱུར་རོ། །ལེགས་པར་རབ་ཏུ་བརྟགས་ནས་བྱེད་པ་མ་ཡིན་ནོ། །བློ་ཆུང་ཞིང་རྩབ་ཧྲལ་ཅན་དུ་གྱུར་པ་དང་བློ་རྣམ་པར་གནས་པ་མེད་པའི་ཡང་མོར་འགྱུར་རོ། །གང་ཡང་སྔ་རབས་དག་གིས་བརྗོད་པ་ན་དེ་ལ་ཡང་དད་པར་མི་བྱེད་དོ། །ཅི་དགའ་བའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་བརྫུན་དུ་སྨྲ་བ་དེ་ལ་འདོད་ཆགས་དང་བྲལ་བར་གྱུར་ནས་ཀྱང་རྒྱལ་

将变得非常快乐。 国王也像用最好的东西利益大地一样地供养。 即使去了乡村、城市、城镇和集市，村民和市民们也会供养。 小村庄也会非常地供养。 在未见之处，众神也会极大地宣扬名声。 就像在此地，无论是国王还是国王的大臣，只要说真话、行善，他的美名旗帜就会在各地被珍重地持有。 对于行善者，众神也会总是像影子一样跟随并供养。 恶梦也会被摧毁。 成为众神之主者也会像神一样地供养。 即使在那说真话者的境况中，也会极大地随顺，并且再次良好地站立行走。 此人的所有心愿都将圆满。 缓慢地，那些瘟疫疾病也会被很好地平息，因为以真理的精华来摄取，也会使诸根感到满足。 也将变得具有大神通。 增长威力、力量和长寿的一切事业也将被推动。 所有的人们也会将如法安立作为唯一的标准。 未受损害的士夫们也会向国王展示巨大的财宝和隐藏之物。 说真话，就像从一切事物中不移动一样。 也将从一切事物中变得不动摇。 不会被朋友引诱。 不会被非朋友引诱。 不会被动摇。 凡是说真话的喉咙变得非常喜悦，就像用真话语使心意满足一样，会变得欢喜。 因为喜爱真理的财富，当一次又一次地思考时，心意不会被愤怒和喜悦所引诱。 正直者的殊胜，永远不会超越那成为利益两个世界的精华的真理界限。 即使没有水，也会以真理的自性来供养。

It will become supremely happy. The king also makes offerings as if benefiting the earth with the best things. Even if one goes to villages, cities, towns, and markets, the villagers and city dwellers will make offerings. Small villages will also make offerings supremely. Even in unseen places, the gods will greatly proclaim fame. Just as here, whether it is the king or the king's ministers, as long as they speak the truth and do good, the banner of their good name will be cherished and held in all places. For the one who does good, the gods will always follow like a shadow and make offerings. Bad dreams will also be destroyed. Those who have become the lords of the gods will also make offerings like gods. Even in that state of the truth-speaker, one will follow supremely and again stand up and walk well. All the thoughts in this person's mind will be fulfilled. Slowly, those epidemic diseases will also be well pacified, because by taking the essence of truth, the senses will also be satisfied. One will also become great in magical power. All the actions that increase power, strength, and longevity will also be promoted. All people will also take the well-established Dharma as the sole standard. Undamaged individuals will also show the king great treasures and hidden things. Speaking the truth is like not moving from anything. One will also become unshakeable from all things. One will not be led astray by friends. One will not be led astray by non-friends. One will not be shaken. Whoever's throat, speaking the truth, becomes very joyful, like satisfying the mind with truthful words, will become delighted. Because of delighting in the wealth of truth, when thinking again and again, the mind will not be led astray by anger and joy. The supreme of the upright, one will never transgress that boundary of truth which has become the essence of benefiting both worlds. Even without water, one will offer with the nature of truth.

在极其清净的真理入门处沐浴者，将变得极其清净。即使没有衣服，也能穿上极其洁白、未缝制的真理之衣，此衣极其宽广，并非瞬间，而是恒常地穿着。即使没有污垢，此人的美名和戒律之香也会遍布四方。所有未曾见过此人的人，都会成为朋友。见过的人则是最初的朋友。须弥山顶峰也必定会被此人超越，就像光明穿透并形成孔洞一样，此人将极度闪耀。老人们会像对待父亲一样敬奉他，因为他因真理而变得年长。他所做的能带来长寿的业也会增长。既然能增长直至无上圆满正等觉的佛陀智慧之业，那么对于远离争斗的统治者，又何须多言呢？拥有真实语的种姓，从头顶接受灌顶者，在身体坏灭死亡之后，将成为天界善趣、远离争斗者的统治者。此外，拥有其他功德的种姓，从头顶接受灌顶者，将成为远离争斗之诸神的统治者。哪些功德呢？例如，财富不会突然增减。这位国王是意志坚定的，他明白这一点后，制定行为规范和法律，也会变得智慧而安宁。经过深思熟虑而行事的人，将成为国王。未经考虑而行事的人则不然。如果国王经过深思熟虑后，财富却增减不定，那么这位国王将不会成为真正的国王。即使成为了国王，也不会长久。只会是徒有虚名的国王。不是经过深思熟虑而行事。心胸狭窄、粗鲁，且心无定所，会变得轻浮。对于前人的教诲，也不会相信。随心所欲、说谎的国王，即使变得无欲无求，也会失去王位。

Those who bathe at the entrance to the supremely pure truth will become supremely pure. Even without clothes, one can wear the supremely white, unsewn garment of truth, which is exceedingly vast, not momentary, but constantly well-worn. Even without defilement, the fragrance of this person's virtuous conduct will spread in all directions. All those who have not seen this person will become friends. Those who have seen are the first friends. Even the summit of Mount Meru will surely be surpassed by this person, just as light penetrates and forms a hole, this person will shine exceedingly. The elderly will worship him like a father, for he has become old through truth. The actions that bring longevity will also increase. Since one can increase the actions of the wisdom of the unsurpassed, perfectly complete Buddha, what need is there to mention the lord of non-contention? A lineage possessing truthful speech, who receives empowerment from the crown of the head, after the destruction of the body and death, will become the lord of the heavens, the good realms, and those free from strife. Furthermore, a lineage possessing other merits, who receives empowerment from the crown of the head, will become the lord of the gods free from strife. What are these merits? For example, wealth does not suddenly increase or decrease. This king is steadfast in mind, and having understood this, he will also become wise and peaceful in establishing conduct and laws. Those who act after careful consideration will become kings. Those who act without consideration will not. If a king, after careful consideration, causes wealth to increase and decrease, that king will not become a true king. Even if he becomes a king, it will not be for long. He will only be a king in name. He does not act after careful consideration. He becomes narrow-minded, coarse, and fickle, with no fixed mind. He will not even believe in the words of the ancients. A king who speaks lies at will, even if he becomes desireless, will lose his kingdom.
