Thus, those who truly speak of cause and effect should be followed. From those, the sacred Dharma should be followed. This king, who is deeply engaged in benefiting both worlds, will become the lord of the strife-free gods after his body is destroyed and he dies. Furthermore, what is it that the king should diligently engage in Dharma? It is this: not being controlled by women. All ordinary men who are controlled by women will be scolded by everyone in the world. What more to say of a king who is born into an extremely vast lineage? All women are of a discriminating nature. They will discriminate against the king from all countries and vast territories. Being overcome by desire, they will cause those who associate with them to become disgusted. They will follow the Dharma of wealth but prevent generosity. Because they are overcome by desire, all lazy people will hold onto women. They are completely surrounded by thoughts of desire. They will cause men to completely lose their own interests. Even when a man has a righteous thought of Dharma, he will be discriminated against by all women, and those who are the source of divisive thoughts, arrogance, and jealousy will make men of the same nature. Those who live by women are completely destroyed by those poisonous things that see black snakes. Therefore, despise the king who lives by women! The basis of those is called woman. Living by that basis, it becomes extremely filthy. Becoming the path of all, falling from the time of Dharma, and thus completely decaying. Those men who prioritize women will have their suffering and youth completely destroyed. Due to the fault of clinging to desire, they will always be completely abandoned by everyone. That woman herself will also deceive herself.

Therefore, all these women are inherently like this: skilled at pursuing novelty, wasting what is available, and completely abandoning when suffering arises. They mostly indulge in desire and jealousy, so men will not feel at ease with them. Anyone who is controlled by women, whether in villages, cities, towns, regions, or markets, will be severely rebuked by people, especially in the presence of the king. Therefore, one should not marry. Those who fear and loathe women will become the rulers of the Contention-Free Gods in the heavenly realm of bliss after death. Furthermore, the king should not do another thing. What is that? It is: do not trust everyone's words. These living people in the world, mostly living in different lineages, with minds that are different from each other, with different natures, with different needs, with different reasons, and with inherently different views on impure things, are always fighting and arguing, with different minds of common interest, relying on different friends, with different natures, and with different ways of harming the country. Due to various causes and fickle minds, they even harm each other and openly conquer each other. The king should not easily believe the words of all these people, because those who are conflicting in reason, in form, in contradiction between beginning and end, and in thought, as well as those who speak out of partiality, those who speak out of a desire to obtain something, those who have previously done you favors or harmed you, those who want to create division between each other, they will speak to the king, and they do so because they are driven by the reasons mentioned earlier, harboring deep hatred towards each other. The king should not trust them. If this is done, this country will not perish. In essence,

He does not get angry at places where the land does not grow and are not dwellings. He also does not trust those who cause division. That king, endowed with qualities, is not swayed by other factors, but acts out of his own will. Entering into it, with little anger, all the people and gods are of one mind. He acts after careful consideration, is a righteous person who practices Dharma, cherishes and desires the city, and upon the destruction of his body, will be born in the abode of the noble, strife-free gods. Furthermore, a king of royal lineage who is in accordance with other righteous Dharmas, after being crowned from the crown of his head, upon the destruction of his body, will become the ruler of the noble, happy-gone world of strife-free gods. What is this? It is like, generating a desire for fame. A king who is not driven by material possessions, nor is greedy, his hands are not clenched, his face is not contorted, and his eyes are not small. His face is not small either. He is not suddenly angry, nor does he suddenly rejoice, and he has a very steadfast mind. Such a person will be fully endowed with fame, and will also be endowed with wealth. However, Similarly, he does not generate desire for wealth, and the king will transform how it becomes fame for all the people. Enemies cannot defeat him, and he can also seize enemies. Fame can be obtained through ten causes. What are these ten? They are: speech becomes pleasant, the king also has the nature of universal generosity, is not a miser, relies on happiness that is very far-reaching, gives generously at the appropriate time, allocates shares to servants, wealth, teachers, good people, and the helpless, has pure conduct, does not harm others, and is not a heretic. Through these ten causes, fame will be obtained. He will fully practice all these causes, and will also cause others to practice them. When he practices these causes, he will also obtain fame. He will also properly protect the country and its people. Dharma.
