Of self-nature. Fierce, unbearable, with great power. Though karma increases the world, it is not weary. From the world of gods to humans. From humans, after death, also to hell. From hell to the birthplace of animals. After the animal's journey, born as a hungry ghost. Thus, the wheel of karma pierces through. The wind moves the beings by karma. All sentient beings in samsara are ignorant. This also is not understood. Thus, when the assembly travels, the gods who travel speak to each other. Whatever is done by various kinds of karma, those things are truly as they are. On the side of that stupa, the one manifested by the Bhagavan Golden Sage, in that place, those who have done many deeds are clearly seen. Moreover, other than those, the lords of non-conflict, with the births done by good and non-good, in various ways, begin to observe. Furthermore, when they begin to look around at another side of the wall, from there they see the lord of non-conflict called the non-violent form. From that, whoever has made the freedom of non-conflict, those are seen, as in the past, in the human world, many became Brahmins, with true views, possessing good discipline, those bound in prisons, those in extreme suffering, those without protectors, those afflicted by famine, they were held in mind, and with extremely joyful minds, they gave away extremely much food, and also kept vows at the right times. By that cause, that condition, and those foundations for freeing those bound in prisons, after their bodies were destroyed, they were born as gods in the upper realms of good rebirth. Thus, that benefactor Brahmin, after his body was destroyed, from the worlds of the upper realms of good rebirth, became the lord of non-conflict. The one called the extremely non-violent form, having made the freedom of non-conflict, having done karma, having completely died and transmigrated, was born as a human, possessing great magical powers, and became a king of supreme glory. He became king there. When the body is destroyed, later again, of the thirty-three

He was born there. He enjoyed great happiness in various ways, and after time passed, he completely died and transmigrated. He was born as an Asura, endowed with great power and strength. Having died and transmigrated from there, he was reborn as a human, becoming the wealthy master of a powerful household. Having died and transmigrated from there, he was later born as a person of the continent of Cowherds. Having died and transmigrated from there, he was reborn among humans as a person of a small country. Because his mind became frivolous, he engaged in killing. After the prey escaped, he wounded, injured, and killed the prey with weapons and traps. Due to that cause, that condition, and that basis, when the body disintegrated, he fell into the lower realms and was born in the hell called Yangsos, where he was burned by great flames. He also experienced sharp, rough, and hot pains in various ways. This was because he had committed severe non-virtuous deeds. After those ripening of his actions were clearly seen, those gods who dwell in places of gathering and wandering approached the target of those actions in various ways and with various thoughts, wondering what was inside the stupa made by the Bhagavan Golden Light. Desiring to see those actions that he himself had done, when he arrived there, he clearly saw the very wonderful things that had grown on the walls, and he became the master of the non-contending ones called "Complete Manifestation of Joy." Through which ripening of actions was he born there, and he clearly saw it himself. When he became a human in another birth, because a virtuous mind arose in him, he always prostrated, stood up, and joined his palms, expressing reverence to the lamas, and he did so with fear and trepidation. He also always cleaned, anointed, and beautified the stupas well, and he always gave offerings to the ascetics and Brahmins with faith, as appropriate.
