Due to falling, those who have completely fallen carry the unbearable suffering of festering sores in various ways, which can be seen on the walls of stupas. Then, those gods, seeing those of the Thirty-three (trayastriṃśa, Devanagari: त्रयस्त्रिंश, Romanization: trayastriṃśa, literal meaning: thirty-three) who have completely fallen and been destroyed, will become extremely heartbroken. Furthermore, those same gods of the Thirty-three (trayastriṃśa, Devanagari: त्रयस्त्रिंश, Romanization: trayastriṃśa, literal meaning: thirty-three) will see beings reborn in the realm of pretas in other places, such as pleasure gardens, rough grounds, various vehicles, and gathering places. In those places, some who rely on divine nectar for sustenance and are content, having become supremely happy, later in the same way consume excrement, corpses, impure things, and things decayed by various kinds of insects. They will see such sights, filled with unimaginable extreme suffering pervading their bodies. In places where assemblies roam, the gods who roam will always look upon those places where the gods of the Thirty-three (trayastriṃśa, Devanagari: त्रयस्त्रिंश, Romanization: trayastriṃśa, literal meaning: thirty-three) have fallen, which are the birthplaces of pretas, and will always look upon the animal realm. The gods of the Thirty-three, having fallen, will be reborn near fish, crocodiles, pearls, dolphins, makaras, and so on in the great ocean, where they will be constantly terrified by the mutual killing, their bodies intensely burned by hunger and thirst, and various kinds of extreme pain will constantly arise. Similarly, in the sky, countless beings of the animal realm, such as birds, harm each other, become faint, and experience the ultimate state of fear leading to death. Similarly, some, even through deeds done very well, will be liberated from it, just as before, like the gods of the Four Great Kings. Even if they are reborn as humans, their experiences are genuine results of karma, not something unprecedented. Because of being born into similar kinds, actions, birth, and death are closely connected.

Even those born in the human world are constantly in suffering from the time they become children, such as crawling, maturing, wandering around, becoming ignorant, arguing, being attached to meaningful and meaningless things, crying, and so on. The individual branches of those sufferings are also not easy to express. Thus, all those beings who have become like images can be clearly seen on the walls of the stupas of the strife-free gods born in the place of gathering and amusement. Those dancers of samsara who suffer greatly in various ways and have turned into extremely diverse forms are seen by them, and after directly seeing the extremely wonderful and diverse forms, those gods will become very convinced, because people will turn into other life forms, such as the life form of gods. And the gods will also turn into the life forms of humans. If the situation of those born in the happy realms becomes like this, then what will be the situation of those who are tormented by karma and have fallen into the evil realms? Furthermore, those strife-free gods born in the place of gathering and amusement see karma on those very walls, that is, the gods who dwell in good dharma will die and transmigrate, just as beings who are dominated by karma will be born into the five realms. Those gods who are about to die and transmigrate, if they transmigrate to other places due to the karma they have done in the past, it is as previously stated. If the gods die from the heavens and are born into the heavens themselves, then just staying in that state itself is suffering. For example, the sufferings caused by death and transmigration and birth, and the sufferings caused by separation, and also the sufferings caused by the fear of death and transmigration, the sufferings caused by death are great, and there are many kinds.
