On that joyful mountain, there is a palace called 'Victorious Banner Supreme Goer,' which has a thousand pillars, adorned with a mixture of gold, beryl, and lapis lazuli pillars. It is decorated with diamonds and large pearls all around, and tens of thousands of rainbow-like appearances make it beautiful. A checkered cloth covers the beryl lion throne, and a soft cushion is spread on top. In that palace, a thousand beryl cushions adorn it. Indra, having triumphed in the battle between gods and asuras, adorned that place, went to the Thirty-Three Heavens, and rejoiced greatly with all the gods of the nature of the gods. Then, those goddesses went to that palace to play, sing, dance, fully enjoy themselves, and play with each other, rejoicing in their own bad, good, and middling deeds. Sometimes they descended from the Victorious Banner Supreme Goer palace, and then returned to reside on the mountaintop, rejoicing with each other with minds full of attachment, only for the sake of attachment. Thus, all women are full of attachment, especially in the heavens, and even more so in the realm of the gods. If they wander around, they will approach the place on that mountain where there is food and drink, which has various shapes, colors, smells, and tastes, as well as intoxicating drinks, filled with the essence of the shapes, smells, and tastes of the gods. The forms of drink there are free from the fault of intoxication. For example, if they drink the drink called 'Making Joyful,' the goddesses will become very happy; if they drink the drink called 'Seeing,' they will be able to see the gardens of the heavens and the nearby gardens, even if they are separated by other mountains; if they drink the drink called 'Many Tastes,' they will satisfy the desire for many tastes.

Those drinks with joy, color, form, and a hundredfold increase in power, after the goddesses drank them, they went to the places where there was food, for the sake of food. Those foods were in accordance with their own karma, being bad, middling, and good, and the taste, color, smell, and touch were all perfectly accomplished by karma. Likewise, those drinks also showed their respective essences accomplished by their own karma. They drank those drinks and also ate the food nectar, and then went to the mountain of play, to that pleasure grove. In those places, the bellies of the lutes were adorned with lapis lazuli and golden petals, strung with long golden threads, and sweet sounds came from the drums made of gold. Likewise, those goddesses also saw many kinds of pipes mixed in with bamboo. Thus, various musical instruments such as cymbals, flutes, and harps also made their minds very happy. All those adorned with all kinds of ornaments, taking up those musical instruments, in order to truly delight each other, generate various desires, share affection, dwell in the dense forest and frolic, and in order to create extreme affection and perfection, they played music. Then, they played that music again and went to that pleasure grove with tinkling bells. In those places, the tinkling bells made many sounds, and when the wind blew, hundreds and thousands of different sounds resounded. After hearing those sounds, they were very happy, wearing various clothes, forms, and ornaments, and they danced, laughed, and sang. Satisfied with those sounds, they descended from there and went to the pond adorned with swans and cormorants. There, swans, karanda birds, cormorants, and other flocks of birds like gold and silver also adorned the pond, and they entered those places in order to play in the water. All those goddesses without stinginess and jealousy descended there, and struck each other with lotus stems, those lotus stems like gold, silver, and lapis lazuli.

There, they see their own beautiful appearance and their bodies adorned with splendid ornaments. They clearly see the various perfections of their own appearance, and in the various circles of mirrors, they see their own perfect merits, appearance, and ornaments. Having seen that there, their form increases tenfold in fatness. Because there are three ways in which women are intoxicated by fatness: intoxicated by appearance, intoxicated by men, and intoxicated by pride. Seeing themselves intoxicated by their own fat form, they do not even deign to count others as women. Then, they go from that land of mirrors to a garden called "All Seasons." In that garden, there are always six seasons, revolving like a wheel, namely: winter, minor winter, spring, early summer, summer, and autumn. In order to live comfortably in that garden, all places in that garden are in accordance with the seasons, and the many beautiful colored birds of the garden, as well as the beings that move in accordance with the seasons, make it even more beautiful.
