Another situation arises. That person's heart is moistened and possesses a virtuous mind, their heart is moistened with faith. They also contemplate in their mind like this: 'This benefactor is truly blessed! Now that I also have so much wealth, I should also give to others like him.' Thinking this, they develop a joyful mind towards giving, and with that, they depart from their body and are reborn in a happy realm, in the heavens, among the gods who have retinues and enjoyments. Having been born there, they will always be immersed in various intoxicating pleasures. They will be in nearby groves where various musical instruments emit beautiful sounds, and by ponds adorned with lapis lazuli and jeweled railings, covered with golden lotuses, and in groves where flocks of birds emit sounds, and in those nearby groves, they will delight in the sounds of intoxicated birds, finding joy. Some will delight with goddesses in the midst of dense trees, where cuckoos and peacocks emit beautiful and pleasing sounds. Some will delight in lotus groves where the stems are lapis lazuli, the petals are gold, and the stamens are diamonds. Some will drink grape wine with goddesses who are intoxicated by the fruits of the vines and are passionately attached to beautiful sights, in the midst of vineyards. Some will delight on mountain slopes, in places distinguished by surfaces paved with lapis lazuli stones. Some will delight with beautiful ones in mountain streams filled with amber and flowing with pure, immaculate water. Some will delight on embankments and grounds spread with pearl sands, in cool, clear, clean, and immaculate waters. Some will delight in mansions adorned with the seven precious jewels, reaching up to the sky. Some will delight surrounded by hosts of goddesses, enjoying the five kinds of musical instruments. Some will delight in groves of wish-fulfilling trees, adorned with the loud and beautiful sound of tinkling bells. Some will delight in groves near trees that are verdant in all six seasons, always joyful and flourishing, delighting the heart.

我与诸欲一同欢喜。有些以纯金装饰的地面，登上山峰的顶端，也观看地面的河流。如是，以自己的业所化现的，体验无与伦比的各种天神之乐。如是，对于贪欲极度执著的天神们，眼睛对于形色、可爱的欲妙，以众多方式也不能满足。耳朵对于悦意的声音、美妙的声音、清晰的声音、可爱的声音，以众多方式也不能满足。鼻子对于悦意的气味、芬芳的气味、浓郁的气味、可爱的气味，以众多方式也不能满足。舌头对于悦意的味道、美味的味道、浓郁的味道、可爱的味道，以众多方式也不能满足。身体对于悦意的触觉、想要的触觉、柔软的触觉、可爱的触觉，以众多方式也不能满足。心对于无有扰乱的境、可爱的欲妙、可爱的境，以众多方式也不能满足。如是，六根对于境执著的天神们是不会满足的。如诸境增长贪欲，如是也会增长，如同燃烧的火焰一般，并且也如所缘境之乐，如是会以众多方式增长。被贪欲所蒙蔽的天神，变成不会满足，对于极乐的边际是无法确定的。如是，直至可爱欲妙的善业未尽之前，体验无与伦比的各种天神之乐。之后，从天界死去，死后也以自己所造的业，转生于地狱众生、饿鬼众生、畜生之中。如果与人们有共同的福分，转生于人间，从那之中与那因相似，一同享用，变成海洋的商人，或者住在市场，或者住在山间，并且见到亲戚众多、关系密切、自在居住、不依赖国王、极其富裕、变得自由自在。之后，比丘又知道业的果报成熟，思维天神毗婆（Vipaśyin）第三处，他以听闻而生的智慧观察那些天神。

I rejoice together with all desires. Some have grounds adorned with pure gold, and having ascended to the top of mountain peaks, they also look at the rivers of the land. Thus, through their own actions, they experience various incomparable pleasures of the gods. Thus, for the gods who are extremely attached to desire, the eyes are not satisfied with the forms and colors, the desirable sensual pleasures, in many ways. The ears are not satisfied with the pleasant sounds, the beautiful sounds, the clear sounds, the desirable sounds, in many ways. The nose is not satisfied with the pleasant smells, the fragrant smells, the strong smells, the desirable smells, in many ways. The tongue is not satisfied with the pleasant tastes, the delicious tastes, the strong tastes, the desirable tastes, in many ways. The body is not satisfied with the pleasant tactile sensations, the desired tactile sensations, the soft tactile sensations, the desirable tactile sensations, in many ways. The mind is not satisfied with the undisturbed objects, the desirable sensual pleasures, the desirable objects, in many ways. Thus, the gods whose six senses are attached to objects are not satisfied. As the objects increase desire, so it will increase, like a burning flame, and also as the pleasure of the object of focus, so it will increase in many ways. The gods who are obscured by desire, having become unsatisfied, cannot determine the limit of extreme bliss. Thus, until the well-done deeds of desirable sensual pleasures are exhausted, they experience various incomparable pleasures of the gods. Afterwards, they will die from the realm of the gods, and after death, through their own actions, they will be born among the beings of hell, the beings of the pretas, and the animals. If they share the same fortune as humans, and are born among humans, from that, similar to that cause, they will enjoy together, becoming merchants of the sea, or living in the marketplace, or living in the mountains, and they will see many relatives, close relationships, living freely, not depending on the king, extremely wealthy, and becoming independent. Then, again, the monk, knowing the ripening of the fruits of karma, contemplates the third abode of the god Vipaśyin, and with the wisdom born from hearing, he observes those gods.

He saw how he was born on top of a cross-legged seat. There, he wondered which of the sentient beings would be born there? Then, he examined with the wisdom arising from hearing. Whoever possesses supreme compassion, with a mind moistened by love, cares for sentient beings who are carried away by water or who are starving to death due to a bad year, like a child, and even if there is no need, he truly protects them with only the compassion cultivated in his mind, then that person, after separating from the body, will be born miraculously among the gods who reside in the cross-legged posture in the happy realm of heaven. There, gods and goddesses reside, and other gods also dwell together nearby in other directions. That divine son was born on top of the divine cross-legged seat. To that, the god has the thought of a son, and the goddess also has the thought of a son in the same way. Then, the divine son also has the thought of parents for those two. They play with that divine son, just as people in Jambudvipa play with great joy, so they also play with the one who resides on the gods and the cross-legged seat in the world of the gods. In this way, son, your becoming our son is fruitful, and you will bring happiness to us in the gardens of the gods and the nearby gardens, and in all places. We will rejoice with you in all the heavens filled with mountain peaks, adorned with nets of golden vines, and abundant with lakes and rivers, filled with vine houses, lotus ponds covered with golden lotuses and adorned with bees, filled with water and milk, with wine flowing like rivers, and various delicious grape wines that nourish, there you and we will rejoice together. Then, the divine son said to those two parents: "The kindness that you, father and mother, have bestowed upon me in this way is that I have been born in a happy realm, which is fruitful. I will also respect and listen respectfully to my father and mother." Then, the god was overjoyed and took the divine son, and together with the goddess, they went to the garden in Jambudvipa that is now called 'Descent'. That god was surrounded by goddesses, and that divine son was also surrounded by them.
